Claims (8)
- Soupape d'injection de carburant pour installations d'injection de carburant de moteurs à combustion interne, comprenant un axe longitudinal de soupape (10), un actionneur excitable en forme de circuit électromagnétique avec une bobine magnétique (1), un composant de circuit magnétique extérieur (11) et un induit mobile (27) pour actionner un corps de fermeture de soupape (24) qui coopère avec un siège de soupape (30) prévu sur un corps de siège de soupape (29), un espace de bobine pour la bobine magnétique (1) étant limité par le composant de circuit magnétique extérieur (11), une partie de couvercle (14), et vers l'intérieur par un corps de douille à parois minces (2), et la partie de couvercle (14) étant connectée fixement au corps de douille (2), en particulier au moyen d'un cordon de soudure (15),
caractérisée en ce que

caractérisée en ce que
le composant de circuit magnétique extérieur (11) est réalisé sous forme de pot et possède un fond de composant (12) et le composant de circuit magnétique (11) est connecté dans cette région au corps de douille (2), notamment au moyen d'un cordon de soudure (13). - Soupape d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
la paroi interne du corps de douille (2) est formée de manière si exacte que le guidage de l'induit (27) pendant son déplacement axial s'effectue le long de cette paroi. - Soupape d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
le composant de circuit magnétique extérieur (11) est connecté à une partie de raccordement tubulaire qui est réalisée notamment sous forme de support de siège de soupape (19), notamment au moyen d'un cordon de soudure (20). - Soupape d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 5,
caractérisée en ce que
le fond de composant (12) du composant de circuit magnétique (11) possède une saillie annulaire (22) qui fait saillie depuis le composant de circuit magnétique (11) de telle sorte que le cordon de soudure (20) soit appliqué contre elle. - Soupape d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce
qu'un corps de bobine (3) enveloppant la bobine magnétique (1) s'applique directement contre une paroi extérieure du corps de douille (2). - Soupape d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
la soupape d'injection de carburant a une longueur totale < 30 mm.
