Definitions
- the present invention relates to a gusseted bag according to the preamble of claim 17 and a web portion according to the preamble of claim 1, which is suitable and oriented for the production of the gusseted bag according to the invention. Furthermore, the invention relates to a material web comprising a multiplicity of material web sections of the invention which are separably joined together.
- Gusseted bags are well known in the art and are used for packaging e.g. Fruit, vegetable, sausage and bread products used.
- Side gusset bags are usually made of paper webs or, if a viewing window is desired, made of paper and transparent plastic film webs.
- Side gusseted bags have the advantage of saving space, i. be stored and transported with high packing density. At the same time, the gussets, even voluminous piece goods, e.g. Breads or a variety of bread to be able to pack.
- a particularly dense bag bottom is according to the US 6,033,114 then obtained when the lower edge portion of the bag bottom is double-folded.
- this approach is material intensive and results in gusseted bags having a beaded bottom portion, which makes the efficient transportation and storage of a plurality of such bags in the form of bag stacks almost impossible.
- the US 426,607 A describes a generic web section for a bag with different configurations of the upper edges and lower edges of the bag.
- the present invention therefore an object of the invention to provide gusseted bags available that have a bag bottom with improved tightness and yet made easy and saves material and stored and transported easily in high packing density in stack form.
- This embodiment leads despite very simple manufacturability in series production to a very dense bottom area in a gusseted bag with simple bottom flap.
- the rear wall section of the material web section according to the invention can match the back wall in the gusset bag made of this material web section in shape and size. This is not a necessity. The same goes for the first one and the second side wall portion and the front wall portion. If, for example, a bag tube is formed from the material web section according to the invention, overlapping sections must regularly be available for this purpose which can be glued together or otherwise adhesively bonded to one another. This or these overlapping regions can be provided at arbitrary locations of the material web section, depending on which or how many separate parts this material web section is produced. In these cases, it is quite possible that, for example, the first side wall in the finished gusseted bag does not completely coincide with the first side wall section of the underlying material web section according to the invention.
- a lower portion of the front wall portion that is, an area present below a fold-over line, is found in the finished gusseted bag on the back of the bag.
- this section is also counted to the front wall section.
- a longitudinal axis should always be understood to mean such a longitudinal axis which extends in the direction from the upper edge to the lower edge of the rear wall section and which, if possible, represents an axis of symmetry with respect to this rear wall section or which may be such Axis yields, whose mean distance from the first and the second side edge of the rear wall portion has the same average distance.
- the transverse axis in the sense of the present invention runs perpendicular to this longitudinal axis and, if possible, represents an axis of symmetry of the rear wall section or has the same average distance to the upper and lower edges.
- Longitudinal and transverse axis defined in the context of the present invention thus does not have a longer length than transverse extent of the rear wall portion.
- the longitudinal extent in the direction of the longitudinal axis in the region of the lower edge or the lower edge portions the extent in the direction from the upper edge to the lower edge or beyond is regularly understood.
- the longitudinal extent in the direction of the longitudinal axis in the region of the upper edge or of the lower edge sections the extent in the direction from the lower edge to the upper edge or beyond is regularly understood.
- first side edge of the rear wall section and the first fold line and the first lateral boundary of the first side wall section coincide.
- the second side edge of the rear wall portion and the second fold line and the first lateral boundary of the second side wall portion together.
- Gusset bags with fold-down bottom regularly have at least six fold lines. Four of these fold lines generally correspond to the side edges of the front and back panels in the finished gusseted bag, while the two remaining fold lines are present in the side panels and cause them to be turned inward.
- the web portion may be one or more pieces.
- the rear wall portion, a part of the adjoining the rear wall portion second side wall portion and the first side wall portion and a part of the adjoining this front wall portion a first portion and that the missing part of the second side wall portion and the missing part of the adjoining front wall portion form the second part of a two-piece material web section.
- the material web section according to the invention is formed in two or more pieces, it can be provided that at least one section, in particular at least one area of the front wall section, is transparent and at least one further section is not transparent.
- the first section is preferably not transparent, for example in paper form, and the second section is transparent at least in parts.
- Suitable transparent film materials as they are regularly used in bags, are known in the art.
- polyester films its polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films highlighted.
- PET polyethylene terephthalate
- the transparent plastic films can be mono- or biaxially oriented.
- transparent composite film systems for example based on PET, can also be used.
- the fold lines which are required for the formation of gusseted bags, preferably run parallel. Accordingly, in one embodiment, the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth fold lines are substantially parallel.
- the lower edge of a section B of the first and / or second side wall section has an extension in the direction of the longitudinal axis that substantially corresponds to that of the lower edge of the front wall section.
- a section A of the first side wall section and / or a section A 'of the second side wall section has a first section A1 or A'1 adjacent to the first and second side edges of the rear wall section, respectively Extension of the lower edge in the direction of the longitudinal axis, which corresponds substantially to the extension of the lower edge of the rear wall section in the direction of the longitudinal axis, and a second section A2, which adjoins the section A1 and whose lower edge extends in the direction of the longitudinal axis over the extension of the lower edge of the Rear portion extends, but not as far as the extension of the lower edge of the portion B of the first side wall portion and / or a second portion A'2, which adjoins the portion A'1 and whose lower edge in the direction of the longitudinal axis over the extension of the lower edge of the rear Wanda Section, but not as far as the extension of the lower edge of the portion B 'of the second side wall portion.

It would now be desirable to be able to resort to such gusseted bags, which are free from the disadvantages of the prior art. The present invention therefore an object of the invention to provide gusseted bags available that have a bag bottom with improved tightness and yet made easy and saves material and stored and transported easily in high packing density in stack form.
The object underlying the invention is achieved by the characterizing features of
This embodiment leads despite very simple manufacturability in series production to a very dense bottom area in a gusseted bag with simple bottom flap.
The rear wall section of the material web section according to the invention can match the back wall in the gusset bag made of this material web section in shape and size. Also, a lower portion of the front wall portion, that is, an area present below a fold-over line, is found in the finished gusseted bag on the back of the bag. For the purposes of the present invention, this section is also counted to the front wall section.
The transverse axis in the sense of the present invention runs perpendicular to this longitudinal axis and, if possible, represents an axis of symmetry of the rear wall section or has the same average distance to the upper and lower edges. Longitudinal and transverse axis defined in the context of the present invention thus does not have a longer length than transverse extent of the rear wall portion. In the case of the longitudinal extent in the direction of the longitudinal axis in the region of the lower edge or the lower edge portions, the extent in the direction from the upper edge to the lower edge or beyond is regularly understood. In the longitudinal extent in the direction of the longitudinal axis in the region of the upper edge or of the lower edge sections, the extent in the direction from the lower edge to the upper edge or beyond is regularly understood.
In an advantageous embodiment, the first side edge of the rear wall section and the first fold line and the first lateral boundary of the first side wall section coincide. In a further embodiment fall, in particular in addition, the second side edge of the rear wall portion and the second fold line and the first lateral boundary of the second side wall portion together.
Gusset bags with fold-down bottom regularly have at least six fold lines. Four of these fold lines generally correspond to the side edges of the front and back panels in the finished gusseted bag, while the two remaining fold lines are present in the side panels and cause them to be turned inward.
The web portion may be one or more pieces. Schließlich wird die der Erfindung zugrunde liegende Aufgabe gelöst durch einen Seitenfaltenbeutel mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 17.Finally, the object underlying the invention is achieved by a gusseted bag with the characterizing features of
In this case, such gusseted bags are preferred, comprising a front wall, a rear wall and rear and front wall interconnecting first and second side walls, wherein the bottom of the side gusset bag is a glued Umklappboden obtained from a web of material according to the invention, wherein the rear wall portion and front wall portion and first and second side wall portion a bag tube is formed with inwardly folded first and second side walls, wherein the inner sides of the rear wall portion and front wall portion at least partially mutually abut or be brought, wherein spaced from the Bodenumklappfaltlinie on the back of the rear wall portion at least one, in particular continuous, strip of adhesive material in any case, in an area which exceeds the distance of the lower edge of the rear wall section from the Bodenumklappfaltlinie and extending to the distance of the lower edge of the second side folding section (section B or B ') of the first and / or second side wall section in the direction of the longitudinal axis extending from the Bodenumklappfaltlinie, and wherein the Beyond the Bodenumklappfaltlinie, ie in the direction of the lower edge, located portion of the bag tube on the outside of the rear wall section below Gluing and forming a folding floor is folded, so that at least portions of the first Seitenfaltabschnitts, in particular the sections A2, and optionally A3, as well as the second Seitenfaltabschnitts (section B) of the first side wall portion and / or at least portions of the first Seitenfaltabschnitts, in particular the sections A'2, and possibly A'3, and the second Seitenfaltabschnitts (section B ') of the second side wall portion at least partially with the outside of the rear wall are glued or glued.
Such side gusset bags according to the invention are particularly preferred in which the front wall section is at least partially, preferably completely, transparent, or in which the front wall section and the section B and / or B 'of the first and second side wall sections are made transparent.
According to a further embodiment, side gusset bags may also be provided in which the rear wall section, the front wall section, the first side wall section and / or the second side wall section have at least partially breathable perforation holes.
Such gusseted bags according to the invention are particularly preferred in which the upper edge of the rear wall and the upper edges of the sections A1 and / or A'1 and optionally A2 and / or A'2 of the first and second side wall project beyond the upper edge of the front wall. In the preferred embodiment of a gusseted bag according to the invention, the rear wall is provided with a tab which extends continuously into the area of the front wall. This type of tab design results in a significant reduction in the risk of tearing in the upper fold lines when opening or filling the side gusset bag.
In this case, it is particularly preferred if the upper edge of the rear wall and the upper edges of the sections A1 of first and second side wall are substantially equidistant from the upper edge of the front wall.
According to the present invention, there is provided such a side sock bag in which the second side-folding portion of the first side-wall portion has a portion located between the bottom-folding-up line F and the bottom edge which does not separate from the first side-fold when the first and second side-folding portions of the first side-wall portion are folded along the third fold line is covered and has at least a first passage and / or that the second Seitenfaltabschnitt of the second side wall portion has an area disposed between the Bodenumklapptpflinie F and the lower edge, which in the collapse of first and second Seitenfaltabschnitt the second side wall portion along the fourth fold line not from the first side fold portion is covered and the at least one second passage, wherein the first and / or second passage upon folding over the Beyond the Bodenumklappfaltlinie Beu section telschlauchs on the outside of the rear wall portion with the adhesive material at least partially overlapped, so that the adhesive material through the first and / or second passage through with the inside of the front wall portion is brought into contact or is. In this way, a particularly dense bag bottom, through which e.g. particulate material can not penetrate even if handled improperly.
The present invention is accompanied by the surprising finding that, by suitable manipulation of the lower edges of the side wall sections, even when a simple bottom fold is applied, a substantially denser side bag bottom can be obtained through which particulate bulk material residue, e.g. Bread crumbs, even with improper handling can not escape easily. Another advantage is that the manipulation in the region of the lower edge of the material web section according to the invention, which brings a greatly improved tightness when made of a material web according to the invention, a top edge course of the material web sections due to the risk of tearing the tab when opening or filling the From this side gusseted bag drastically minimized, if not eliminated.
