Claims (5)

  1. Système profilé, comprenant :
    - un caisson de volet roulant intégré (1) en plastique destiné à être posé sur un profilé de châssis dormant (7, 7'), le caisson de volet roulant intégré (1) comprenant un profilé de base inférieur (2) pour la fixation du caisson de volet roulant (1) sur le profilé de châssis dormant (7, 7') et un profilé de volet inférieur (3) pour l'inspection du caisson de volet roulant vers le bas ;
    - un profilé de châssis dormant (7, 7') ;
    le profilé de volet inférieur (3) étant articulé de manière à pouvoir tourner ou pivoter sur le profilé de base inférieur (2) et permettant une position ouverte et une position fermée du profilé de volet inférieur (3),
    caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    - le profilé de base inférieur (2) présente, du côté de la pièce, une saillie en forme de langue (12) qui forme une contre-dépouille (13) ;
    - le profilé de volet inférieur (3) présente un côté d'articulation en forme de mâchoire qui, lorsque le profilé de volet inférieur (3) est fermé, vient en prise autour de la saillie en forme de langue (12) du profilé de base inférieur (2) et forme conjointement avec celle-ci une articulation pivotante (17) ;
    - lors de la rotation du profilé de volet inférieur (3) dans la position ouverte, l'axe de rotation (23) de l'articulation pivotante (17) est décalé du côté de la pièce derrière le bord inférieur du côté extérieur (20) du profilé de volet inférieur (3) ;
    - lors de la rotation du profilé de volet inférieur (3) dans la position ouverte, le bord inférieur du côté extérieur (20) du profilé de volet inférieur (3) pénètre dans la contre-dépouille (13) de la saillie en forme de langue (12) du profilé de base inférieur (2) ;
    - le caisson de volet roulant intégré (1) peut être posé sur le profilé de châssis dormant (7, 7') de telle sorte que le profilé de base inférieur (2) et l'arête de bout entre le profilé de base inférieur (2) et le profilé de volet inférieur (3) ne soient pas visibles.

  3. Système profilé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de base inférieur (2) est fabriqué en matériau recyclé.
  4. Système profilé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, comprenant au moins deux profilés de châssis dormant (7, 7') de profondeurs de construction différentes, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de base inférieur (2) présente des moyens pour l'encliquetage avec les au moins deux profilés de châssis dormant (7, 7').
  5. Procédé pour poser un caisson de volet roulant intégré (1) en plastique sur un profilé de châssis dormant (7, 7'),
    - le caisson de volet roulant intégré (1) comprenant un profilé de base inférieur (2) pour la fixation du caisson de volet roulant (1) sur un profilé de châssis dormant (7, 7') et un profilé de volet inférieur (3) pour l'inspection du caisson de volet roulant vers le bas,
    - le profilé de volet inférieur (3) étant articulé de manière à pouvoir tourner ou pivoter sur le profilé de base inférieur (2) et permettant une position ouverte et une position fermée du profilé de volet inférieur (3),
    - le profilé de base inférieur (2) présentant du côté de la pièce une saillie en forme de langue (12) qui forme une contre-dépouille (13),
    - le profilé de volet inférieur (3) présentant un côté d'articulation en forme de mâchoire qui, lorsque le profilé de volet inférieur (3) est fermé, vient en prise autour de la saillie en forme de langue (12) du profilé de base inférieur (2) et forme conjointement avec celle-ci une articulation pivotante (17) ;
    - lors de la rotation du profilé de volet inférieur (3) dans la position ouverte, l'axe de rotation (23) de l'articulation pivotante (17) étant décalé du côté de la pièce derrière le bord inférieur du côté extérieur (20) du profilé de volet inférieur (3) ;
    - lors de la rotation du profilé de volet inférieur (3) dans la position ouverte, le bord inférieur du côté extérieur (20) du profilé de volet inférieur (3) pénétrant dans la contre-dépouille (13) de la saillie en forme de langue (12) du profilé de base inférieur (2) ;
    - le caisson de volet roulant intégré (1) pouvant être posé sur le profilé de châssis dormant (7, 7') de telle sorte que l'arête de bout entre le profilé de base inférieur (2) et le profilé de volet inférieur (3) ne soit pas visible.
