Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rollstuhlrampe für Bahnfahrzeuge, die aus dem Bahnfahrzeug herausgeschwenkt und im ausgeschwenkten Zustand in einem Winkel von 30° zu der Fahrzeugwand auf dem Bahnsteig abgestellt wird. Dem Rollstuhlfahrer steht damit für die Einfahrt/Ausfahrt in/aus einem Bahnfahrzeug, dessen Ebene höher als die Bahnsteigebene ist, eine Rollfläche zur Verfügung die
- (1) eine der Norm entsprechende Steigung besitzt,
- (2) auch auf schmalen Bahnsteigen eine gefahrlose Benutzung ermöglicht,
- (3) nicht in Kollision mit Aufbauten auf dem Bahnsteig (Papierkorb, Hinweistafel usw.) kommen kann, und
- (4) dem Rollstuhlfahrer eine Auf- bzw. Abfahrt ohne gefährliche Kurvenmanöver in Nähe der Bahnsteigkante ermöglicht.

Die Steigung einer Rampe für Rollstühle darf 18% nicht übersteigen. Für große Höhenunterschiede zwischen den beiden Bezugsflächen Bahnsteig und Fahrzeugfußboden sind deshalb auch Rampen großer Länge notwendig. Bei einer Höhendifferenz von 450 mm ist eine Rampe von ca. 2500 mm notwendig. Selbst bei nur 250 mm Höhenunterschied ist noch eine Rampenlänge von 1400 mm notwendig. In allen Fällen muss noch eine Länge von mindestens 1000 mm für das Eindrehen des Rollstuhles hinzugefügt werden, so dass selbst bei dem Höhenunterschied von 250 mm eine Breite des Bahnsteiges von ca. 2500 mm notwendig ist. Viele Bahnsteige sind nicht so breit, dass dort diese (quergestellten) Rampen zum Einsatz kommen können.The slope of a ramp for wheelchairs must not exceed 18%. - feste Verbindung mit dem Fahrzeug gemäß Forderung der DIN 39285 auch im ausgeklappten Zustand
- minimaler Platzbedarf in der Breite des Bahnsteiges im ausgeklappten Zustand,
- Einhaltung des maximal zulässigen Neigungswinkels,
- freie Durchsicht innerhalb des Zuges infolge der geringen Höhe im Ruhezustand,
- manuelle Bedienbarkeit,
- keine revisionspflichtigen Teile,
