Claims (14)

  1. Verpackung für eine Lebensmittelverpackung mit:
    einem hohlen Körper (1), der aus einem Nahrungsmittel besteht und aus einem Paar Halbschalen (2, 4) gebildet ist, die eine Öffnung mit einer eiförmigen Kontur aufweisen und miteinander entlang der entsprechenden Konturen (6) der Öffnung versiegelt sind, und der einen Kleinteil- oder Überraschungsgegenstand (S, 8) aufweist, und
    einer Abdeckhülle (9) des hohlen Körpers (1), die durch ein Paar Hüllenhalbschalen (10, 12) gebildet ist, die aus Metallfolie bestehen, wo jede Hüllenhalbschale (10, 12) eine Form aufweist, die auf die entsprechende Halbschale aus Nahrungsmittel (2, 4) abgestimmt ist, und die entsprechende Flansche (14, 16) aufweist, welche die Kontur (6) ihrer Öffnung umgeben und davon vorstehen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hüllenhalbschalen (10, 12) miteinander verbunden sind, und zwar auf eine unentkoppelbare Weise mittels eines gegenseitigen Eingriffssitzes der Flansche (14, 16), der hohle Körper eine Form mit einer Rotationssymmetrie um die größere Symmetrieachse der eiförmigen Kontur aufweist und die Ebene, die durch die versiegelten Konturen der Öffnung der Halbschalen (2, 4) aus Nahrungsmittel definiert ist, mit der Fügeebene der Flansche (14, 16) übereinstimmt.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckhülle (9) des hohlen Körpers (1) Signalmittel (20, 22) aufweist, die auf der Hülle spezifische Druckbereiche kennzeichnen, wo Ausüben eines Drucks die Teilung der Hüllenhalbschalen (10, 12) und der Halbschalen (2, 4) aus Nahrungsmittel verursacht.
  3. Verpackung nach Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hüllenhalbschalen (10, 12) miteinander mittels einer Betätigung verbunden werden, die Falten/Stauchen der entsprechenden Flansche (14, 16) aufweist.
  4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hüllenhalbschalen (10, 12) miteinander durch Positionieren der Flansche (14, 16) in einer zugewandten und gegenseitig gefalteten Beziehung der zugewandten Flansche verbunden sind, einfach oder mehrfach durchgeführt.
  5. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Zusammenfügen folgend die Flansche (14, 16) so gefaltet werden, dass eine Rippe (18) ausgebildet wird, die von der eiförmigen Wand der Verpackung vorsteht.
  6. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Signalmittel (20, 22), welche die Druckbereiche kennzeichnen, in der Scheitelzone zumindest einer der Hüllenhalbschalen (10, 12) angeordnet sind, und zwar entlang der Fügeebene und an entgegengesetzten Seiten in Bezug auf die größere Achse der eiförmigen Kontur.
  7. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Signalmittel (20, 22) grafische Symbole aufweisen, die auf der Hüllenmetallfolie abgebildet sind.
  8. Verpackung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die grafischen Symbole umschriebene Bereiche der Hülle mit einer Farbgebung unterschiedlich zu der Farbgebung der Hülle in den Gebieten aufweisen, die daran angrenzen.
  9. Verpackung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Signalmittel (20, 22) einen Abschnitt der Rippe (18) aufweisen, der vom Zusammenfügen der Flansche (14, 16) resultiert und der eine Vorsprungsweite aufweist, die kleiner als die Vorsprungsweite von angrenzenden Gebieten der Rippe ist.
  10. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hüllenhalbschalen (10, 12) aus abgespannten Aluminiumfolien bestehen.
  11. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hohle Körper (1) mit Rotationssymmetrie zumindest einen sich verjüngenden Endteil aufweist.
  12. Verfahren zum Schaffen einer Verpackung mit einer vereinfachten Öffnung für einen hohlen Körper (1) mit einer eiförmigen Form, wobei der Körper einen Leerraum aufweist, in dem ein Kleinteil- oder Überraschungsgegenstand (S, 8) positioniert ist, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    Schaffen eines hohlen Körpers (1), der aus Nahrungsmittel besteht und durch ein Paar Halbschalen (2, 4) gebildet ist, die eine Öffnung mit einer eiförmigen Kontur aufweisen und miteinander entlang der entsprechenden Konturen (6) ihrer Öffnung versiegelt sind, und wobei der hohle Körper eine Form mit einer Rotationssymmetrie um die größere Symmetrieachse der eiförmigen Kontur aufweist,
    Verpacken des hohlen Körpers in eine Abdeckhülle (9), die durch ein Paar Hüllenhalbschalen (10, 12), die aus Metallfolie bestehen, gebildet ist, wo jede Hüllenhalbschale (10, 12) eine Form aufweist, die auf die entsprechende Halbschale aus Nahrungsmittel (2, 4) abgestimmt ist und die einen entsprechenden Flansch (14, 16) aufweist, der die Kontur (6) ihrer Öffnung umgibt und davon vorsteht, und
    Verbinden der Hüllenhalbschalen (10, 12) auf eine unentkoppelbare Weise mittels eines gegenseitigen Eingriffssitzes der Flansche (14, 16),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ebene, die durch die versiegelten Konturen der Öffnung der Halbschalen (2, 4) aus Nahrungsmittel definiert ist, mit der Fügeebene der Flansche (14, 16) übereinstimmt, wodurch die Verpackung geöffnet werden kann, um Zugriff zu dem Gegenstand durch Ausüben eines manuellen Drucks auf zwei Druckbereiche zu erlauben, die in der Scheitelzone der Hülle positioniert sind.
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, mit dem Schritt von Schaffen von Signalmitteln (20, 22) auf den Halbschalen (10, 12) aus Metallfolie, die auf der Hülle die Druckbereiche kennzeichnen, wobei das Ausüben von Druck die Teilung der Hüllenhalbschalen (10, 12) und der Halbschalen (2, 4) aus Nahrungsmittel verursacht.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Signalmittel (20, 22), die Druckbereiche kennzeichnen, in der Scheitelzone von zumindest einer der Hüllenhalbschalen (10, 20) entlang der Fügeebene und an entgegengesetzten Seiten in Bezug auf die größere Achse der eiförmigen Kontur angeordnet sind.
