Claims (12)

  1. Assembly and repair device for vehicles, especially construction vehicles and commercial vehicles, such as heavy goods vehicles, comprising
    - a single-part or multi-part receiving cassette (10) made of steel or similar corrosion-resistant material, which is insertable into a recess in the floor, the cassette having two longitudinal side walls (11), end-face walls (12), which are arranged at the ends, and a base (13), the side walls (11, 12) preferably each having an inner wall and, spaced apart therefrom, an outer wall, the walls defining a cavity which can be filled through an upper opening with a hardenable filling material,
    - at least one first lifting device (15) for lifting vehicles, especially heavy goods vehicles, which is at least partly integrated or integrable into the receiving cassette, especially by the manufacturer, and which is movable inside the receiving cassette (10) in the longitudinal direction (X) of the vehicle,
    - at least one second lifting device (16) which is installed in fixed position relative to the longitudinal direction (X) of the vehicle and is arranged inside the receiving cassette, and
    - at least one support bar belt (14), by means of which the receiving cassette (10) can be covered/is covered at least in some regions, especially completely, at the top, a portion of the covering being formed, as applicable, by the upper side of at least one lifting device (15, 16),
    wherein a first end of the support bar belt can be joined/is joined to a first end of the at least one first lifting device (15), the support bar belt (14) being guided around pulley devices (17, 18) in such a way that a second end of the support bar belt (14) can be joined/is joined to a second end of the at least one first lifting device (15), so that a support bar belt (14) is formed/can be formed which is interrupted only by the at least one first lifting device (15), as applicable by at least one joining element, such as, for example, by a tensioning device, but otherwise runs around the periphery.
  2. Assembly and repair device according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the base (13) has an inner base and, spaced apart therefrom, an outer base, which define a cavity which can be filled, as applicable, with a hardenable filling material.
  3. Assembly and repair device according to claim 1 or 2,
    characterized in that
    the inner wall and/or the outer wall of the side walls (11, 12) and/or the inner base and/or the outer base are fluid-tight.
  4. Assembly and repair device according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    at least one lifting device (15, 16) is movable in the transverse direction (Y) of the vehicle and/or is adjustable in respect of its extent into the transverse direction (Y) of the vehicle.
  5. Assembly and repair device according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    at least two lifting devices (15, 16) are arranged/arrangeable spaced apart from one another in respect of the longitudinal direction (X) of the vehicle, especially one behind the other.
  6. Assembly and repair device according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized by
    a drive unit, especially arranged inside the receiving cassette (10), which drive unit is arranged to move at least one lifting device (15) in the longitudinal direction (X) of the vehicle and/or the transverse direction (Y) of the vehicle and/or in a lifting direction (Z).
  7. Assembly and repair device according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the same drive unit (23) is provided for moving at least one first lifting device (15) and the support bar belt (14).
  8. Assembly and repair device according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the maximum travel path of the at least one first lifting device is at least 4 metres, especially 7 metres, preferably 9 metres and more especially 11 metres.
  9. Assembly and repair device according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the support bar belt (14) can be driven over.
  10. Assembly and repair device according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    at least one first lifting device (15) and/or the support bar belt (14) is especially movably mounted on/received in guide devices, preferably separate guide devices.
  11. Assembly and repair device according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the assembly and repair device comprises a reading device by means of which the characteristic data of the vehicle can be read out.
  12. Assembly and repair device according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    at least one first lifting device (15) is mounted in guide rails arranged on the longitudinal side walls (11) of the receiving cassette (10).
