Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zum Befestigen eines Projektils (3) mit einem wenigstens zum Teil aus Kunststoff hergestellten Körper (4) an einer Metallhülse (2), wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Projektil (3) mit einer hinteren Verlängerung (6) versehen wird, welche durch wenigstens ein Bruchmittel (9) vom Projektilkörper (9) getrennt ist, wobei die hintere Verlängerung (6) ein äußeres Metallprofil trägt oder umfasst, an welchem wenigstens eine Kehle (8) eingebracht ist, wobei die Hülse (2) durch Bördeln im Bereich dieser Kehle (8) befestigt wird.
  2. Verfahren zum Befestigen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das äußere Metallprofil von einem Ring (7) gebildet wird, auf welchen die Hülse (2) gebördelt wird, wobei das Projektil (3) zu einem zweiten Zeitpunkt am Ring (7) durch Verschraubung seiner hinteren Verlängerung (6) mit dem Ring (7) befestigt wird.
  3. Verfahren zum Befestigen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bevor die Hülle (2) auf den Ring (7) gebördelt wird, in diesem Ring eine Haltestange angeordnet wird, welche aus einem metallischen Werkstoff hergestellt ist, welcher verformbarer ist als derjenige des Rings.
  4. Projektil umfassend einen Körper (4), welcher wenigstens zum Teil aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist und dafür vorgesehen ist, an einer Metallhülse (2) befestigt zu werden, wobei das Projektil dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es eine hintere Verlängerung (6) umfasst, welche vom Projektilkörper (4) durch wenigstens ein Bruchmittel (9, 14) getrennt ist, wobei die hintere Verlängerung ein äußeres, zylindrisches Metallprofil trägt oder umfasst, an welchem wenigstens eine Kehle zur Bördelung (8) eingebracht ist, welche dafür vorgesehen ist, die Hülse (2) aufzunehmen.
  5. Projektil nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hintere Verlängerung (6) einstückig mit dem Projektilkörper (4) und aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist, wobei diese Verlängerung wenigstens einen Metallring (7) trägt, welcher die Kehle oder Kehlen zur Bördelung (8) umfasst.
  6. Projektil nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bruchmittel (9) wenigstens einen Bereich mit verminderter Dicke umfasst, welcher zwischen die Verlängerung (6) und den Projektilkörper (4) eingesetzt ist, wobei der Bereich durch wenigstens eine kreisförmige Rille (10) begrenzt wird.
  7. Projektil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein metallisches Verstärkungsmittel (12a,12b) in der Rille (10) angeordnet und fest mit der Verlängerung (6) verbunden ist.
  8. Projektil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das metallische Verstärkungsmittel von wenigstens zwei Halbringen (12a,12b) gebildet wird.
  9. Projektil nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Metallring (7) mit der hinteren Verlängerung (6) durch Gewinde verbunden ist.
  10. Projektil nach Anspruch 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hintere Verlängerung (6) aus einem metallischen Werkstoff hergestellt und am Projektilkörper (4) durch Schrauben (14) befestigt ist, wobei das äußere, zylindrische Profil dieser Verlängerung die Kehle oder Kehlen zur Bördelung (8) trägt.
