Abstract
Claims (5)
- Dispositif de contrôle de bourrage pour un dispositif de transport de papier, notamment d'une bande de papier, comportant au moins un rouleau d'entraínement et un rouleau de serrage disposé axialement parallèlement à celui-ci et pouvant pivoter librement, le papier étant ce faisant guidé entre les deux rouleaux et comprimé par le rouleau de serrage sur le rouleau d'entraínement, caractérisé en ce que, pour le contrôle séparé des vitesses du rouleau d'entraínement (1) et du rouleau de serrage (3, 3'), il est affecté à chacun de ces rouleaux un détecteur fixe (5, 5', 8), et en ce qu'il est prévu un circuit d'évaluation (7) pour comparer les signaux délivrés par les deux détecteurs par unité de temps ou par unité de parcours, qui, lorsque les signaux émis par les détecteurs (5, 5', 8) s'écartent d'un rapport prédéterminé, déclenche un signal de dysfonctionnement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport est stoppé par l'intermédiaire du signal de dysfonctionnement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu en tant que détecteurs (5, 5', 8) des émetteurs inductifs, qui coopèrent avec des corps métalliques individuels (6, 9), qui sont respectivement placés à des intervalles d'angles périphériques identiques par rapport aux axes de rotation du rouleau d'entraínement (1) et du rouleau de serrage (3, 3'), et tournent conjointement au rouleau d'entraínement (1) ou au rouleau de serrage (3, 3').
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, pour le contrôle de feuilles de papier individuelles, outre le rouleau de serrage (3) associé au rouleau d'entraínement (1), d'autres rouleaux de serrage (3'), qui sont disposés de façon espacée entre eux (a) et placés dans la direction de transport du papier, l'écartement axial réciproque (a) des rouleaux de serrage (3, 3') étant pour ce faire inférieur à la hauteur de format des feuilles de papier, et un détecteur (5, 5') étant associé à chaque rouleau de serrage (3, 3').
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau d'entraínement (1) entraíne au moins une courroie de transport (12) reposant sur celui-ci et qui est introduite sous les rouleaux de serrage (3, 3'), et en ce qu'il est placé dans la zone de chaque rouleau de serrage suivant (3'), un rouleau d'appui (14) qui supporte la courroie de transport.
