Claims (16)

  1. Verschlussvorrichtung für einen Behälter (B) mit einem Hals (C) mit der Achse Δ, wobei diese Vorrichtung Folgendes aufweist;
    - einen Stopfen (2) aus Elastomer,
    - eine Haube (10) aus Plastik, die sowohl den Hals (C) als auch den Stopfen (2) an Ort und Stelle in dem Hals (C) abdecken kann und Mittel zum Verriegeln (11) auf dem Hals (C) aufweist,
    - eine Kappe (30), die auf der Oberseite der Haube (10) über einen zentralen Klotz (31) angepasst und mit einem umfänglichen Stützrand (32) versehen ist, der mit dem zentralen Klotz durch mindestens eine Verbindungsschale verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsschale einerseits elastisch derart verformbar ist, dass sie unter Einwirkung einer axialen Kraft eine axiale Bewegung des Stützrands ausgehend von einer angehobenen Position (R) zu einer gesenkten Position (A) unter Durchgehen durch eine Zwischenposition (I) andererseits erlaubt, und einen ersten Verformungsbereich besitzt, der einer Bewegung des Stützrands zwischen der angehobenen Position (R) und der Zwischenposition (I) entspricht, wobei eine Steifigkeit K1 ist als die Steifigkeit K2 der Schale auf einem zweiten Verformungsbereich einer Bewegung des Stützrands zwischen der Zwischenposition (I) und der gesenkten Position (A) entspricht.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsschale (33) angepasst ist, damit der Stützrand (32) bei seiner Bewegung ausgehend von der angehobenen Position (R) eine zunehmende Reaktion ausübt, die sinkt, nachdem ein maximaler Wert in der Zwischenposition erreicht wurde.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wert der axialen Kraft, die auf den Stützrand (32) der Kappe (30) auszuüben ist, um sie von ihrer angehobenen Position (R) zu ihrer Zwischenposition (I) übergehen zu lassen, größer ist als die Kraft, die erforderlich ist, um ein Einfügen des Stopfens (2) in den Hals (C) des Behälters (B) mit einer Verriegelung der Haube (10) auf dem Hals sicherzustellen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nur die angehobene Position (R) des Stützrands (32) eine stabile Position ist, so dass in dem Fall des Aufhörens der axialen Kraft der Stützrand (32) automatisch zu seiner angehobenen Position zurückkehrt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nur die angehobene Position (R) und die gesenkte Position (A) stabile Positionen sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel einen Ring (11) aufweisen, der zumindest teilweise im Inneren der Haube (10) angeordnet ist und eine ringförmige Decke (17) und einen umfänglichen Rand (19), der fest mit der ringförmigen Decke (17) verbunden ist, aufweist, von dem ausgehend sich mindestens zwei elastisch verformbare Laschen (20) erstrecken, die gegenüber dem Rand (19) ein Verriegelungsende besitzen, das dazu bestimmt ist, sich unter den Hals (C) des Behälters (B) zu fügen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich jede Lasche (20) gegenüber der ringförmigen Decke (17) entlang einer im Wesentlichen axialen Richtung erstreckt, wobei ihr Verriegelungsende (21) nach innen zurückgebogen ist, um einen Fuß zu definieren, der dazu bestimmt ist, unter dem Hals (C) des Behälters (B) zum Aufliegen zu kommen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Lasche (20) einen distalen Abschnitt (22) aufweist, der nach außen ausgerichtet ist, und, auf dem Niveau der Außenseite dieses distalen Abschnitts an der Rückseite des Fußes, einen Blockierdorn (23) der dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer komplementären Blockieraufnahme (24) der Haube (10) zusammenzuwirken.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenseite des distalen Abschnitts (22) jeder Lasche (20) ausgebildet ist, um in Auflage gegen den Hals (C) des Behälters (B) in Verriegelungsposition zu kommen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Ende jeder Zunge, das den Fuß bildet, verstärkt ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Laschen (20) auf dem Niveau der Außenseite eines proximalen Abschnitts eine Zusammenfügerippe (25) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit der Blockieraufnahme zusammenzuwirken, um den Ring mit der Haube (10) vor dem kompletten Eingreifen der Haube (10) auf dem Ring zu verbinden.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich jede Lasche (20) in Richtung der ringförmigen Decke (17) ausgehend von dem umfänglichen Rand (19) unter Ausrichtung zum Inneren des Rings (11) erstreckt.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haube (10) eine Schürze (12) aufweist, die auf dem Niveau eines Endes, das der Kappe (32) der Mittel zum Blockieren der Bewegung der Laschen (20) entgegen gesetzt ist, wenn die Haube (10) komplett auf dem Ring (11) eingreift, aufweist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring eine ringförmige äußere Umgurtung (45) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, die Schürze (12) der Haube (10) zu umgeben, wenn die Haube (10) komplett auf dem Ring (11) eingreift.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haube (10) Verriegelungsmittel (47) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, mit komplementären Verriegelungsmitteln (48) der ringförmigen Umgurtung (45) zusammenzuwirken, wenn die Haube (10) komplett auf dem Ring (11) eingreift, so dass einem Abziehen der Haube (10) ein Hindernis entgegen gesetzt wird.
  16. Behälter, der mit einer Verschlussvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 ausgestattet ist.
