Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de traitement d'une nappe de matériau entre deux cylindres de travail (2, 3) pouvant être entraînés dans des sens opposés, notamment à des fins de poinçonnage ou d'impression,
    comprenant
    - un bâti (20) de machine,
    - deux cylindres de travail (2, 3), lesquels cylindres de travail (2, 3) sont montés dans ledit bâti (20) de machine, une distance entre axes étant réservée entre lesdits cylindres de travail (2, 3), et lesdits cylindres de travail (2, 3) étant respectivement pourvus de zones de portée (9, 9a) ménagées axialement aux deux extrémités, à l'intérieur dudit bâti (20) de machine, et
    - quatre anneaux d'appui (4, 4a, 5, 5a), un anneau d'appui (4, 4a, 5, 5a) respectif étant placé sur chaque zone de portée (9, 9a), et lesdits anneaux d'appui (4, 4a, 5, 5a) étant munis de surfaces tronconiques de roulement (L) qui roulent, par paires, les unes sur les autres,
    caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins l'un des anneaux d'appui (4, 4a, 5, 5a) peut coulisser, dans le sens axial, sur au moins l'une des zones de portée (9, 9a).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit dispositif présente un système de réglage (1, 1a) qui est conçu pour faire coulisser l'anneau d'appui (4, 4a, 5, 5a), et au moyen duquel ledit anneau d'appui (4, 4a, 5, 5a) est amené à un emplacement axial, par coulissement dans une direction axiale (A) vis-à-vis du cylindre de travail (2, 3), et est verrouillé à cet emplacement.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que le système de réglage (1, 1a) comporte un organe d'actionnement (11, 23) qui est, au moins indirectement, assujetti à l'anneau d'appui (4, 4a, 5, 5a) dans la direction axiale (A).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que le système de réglage (1, 1a) comprend un tenon (6, 21) apte à coulisser axialement dans le cylindre de travail (2, 3), et un élément de liaison (8) interposé entre ledit tenon (6) et l'anneau d'appui (4), ledit élément de liaison (8) consignant ledit anneau d'appui (4) à demeure dans le sens axial, vis-à-vis dudit tenon (6), sachant notamment que ledit élément de liaison (8) traverse ledit tenon (6) dans le sens radial et s'engage dans ledit anneau d'appui (4), et que l'organe d'actionnement (11, 23) est assujetti audit anneau d'appui (4, 4a, 5, 5a) dans la direction axiale (A), au moyen dudit tenon (6, 21) et dudit élément de liaison (8).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'actionnement (11) est réalisé sous la forme d'une vis de réglage qui est logée axialement dans le cylindre de travail (2) et pénètre, par un filetage extérieur (14), dans un filetage intérieur complémentaire (13) du tenon (6).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait qu'une configuration (18) à six pans creux, dont les arêtes s'étendent dans la direction axiale (A), est façonnée dans l'organe d'actionnement (11) à une extrémité axialement extérieure.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'actionnement (11) offre un collet périphérique (16) logé axialement dans le cylindre de travail (2) à l'aide d'au moins un élément annulaire (15) et, en particulier, au moyen de deux bagues d'arrêt occupant, de part et d'autre, des positions voisines dudit collet (16).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé par le fait que le système de réglage (1a) est doté d'une collerette (32) occupant une position axialement extérieure sur le bâti (20) de machine, coaxialement au cylindre de travail (2), et parcourue centralement par un filetage intérieur (34), et l'organe d'actionnement (23) est réalisé sous la forme d'une broche de réglage qui est logée axialement dans le tenon (21), par une extrémité intérieure (24) ; pénètre dans le filetage intérieur complémentaire (34) par un filetage extérieur (29), dans une région axialement médiane ; et est pourvue d'un élément de réglage (31) à une extrémité extérieure (30).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'actionnement (23) est entouré axialement par un écrou de blocage (35), à l'extérieur de la collerette (32), ledit écrou de blocage (35) présentant, dans une direction (R) sensiblement radiale, au moins un orifice (36) dans lequel un élément de coincement (37) est inséré, lequel élément de coincement (37) agit sur ledit organe d'actionnement (23).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'actionnement (23) offre, à l'extrémité (24) axialement intérieure, un collet périphérique (25) logé axialement dans le tenon (21) à l'aide d'au moins un élément annulaire (28) et, en particulier, au moyen d'une bague d'arrêt.
  11. Machine d'impression, équipée d'un dispositif conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes.
