Definitions
- the invention relates to slatted doors, in particular for furniture cabinets or the like, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Corresponding doors are usually performed in the form of slats in a furniture body.
- a shutter door of this type is in DE 20 2005 012 809 U1 described.
- guide cores are generally provided in the body in which slats are guided over frontally mounted guide pins.
- the guides usually run not only in the region of the body front, but also in the rear area, where they are usually separated by an intermediate wall of the useful range of the cabinet.
- This type of leadership is required because the door formed by the slats when opening requires space in which the slats must be spent so that the opening can be made accessible. As a result, the usable space of the cabinet is reduced because of space must be provided for the open door slats.
- the invention has for its object to provide a louver door of the type mentioned, in which no additional space in the body of a piece of furniture is required for opening the door over known solutions.
- the slats are guided by lever elements in a guide and coupled together.
- the coupling is preferably designed so that the lamellae lie in the closed state of the louver door in a plane or at least substantially parallel next to each other (possibly overlapping) and are arranged in the fully open state substantially parallel to each other. It is essential in any case that the lamellae or groups of lamellae change during the opening process by the inventive coupling of the lever elements their angle to the closed by the louver door opening (eg the open carcass front of a cabinet on which the louver door is), namely based on the opening direction of Enlarge louvered door. This change in the angle of attack causes the slats are brought closer to each other when opening.
- the individual lamellae can be brought closer to each other, so that the interior of the body of a cabinet can be made accessible without the lamellae in the interior of the cabinet to spend.
- the door according to the invention can also be completely outside the body mounted, in principle, the retrofitting of existing cabinets means special, the leadership having facing profiles is possible.
- the louver door is guided in the side parts 1b of the cabinet in a guide.
- the guide can also be integrated in an attachment profile.
- this situation is in the Figures 2 and 3 are shown, which are arranged in a closed state in a plane lamellae 2a at least partially issued from this plane or take to the plane an angled position.
- the slats 2a or slat groups are preferably parallel to each other, as in FIG. 2 is shown.
- the lamellae 2a are in the drawings 2 and 3 upper portion of the cabinet, so that the interior I of the body is accessible.
- the lamellae lie in each opening or closing position in front of the opening of the body front, so that the lamellae 2a need not be in the body interior I at any time. This opens up the possibility of letting the slats rest on the body side parts 1b lying parallel to the displacement direction.
- the lamellae can thus be made wider than the opening of the body, which lies between the side parts 1b.
- the side parts 1b are formed from an outwardly facing outer part 1b.1 and an inwardly facing inner side part 1b.2. Between these side parts, the mechanism leading to the slats 2a is preferably accommodated, which will be explained in more detail below.
- FIG. 3A is a section enlargement of the FIG. 3 shown, in which the gap between the parts 1b.1 and 1b.2 is shown.
- a guide profile 1c is inserted, which is provided as a guide for a hinge or lever mechanism to be described, of which only the link 2c and the link 2d and a guided in the guide pin 21 are shown.
- FIGS. 4 to 6 the operation of the louver door (2) according to the invention is shown in more detail.
- the individual lamellae 2a or, alternatively, a group of lamellas are attached to one each in FIG FIGS. 7A, 7B and 7C attached lever element 20 shown in detail.
- the lamella 2a which may be a lamella made of glass or another material, with a support 2e (see. FIG. 5D Glued or connected and this support 2e then preferably screwed to the lever member 20.
- the lever element 20 has a stop 29.
- the overlay or lamella can be fastened by screws on the lever element 20, for example.
- FIGS. 7A to 7C shown stand for this in one first elongated portion 23 of the lever member 20, a support surface 28 and bores 26, 27 are available.
- the first elongate portion 23 of the lever member 20 is followed by an angled or obliquely extending transition region 24.
- the transition region 24 is further followed by a preferred second turn to this angled second elongated portion 25, at its end facing away from the transition region end is a bore 25a or a pin for articulated connection with another component (not shown).
- a guide portion 21, 22 is provided, which in the guide 1c (see. Fig. 4-6 ) can be performed.
- the guide portion 21 not only serves as a guide but also defines a (pivoting in the guide) pivot axis about which the lever member 20 (with the blade) is pivoted in the manner of a lever.
- the lever members 20 are according to the invention coupled together by coupling elements 30 which have a lever shape which in the FIGS. 8A and 8B is shown in more detail.
- the coupling element 30, like the lever element 20, is essentially divided into three sections: a first elongated section 33, 34, a second elongated section 35, 36 and one of these sections.
- the coupling element 30 at the remote ends of the first and second sections coupling points 36 and 34 which can be hingedly connected to predetermined areas of the lever members 20.
- a further coupling region 31 is provided between the second elongate section 35 and the transition section 32, which can be coupled to the connection region 22 of the lever element 20.
- Lever elements 20 and coupling elements 30 are, as in the FIGS. 4 to 6 In the middle of the coupling element 30, there is the area 31, which can be connected to one of the pins 21, 22 of the lever element 20, so that the lever element 20 and coupling element 30 are hinged to one another "crosswise” and form a joint 42 (see. FIG. 5B ). Furthermore, this rotary joint 42 is guided in the guide 1c via the respective other pin 22 or 21.
- the coupling element 30 is articulated at one end 36 at the end 25a of another lever element 20 and together with it forms the joint 41 (cf. FIG. 5B ).
- the other end 34 of the same coupling element 30 is in turn hingedly connected to a further lever element 20 or to a closing element 2d carrying a lamella 2a and forms a joint 43.
- the articulation point 23a for the joint 43 is located on the attachment portion 23 of the lever element 20 approximately in the middle of the longitudinal extent of the attachment portion.
- the coupling element 30 connects via the joints 41, 42 and 43 in this way three adjacent lever elements 20. Conversely, by a lever member 20, three adjacent coupling elements 30 are connected. In this way, a chain of coupling and lever elements and the final links 2d (which receives a lamella or lamella group) and 2c at the top and possibly corresponding end elements at the other (lower) end of the chain.
- the guiding and coupling elements are in any case with their sections 23 and 35 approximately parallel to each other and parallel to the plane formed by the slats 2a.
- Section 33 of the coupling element 30 forms an angle to the plane and crosses the section 25 of a lever member 20.
- the hinges 42 travel upwardly along the opening direction in the guide 1c in the drawing and the coupling connected via the hinge 42 and lever elements 30, 20 form an open one Scissors, so that on the one hand the fixing portions 23 of the lever members 20 and thus the slats 2a or groups of slats are issued from a plane and the joints 42 are pushed closer to each other with the progress of the opening process.
- the louvers 2a or louver groups of the vertical shown in the drawings 4A, 5A fold to an approximately horizontal position when the door 2 is fully opened.
- This situation is in the Figures 4C or 5C.
- the lamellae 2a or lamellae groups are moved in the example shown so that they are always approximately parallel to each other. However, by choosing the angle of the coupling and the lever member 30, 20 and a non-parallel guide can be realized.
- FIGS. 9A to 9C is a further embodiment of a cabinet with inventive slat door shown.
- the elements of the cabinet are essentially the same as those already with respect to the Figures 1 to 3A so that reference is made to the statements made there and only the differences are discussed below.
- the leadership of the louver door 2 of the invention can also be realized with only a single-walled design.
- a guide groove 1c is introduced into the body side part 1b.
- 2d of the louver door 2 is on the inside of the side part 1b .
- a Holding plate 1d provided at the cabinet front side facing the upper end of an opening for supporting the ends of the upper hinge lever 2c, 2d is provided.
- a recess 1g is provided between the body top 1a and the holding plate 1d or inner wall 1b, in order not to hinder the lever mechanism, ie the upper articulated levers.
- the recess 1d is preferably provided in the front region of the body top 1a.
- the lever mechanism is moved by means of a cable
- Pos. 1e shows the deflection device for this purpose.
- item 1f describes an open area above the floor 1a, which can be used for a dust floor.
- the present invention the possibility is created for the first time to lead a slatted door without loss of space in terms of the interior of a furniture body.
- FIGS. 10A to 10C a further embodiment of the louver door according to the invention is shown.
- the description is essentially the same as above, so that to avoid repetition, only the differences will be discussed.
- the coupling elements 30 are straight here.
- the holding elements 20 are shaped substantially similar to those in the previous embodiments.
- an end lever 2f is provided, which cooperates via a gear 50, 51 with the uppermost coupling element 30 here.
- the chain corresponds to coupling elements 30 and lever members 20 of the previously discussed embodiments.
- gears or gear segments 50, 51 can provide for the translation. This is particularly suitable when about one of the gears to be driven by a motor.
- the lever elements 20, 2f preferably have latching points 2g, into which a retaining cap 60, FIG. 11 , can be clipped.

Description
Die Erfindung betrifft Lamellentüren, insbesondere für Möbelschränke oder dergleichen, nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to slatted doors, in particular for furniture cabinets or the like, according to the preamble of
The invention has for its object to provide a louver door of the type mentioned, in which no additional space in the body of a piece of furniture is required for opening the door over known solutions.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1, vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen finden sich in den abhängigen Ansprüchen. This object is achieved with the features of
According to the invention, the slats are guided by lever elements in a guide and coupled together. The coupling is preferably designed so that the lamellae lie in the closed state of the louver door in a plane or at least substantially parallel next to each other (possibly overlapping) and are arranged in the fully open state substantially parallel to each other. In particular, by the parallel position (it is also sufficient only angled, not exactly parallel position) in the open state, the individual lamellae can be brought closer to each other, so that the interior of the body of a cabinet can be made accessible without the lamellae in the interior of the cabinet to spend. The door according to the invention can also be completely outside the body mounted, in principle, the retrofitting of existing cabinets means special, the leadership having facing profiles is possible. In addition, it is possible to arrange the louver door flush with the body outside on the front end faces of the body side parts, which provides for a novel and previously unrealistic appearance, especially since it is possible to completely hide the body behind the front with closed louver door.
