Claims (19)

  1. Espagnolette lock for a door or shutter, with a housing (12) that can be fixed in position on the door panel (10) or the shutter, and with an actuating shaft (15) rotatably disposed in the housing (12), with the actuating shaft (15) on the one hand being connected in a non-rotatable manner with a tongue (16), and on the other hand being capable of being coupled with a lock-actuating means, characterized in that the tongue (16) is monolithically formed with the actuating shaft (15) and the actuating shaft (15) is mounted in the interior of the housing (12), and in that the housing (12) can be fixed in position on the door panel (10) or the shutter by means of a securement element (20, 35) that can be inserted into the housing (12) parallel to the plane of the door panel (10) or of the shutter and is to be supported against the door panel (10) or the shutter, wherein when a mounting of the espagnolette lock is completed, the securement element engages the actuating shaft (15) to thereby secure and fix the actuating shaft (15) in position in the housing (12).
  2. Espagnolette lock according to claim 1, characterized in that the actuating shaft (15) is mounted in the housing (12) via a mounting collar (17), and in that the securement element (20, 35), in its position where it is inserted into the housing (12), engages into the mounting collar (17) of the actuating shaft (15).
  3. Espagnolette lock according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the securement element (20, 35), in its position where it is inserted into the housing (12), secures the housing (12) in place against the door panel (10) or the shutter due to an established bias.
  4. Espagnolette lock according to claim 3, characterized in that the securement element (20, 35) is supported against the door panel (10) or the shutter via a resiliently configured projection or shoulder (22, 38) to thereby bias the housing (12) against the door panel (10) or the shutter.
  5. Espagnolette lock according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the securement element (20) has a fork-shaped configuration with two parallel projections (21) that are spaced from one another, whereby the projections (21) are respectively guided through openings (25) of the housing (12) that are disposed opposite one another and are received in a respective opening or recess (26) disposed in the mounting collar (17) of the actuating shaft (15).
  6. Espagnolette lock according to claim 5, characterized in that the opening or recess (26) is embodied as an annular groove.
  7. Espagnolette lock according to one of the claims 4 to 6, characterized in that the projection or shoulder is formed by two supporting projections (22) that extend parallel to the projections (21) and extend about the outside of the housing.
  8. Espagnolette lock according to claim 7, characterized in that the supporting projections (22) have a double-walled configuration with a respective strip (24) that rests resiliently against the door panel (10) or the shutter.
  9. Espagnolette lock according to claim 7, characterized in that the supporting projections (22) are embodied with an arching or curvature that protrudes in the direction of the door panel (10) or the shutter to thereby establish the bias in the position in which it is inserted into the housing (12).
  10. Espagnolette lock according to one of the claims 7 to 9, characterized in that the supporting projections (22) are positively fixed in position in a respective channel or slot (29) formed on the outer side of the housing (12).
  11. Espagnolette lock according to one of the claims 3 to 10, characterized in that the housing (12) is provided on its outer side with recesses (30) that serve for positively receiving the securement element (20).
  12. Espagnolette lock according to one of the claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the tongue (16) or the actuating shaft (15) is provided with a radially extending projection (31) that engages in a slot (32) that fixes the angle of rotation of the actuating shaft (15), with its tongue (16), relative to the housing (12).
  13. Espagnolette lock according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the securement element is embodied as at least one pin (35) that extends transversely through the housing (12) in two openings (36) that are respectively disposed across from one another, and the mounting collar (12) of the actuating shaft (15) is provided with two slots (37), which have the shape of a quarter circle, for receiving the pin (35) that enables a rotation of the actuating shaft (15) by 90°.
  14. Espagnolette lock according to claim 13, characterized in that two pins (35) can be inserted into the openings (36) of the housing (12) from respectively oppositely disposed sides.
  15. Espagnolette lock according to claim 13 or 14, characterized in that each pin (35), on its outer end, is provided with a shoulder (38) that by means of an undercut (39) is provided with a resilient configuration.
  16. Espagnolette lock according to claim 13 or 14, characterized in that each pin (35) has an arching or curvature that protrudes in the direction of the door panel (10) or the shutter to thereby establish the bias when the pin (35) is inserted into the housing (12).
  17. Espagnolette lock according to one of the claims 1 to 16, characterized in that respective detents or notches (27, 28) are disposed on actuating shaft (15) and securement element (20) for indicating the two 90° positions of the actuating shaft (15), with the espagnolette lock opened and closed.
  18. Espagnolette lock according to one of the claims 1 to 17, characterized in that the actuating shaft (15) is axially releasably arrestable in the housing (12) by means of a notch/detent configuration.
  19. Espagnolette lock according to one of the claims 1 to 18, characterized in that the actuating shaft (15), in that region of its mounting collar (17) that faces the lock-actuating means that is to be provided, has a seal groove (18) with a seal (19) that is to be placed therein for providing sealing relative to the housing (12).
