Claims (10)
- Aushubvorrichtung umfassend Aushubmittel (15), erste Stützmittel (21), die dazu geeignet sind, die Aushubmittel (15) in einer im Wesentlichen vertikalen Richtung zu stützen und zu bewegen, einen mobilen Arm (14) mit einem mit einer Führerkabine oder einem Drehturm (12) verbundenen unteren Ende (14a) und mit einem oberen Ende (14b), auf welchem die ersten Stützmittel (21) angeordnet sind, flexible Rohre (26) umfassend Mittel zum Aufsaugen und/oder Entfernen von Detritus und/oder Mittel zum Antreiben der Aushubmittel (15), Mittel zum Aufwicklen/Abwickeln (25) der flexiblen Rohre (26), zweite Stützmittel (24), die dazu vorgesehen sind, die Mittel zum Aufwicklen/Abwickeln (25) in der vertikalen Richtung zu stützen und zu bewegen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aushubvorrichtung wenigstens ein Verlängerungselement (22) länglicher Form umfasst, welches ein mit dem oberen Ende (14b) des mobilen Arms (14) verbundenes unteres Ende (22a) sowie ein oberes Ende (22b) in wesentlicher Entsprechung aufweist, mittels welchem die zweiten Stützmittel (24) angeordnet und gestützt sind, wobei das Verlängerungselement (22) normalerweise in einer im Wesentlichen vertikalen Richtung positioniert ist, wobei der Abstand zwischen dem oberen Ende (14b) des mobilen Arms und dem oberen Ende (22b) des Verlängerungselements (22), welches die zweiten Stützmittel (24) stützt, einen zusätzlichen vertikalen Stellweg (C) der Mittel zum Aufwicklen/Abwickeln (25) derart definiert, dass die flexiblen Rohre (26) dazu geeignet sind, sich in die Höhe in einem größeren Ausmaß zu erstrecken als die Ersteckung in die Höhe des mobilen Arms (14), um die Aushubtiefe, welche die Aushubmittel (15) erreichen können, zu vergrößern. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung Gelenkmittel (30) zum drehbaren Verbinden des Verlängerungselements (22) mit dem mobilen Arm (14) umfasst, so dass das Verlängerungselement (22) selektiv mobil ist, um die zweiten Stützmittel (24) koordiniert mit der Verlagerung des mobilen Arms (14) zu verlagern, so dass die Aushubmittel (15) in im Wesentlichen jedem Betriebszustand vertikal gehalten werden können, selbst wenn die Tiefe des Aushubs vergrößert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aushubvorrichtung Mittel zum Detektieren eines Neigungswinkels (27) umfasst, die dazu geeignet sind, Information über den Neigungswinkel des Verlängerungselements (22) zu liefern.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verlängerungselement (22) auch dazu geeignet ist, gemäß dem auf eine Aushuboberfläche (17) bezogenen Neigungswinkel der Aushubvorrichtung (11) bewegt zu werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verlängerungselement (22) mittels scharnierartigen, gelenkigen Verbindungselementen mit dem mobilen Arm (14) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verlängerungselement (22) mittels hebelartigen, gelenkigen Verbindungselementen mit dem mobilen Arm (14) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung auch Verarbeitungs- und Kontrollmittel (28) umfasst, die dazu geeignet sind, die von den Mitteln zum Detektieren eines Neigungswinkels (27) eintreffende Information zu empfangen und zu verarbeiten und die Bewegung des Verlängerungselement (22) zu aktivieren.
- Verfahren zum Vergrößern der Aushubtiefe and zum Kontrollieren der Vertikalität von Aushubmitteln (15) in einer Aushubvorrichtung (10) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend:- einen ersten Schritt eines Bewegens der Aushubmittel (15) mittels erster Stützmitteln (21), welche durch ein oberes Ende (14b) eines mobilen Arms (14) gestützt sind, in einer im Wesentlichen vertikalen Richtung;- einen zweiten Bewegungsschritt eines Bewegens in diese Richtung, wobei flexible Rohre (26) Mittel zum Aufsaugen und/oder Entfernen von Detritus und/oder Mittel zum Antreiben der Aushubmittel (15) umfassen, durch Mittel zum Aufwicklen/Abwickeln (25), die durch zweite Stützmittel (24) gestützt sind;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren ferner umfasst:- einen dritten Schritt eines Bewegens der Mittel zum Aufwicklen/Abwickeln (25) derart auf einem zusätzlichen vertikalen Stellweg (C), welcher sich jenseits des oberen Endes (14b) des mobilen Arms (14) erstreckt, dass die flexiblen Rohre (26) in die Höhe in einem größeren Ausmaß erstreckt werden als die Ersteckung in die Höhe des mobilen Arms (14), um die Aushubtiefe, welche die Aushubmittel (15) erreichen können, zu vergrößern;- einen vierten Schritt eines Bewegens der zweiten Stützmittel (24) bezüglich des mobilen Arms (14) mittels eines Verlängerungselements (22), welches sich vom oberen Ende (14b) des mobilen Arms (14) aufwärts erstreckt zum Erzeugen des zusätzlichen vertikalen Stellwegs (C) der Mittel zum Aufwicklen/Abwickeln (25), wobei der vierte Schritt des Bewegens der zweiten Stützmittel (24) koordiniert mit einer Verlagerung des mobilen Arms (14) während des Aushebens erfolgt, um die Aushubmittel (15) in im Wesentlichen jedem Betriebszustand vertikal zu halten, einschließlich wenn die Tiefe des Aushubs vergrößert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren ein Detektieren des relativen Neigungswinkels des Verlängerungselements (22), welches die zweiten Stützmittel (24) bezüglich des mobilen Arms (14) bewegt, sowie ein Bewegen des Verlängerungselements (22) bezüglich des mobilen Arms (14) gemäß dem Neigungswinkel vorsieht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren auch mindestens einen Schritt umfasst, in welchem das Verlängerungselement (22) gemäß des auf eine Aushuboberfläche (17) bezogenen Neigungswinkels der Aushubvorrichtung (11) bewegt wird.
