Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a raising aid for persons according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a raising aid is a universal aid which serves to help an assistant of a person restricted in the movement ability, for example a patient in a hospital, nursing home or at home, to get up, that is, pull the person into the position.
  • a person restricted in the movement ability for example a patient in a hospital, nursing home or at home
  • Such a raising aid is a universal aid which serves to help an assistant of a person restricted in the movement ability, for example a patient in a hospital, nursing home or at home, to get up, that is, pull the person into the position.
  • considerable forces are exerted, in particular, on the back of the helper when he pulls the person in need, and at the same time it is often difficult to hold the person in need safely. Therefore, especially in the care sector, appropriate Aufricht Anlagenn be used, which reduce the unhealthy loads on the one hand by an optimal back position of the helper and at the same time offer grips, which the helper can safely use during the righting process.
  • FIG. 5 an example of a Aufricht Anlagen according to the prior art is shown. As you can see, this has a flat, usually limp body having a surface that is intended to rest against the rump or lower back of the person in need. This body is also called a holding belt.
  • the holding belt each has two loop-like, with both ends fixed to the holding belt handles, which the helper can safely grasp.
  • the helper can choose either the comparatively shorter or the comparatively longer handles on each side for grasping, depending on the size and position of the person or helper in need of assistance.
  • the holding belt will now, as in the FIG. 3 shown to the buttocks or the lower back of the The helper grabs a handle on both sides of the needy person and pulls the person in the state.
  • the erecting aid shown has proven itself many times over in practical use, it carries a risk in daily use.
  • the needy person facing or the needy person to the plant coming surface is usually made of an anti-slip material, which is intended to prevent slippage of the Aufricht Vietnamese to the person in need.
  • this slip-resistant surface in particular depending on the clothing of the person or even when positioning on the naked skin of the person, still the risk that the entire Aufricht Vietnamese in use on the person's back slips up uncontrollably, resulting in either a unfavorable burden on both the person in need and the helper leads and in the worst case can lead to the needy person slips down from the Aufrichtzz and crashes.
  • the present invention has for its object to provide a Cosmeticricht Garnier, which has both proven in multiple uses properties as well as the risk of accidental slipping out of the needy person largely or completely avoids.
  • the erection aid according to the invention has a holding belt with a surface which is intended to rest against the rump area or the lower back area of a person, namely the person in need, who is to be helped when setting up. Furthermore, at least two pull handles are provided, at least one pull handle per side, which are positioned laterally and on opposite sides of this surface.
  • the pull handles of the erection invention are fixed only one end on each side of the holding belt and with their respective other, the first end opposite end, by one Pulled in the region of each lateral end of the holding belt provided leadership and united to a variable length over the retaining belt loop.
  • the length of the loop can be changed in that it slides in at least one of the two guides, but advantageously in both guides relative to the holding belt, in particular such that with a shorter loop the respective pull handles are correspondingly longer and vice versa.
  • the pull handles with those (first) ends, which are opposite to the common loop (second) ends opposite, not only fixed to one side of the holding belt or not fixed to the holding belt, but fixed to each other .
  • This fixation to each other can be done either directly, so to speak, directly, or these two first ends, before they are fixed to each other or to the holding belt, still each form a further pull handle on the opposite lateral end of the holding belt, which then also in its length is variable.
  • the first ends can be up to the opposite lateral end of the holding belt, in particular cross over, guided, and advantageously, a corresponding plurality of guides, for example, two guides at each lateral end of the holding belt, can be provided.
  • the inventively provided variable loop is for support under the buttocks or under or behind the thighs of the person to be raised determined and prevented by this system that the entire Aufricht Anlagen slips up the person.
  • the invention accordingly provides a solution which can be produced cost-effectively, which on the one hand very reliably prevents the person in need of slipping down in the erection aid and, on the other hand, retains all the advantages of known erection aids, in particular from a hygienic point of view, storage options and simplicity of use.
  • two more pull handles provided laterally on the holding belt, depending on another pull handle each side, which fixed in contrast to the above-described pull handles with its two ends on the holding belt are so that they each form a loop that is not changeable in length over the holding belt.
  • these fixed further pull handles in a different form, for example a T-shape.
  • the combined into a loop pull handles advantageously have the shape of a flat band, at least in that central region of the loop, which is intended to rest under the buttocks or behind the thighs of the needy person.
  • this band-shaped region merges into an area with a round cross section, in particular a circular or elliptical cross section in the region of the ends firmly fixed to the holding belt, that is to say that area which is gripped by the helper ,
  • the design of the guides in the region of the lateral ends of the holding belt, through which the combined to form a common loop ends of the pull handles can have different shapes.
  • tabs are provided on the surface of the holding belt and / or laterally on the holding belt or on the back of the holding belt through which the loop slides.
  • slots can also be formed in the holding belt, through which the loop slides accordingly.
  • Other embodiments are conceivable.
  • At least the pull handles combined into the loop and in particular the surface of the holding belt are made of nylon.
  • the loop in particular in its center, have a releasable closure over which the two corresponding ends the pull handles are united to the loop.
  • a detachable closure can be designed, for example, as a snap closure or as a Velcro closure.
  • other types of closure such as hooks or knots, are conceivable.
  • FIG. 1 shows a plan view of an inventively executed Aufricht Anlagen with a holding belt 1, which in the present case, as shown, for example, has a reinforced edge enclosure 11.
  • the edge surround 11 surrounds or forms the outer region of a surface 2 of the holding belt, which, in particular from the FIG. 2 is determined to be attached to the lower back of a person in need of care.
  • Two pull handles 3.1, 3.2 and 8.1, 8.2 are provided on the two opposite sides of the surface 2, which in use on both sides of the person can be pulled forward so that they can be detected by the helper when the holding belt 1 the needs a person in need of help.
  • the two pull handles 8.1 and 8.2 form a loop always fixed in their length and are connected at their two ends 9.1, 9.2 fixed to the holding belt 1.
  • the pull handles 3.1, 3.2 are only connected to the holding belt 1 with one of their ends 4.1, 4.2, whereas their respective other end 5.1, 5.2 is pulled by a guide 6.1, 6.2 in the region of each lateral end of the holding belt 1 and both ends 5.1, 5.2 are combined into a loop 7.
  • the two pull handles 3.1, 3.2 and the loop 7 are in the FIG. 1 shown as a band-shaped body.
  • a detachable closure 10 arranged to selectively open and close the loop 7. This facilitates the attachment of the loop 7 under the needy person or under their thighs.
  • FIG. 3 recognizes an alternative embodiment of the invention, in which by means of a single band or rope, which forms an endless loop, two each adjustable in length pull handles 3.1, 3.2 and 11.1, 11.2 are formed on both lateral ends of the holding belt 1.
  • the band / rope starting from the opposite to the holding belt 1 variable loop 7, initially pulled by a respective guide 6.1, 6.2 down at both lateral ends of the holding belt 1, then forms each of the pull handles 3.1, 3.2, is on guided by the guides 6.3 and 6.4 above at both lateral ends of the holding belt 1 on the opposite lateral end of the holding belt 1 and there, after it is again guided by the guides 6.2 and 6.1, the second pull handles 11.1, 11.2 from before it again guided and united by the guides 6.3
  • FIG. 3 The tabs which form the guides 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4 are shown in FIG. 3 positioned diagonally, with a corresponding diagonal Positioning, for example, in the embodiment according to the FIG. 1 could be provided.
  • a diagonal positioning obliquely in the opposite direction is possible or a differently oriented positioning conceivable.
  • FIG. 4 forms a rope or a band or the like, similar to the FIG. 3 , also an infinite loop. Deviating from the presentation of FIG. 3 However, only the handles 3.1, 3.2, which are united to the common loop 7, are formed by this band or by this rope only.
  • the invention provides a very simple and yet convincing possibility to increase the safety in the operation of a Aufricht Anlagen essential.
