Claims (11)
- Connecteur électrique de bougie d'allumage (16) pour connecter une bobine d'allumage (14) à une bougie (12), spécialement pour l'utilisation avec un moteur (10) dans lequel une bougie (12) est située dans un puits profond (18) présentant un coude sous un angle X tandis que la bobine d'allumage (14) est à l'extérieur du puits (18), le connecteur (16) faisant un manchon tubulaire électriquement isolant (30) ayant une extrémité ouverte (36) pour la bougie et une extrémité ouverte (38) pour la bobine, et à l'intérieur de laquelle se trouvent des organes électriquement conducteurs (50, 60, 54, 62, 52) qui connectent la bobine (14) à la bougie (12), dans lequel le connecteur (16) comprend un élément de renforcement (54) positionné à l'intérieur du manchon (30), l'élément de renforcement (54) s'étendant sensiblement depuis l'extrémité ouverte (36) pour la bougie jusqu'à l'extrémité ouverte (38) pour la bobine, caractérisé en ce que le connecteur (16) fait un coude d'un angle X entre l'extrémité ouverte (36) pour la bougie et l'extrémité ouverte (38) pour la bobine, l'élément de renforcement (54) étant coudé pour former également ledit angle X.
- Connecteur (16) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de renforcement (54) est un élément des organes électriquement conducteurs (50, 60, 54, 62, 52).
- Connecteur (16) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de renforcement (54) est une tige allongée (54) ayant une première extrémité (56) orientée vers la bougie (12) et une seconde extrémité (58) orientée vers la bobine (14).
- Connecteur (16) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les organes électriquement conducteurs (50, 60, 54, 62, 52) comprennent un premier ressort (50) qui est connecté à la bougie (12).
- Connecteur (16) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les organes électriquement conducteurs (50, 60, 54, 62, 52) comprennent un second ressort (52) qui est connecté à la bobine d'allumage (14).
- Connecteur (16) selon les revendications 3 et 4 en combinaison avec l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la tige (54) est pourvue d'une première plaque (60) à sa première extrémité (56), la première plaque (60) étant sensiblement plate et orthogonale à la tige (54), la première plaque (60) étant en contact avec le premier ressort (50).
- Connecteur (16) selon les revendications 3 et 5 en combinaison avec une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la tige (54) est pourvue d'une seconde plaque (62) à sa seconde extrémité (58), la seconde plaque (62) étant sensiblement plate et orthogonale à la barre (54), la seconde plaque (62) étant en contact avec le second ressort (52).
- Connecteur (16) selon les revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que les organes électriquement conducteurs (50, 60, 54, 62, 52), comprenant le premier ressort (50), la première plaque (60), la tige (54), la seconde plaque (62) et le second ressort (52), sont maintenus à l'intérieur du manchon (30) grâce à des organes de retenue (42, 44, 46).
- Connecteur (16) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les organes de retenue (42, 44, 46) comprennent un épaulement interne (42) pourvu avec le manchon (30) et situé au voisinage de la première extrémité ouverte (36) et contre lequel le premier ressort (50) est en butée, et une bague élastique (46) positionnée dans une rainure (44) ménagée à l'intérieur du manchon (30) au voisinage de la seconde extrémité ouverte (38) et contre laquelle le second ressort (52) est en butée.
- Connecteur (16) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le manchon (30) est réalisé en un matériau souple tel que du silicone.
- Connecteur (16) selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que toutes les surfaces des organes électriquement conducteurs (50, 60, 64, 62, 52) sont lisses sans angles vifs, de sorte que pendant l'assemblage lorsque les organes électriquement conducteurs (50, 60, 54, 62, 52) sont insérés dans le manchon (30), et pendant le fonctionnement, le manchon (30) n'est pas endommagé.
