Die Abrichtrollenmontageeinrichtung 10 besteht aus einer länglichen Montagehülse 16, die zentrisch mit einer Durchgangsbohrung 18 versehen ist. In dem in Figur 1 dargestellten Zustand ist diese Montagehülse 16 am Spindelzapfen 20 der Abrichterwelle 14 befestigt, der während des Normalbetriebs der Schleifmaschinenabrichteinheit in einer entsprechenden Lagerung aufgenommen ist. Zur Erleichterung der Montage der Abrichtrolle 12 auf dem Abrichtrollenaufnahmedurchmesser D der Abrichterwelle 14 ist die Außenfläche der Montagehülse 16 entlang ihrer gesamten Länge L mit einem konischen Montagebereich 22 versehen, dessen Außendurchmesser sich ausgehend von einem maximalen Außendurchmesser dmax in Richtung des freien Endes 23 des Spindelzapfens 20 bis hin zu einem minimalen Außendurchmesser dmin verjüngt, wobei dmax ≤ dem Abrichtrollenaufnahmedurchmesser D ist. Entsprechend wird die Abrichtrolle 12 beim Aufziehen auf die Montagehülse 16 durch das Zusammenwirken der Außenfläche der Montagehülse 16 und der Wandung der Abrichtrollenbohrung 25 automatisch in Bezug auf den Abrichtrollenaufnahmendurchmesser D der Abrichterwelle 14 zentriert, auf dem die Abrichtrolle 12 letztendlich befestigt werden soll. Durch diese Zentrierung erfolgt eine optimale Ausrichtung der Abrichterwelle 14 und der Abrichtrolle 12 zueinander, so dass beim Aufziehen der Abrichtrolle 12 auf den Abrichtrollenaufnahmedurchmesser D der Abrichterwelle 14 kein Verkanten der Bauteile auftritt. Mithin wird auch eine Beschädigung der hoch präzise gefertigten Abrichtrollenbohrung 25 und Abrichterwelle 14 verhindert. Zudem kann auf den Einsatz von Wärme- und/oder Kälteschränken verzichtet werden. Auch ist es möglich, die Montage der Abrichtrolle 12 innerhalb des Schleifmaschinenarbeitsraums durchzuführen, wie es in Figur 1 durch das Vorhandensein der Schleifscheibe 26 angedeutet ist. Die Abrichtrollenmontageeinrichtung 30 ist in Form einer länglichen Montagehülse 32 aus einer gehärteten Chrom-Nickel-Legierung vorgesehen, durch die sich zentrisch eine Durchgangsbohrung 34 erstreckt. Ebenso wie die Montagehülse 16 ist auch die Montagehülse 32 an einem Spindelzapfen 20 der Abrichterwelle 14 befestigt. Zur Erleichterung der Montage ist die Außenfläche der Montagehülse 32 mit einem konischen Montagebereich 36 versehen, der sich ausgehend von einem freien Ende der montierten Montagehülse 32 über etwa ¾ der Länge L der Montagehülse 32 erstreckt und nach und nach bis zu einem maximalen Außendurchmesser dmax aufweitet, wobei dmax ≤ dem Abrichtrollenaufnahmedurchmesser D ist. An den Montagebereich 36 schließt sich übergangslos ein Demontagebereich 38 an, dessen Außendurchmesser sich bis zum Ende der Montagehülse 32 wieder verjüngt. Der Montagebereich 36 der Montagehülse 32 entfaltet im Wesentlichen die gleiche Wirkung wie der Montagebereich 22 der Montagehülse 16 der in Figur 1 dargestellten Abrichtrollenmontageeinrichtung 10, weshalb hierauf nicht erneut eingegangen wird. Der Demontagebereich 38 der Montagehülse 16 erleichtert das Abziehen der Abrichtrolle 12 von der Abrichterwelle 14 bei der Demontage. wobei ein maximaler Außendurchmesser (dmax) des konischen Montagebereiches (22; 36) kleiner als ein Abrichtrollenaufnahmedurchmesser (D) der Abrichterwelle (14) ist oder diesem entspricht.
