Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de réglage des rebords de bande d'une feuille (2), comprenant
    une première poulie de renvoi (6) et une seconde poulie de renvoi (8), disposées parallèlement entre elles,
    au moins un entraînement (14) pour le déplacement axial de sens contraire des poulies de renvoi (6, 8),
    un capteur (10) pour détecter la position de la feuille (2),
    un moyen (20, 22, 24) pour modifier le rapport entre le frottement de la feuille (2) sur la première poulie de renvoi (6) et le frottement de la feuille (2) sur la seconde poulie de renvoi (8), et
    un dispositif de réglage pour le contrôle du au moins un entraînement (14), destiné au déplacement axial de sens contraire des poulies de renvoi (6, 8), et du moyen (20, 22, 24), destiné à modifier le rapport entre le frottement de la feuille (2) sur la première poulie de renvoi (6) et le frottement de la feuille (2) sur la seconde poulie de renvoi (8), sur la base de la position de la feuille (2) détectée par le capteur (10).

Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (20, 22, 24), destiné à la modification du rapport entre le frottement de la feuille (2) sur la première poulie de renvoi (6) et le frottement de la feuille (2) sur la seconde poulie de renvoi (8), présente deux galets de pression (20, 22), dont le premier galet (20) est associé à la première poulie de renvoi (6) et le second galet (22) est associé à la seconde poulie de renvoi (8), et sert à presser la feuille (2) sur la poulie de renvoi respective (6, 8).
  5. Dispositif suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque galet de pression (20, 22) est déplaçable dans la direction axiale simultanément avec la poulie de renvoi (6, 8) correspondante.
  6. Dispositif suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque galet de pression (20, 22) est relié à la poulie de renvoi correspondante (6, 8) de telle sorte que chaque galet de pression (20, 22) est déplaçable dans la direction axiale, simultanément avec la poulie de renvoi correspondante (6, 8), au moyen de l'entraînement (14) destiné au déplacement axial de sens contraire des poulies de renvoi (6, 8).

Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (20, 22, 24), destiné à la modification du rapport entre le frottement de la feuille (2) sur la première poulie de renvoi (6) et le frottement de la feuille (2) sur la seconde poulie de renvoi (8), présente un palier (24) pour les arbres (16), réalisé avec une possibilité de pivotement.
  10. Dispositif suivant la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la première poulie de renvoi (6) présente par rapport à l'axe de pivotement (26) un écartement légèrement plus élevé que la seconde poulie de renvoi (8).
  11. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 9 et 10, caractérisé en ce que le palier (24) peut pivoter d'un angle compris entre 91° et 180°, de préférence entre 92° et 105°, et plus préférentiellement entre 93° et 98°.
  12. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente au moins un capteur (18) pour la détection des positions extrêmes du parcours de déplacement de chaque poulie de renvoi (6, 8), le capteur (18) étant relié au dispositif de réglage.
