Definitions
- the invention relates to a kit for rolling gallery paneling and a kit for a roller shutter.
- a simple roller shutter renovation in old buildings can be achieved with the help of so-called Vorbaurollläden, which are placed from outside on the masonry above the window.
- Vorbaurollläden need no thermal insulation, as they are only connected by a tight Gurt to element with the interior, which can be easily sealed.
- pre-built shutters are often perceived as a visual impairment of the house facade and are not suitable in particular for the renovation of old buildings in the context of monument protection.
- roller shutter kits are being used as part of the refurbishment to replace the old shutters, which provide improved heat and sound insulation.
- the old shutter box remains in the masonry. It will be a new roller shutter shaft, usually a six- or octagonal steel shaft used to which a new rolling armor is suspended. Then it will not used as a rolling room for the Rollpanzer area in the old shutter box filled with thermal insulation and sound insulation material.
- the on-site existing shutter boxes are usually sized so small that when raised rolling stock only very laborious, and in some areas often not at all thermal insulation and sound insulation material can be introduced. Even if the rolling armor is lowered and only the roller shutter shaft is in the rolling box, an introduction of insulating material is usually tedious and difficult due to the limited space. Above all, there is the danger that the rolling room is at least partially filled with insulating material, which then hinders the pulling up of the rolling armor. This also applies to the case in which the roller shutter box is rehabilitated acoustically and thermally when the roller shutter is removed.
- From the DE 196 01 188A is a rolling trim kit for insulating a roller shutter with a rotatably mounted roller shutter shaft, comprising an insulating mat (200) with a hook profile known.
- the object of the invention is to provide a roller shutter trim kit for insulating a roller shutter with rotatably mounted roller shutter shaft and a roller shutter kit with roller shutter shaft, which make inexpensive and easy to install heat and / or soundproofing measures in the range of the roller shutter box.
- the rolling room trim kit for insulating a roller shutter with rotatably mounted roller shutter shaft is composed of an insulating mat with a hook profile and a mounting aid.
- the mounting aid has a Tarsteckelement with a recess whose fit is adapted to the roller shutter shaft, arranged on a Tarsteckelement driver for the hook profile on the insulating mat and a pull-on element arranged on the traction element.
- the rolling room trim kit according to the invention makes it possible to carry out heat and sound insulation measures in a simple, cost-effective and effective manner, in particular also in existing roller shutter boxes in old buildings.
- the mounting aid By using the mounting aid, the insulating mat for thermal insulation or sound insulation can be optimally placed in the roller shutter box, especially in areas that are otherwise difficult to access due to the arranged in the shutter box roller shutter shaft.
- the plugged onto the roller shutter mounting aid makes it possible to pre-turn by pulling on the mounting aid provided on the traction element mounted on the driver of the mounting aid insulating mat up to the facade side front of the shutter box and then fix it. This would be possible without the assembly aid according to the invention only with great effort.
- the use of the mounting aid for fastening the insulating mat in the roller shutter box ensures that that the insulating mat can be arranged so that neither the rolling room is blocked for receiving the roller shutter shell, nor heat and sound insulation bridges remain in the shutter box.
- the arranged on the mounting aid driver can namely be designed so that he placed the insulating mat on the facade side of the inside of the roller shutter box so that exactly the required rolling space between roller shutter shaft and insulating mat for rolling up the roller shutter remains.
- the slip-on element of the assembly aid is disk-shaped, in particular circular disk-shaped, wherein the recess, the fit of which is adapted to the roller shutter shaft, forms an incision in the peripheral surface of the plug-on element.
- This design of the mounting aid facilitates the rotation of the mounting aid to the roller shutter shaft, both when rotated during this rotation designed as a hexagon or octagon roller shutter shaft is rotated, as well as when the roller shutter shaft designed as a round shaft remains immobile during assembly. Due to the disc-shaped design of the slip-on of the mounting aid, it can be moved with little effort on the tension element.
- the tension element is a webbing which is fastened to the peripheral surface of the slip-on element, whereby a good force transmission from the tension element to the slip-on element as well as an exact guidance can be achieved.
- the driver on the mounting aid on a hook element for attaching the Einhticianprofils the insulating mat wherein the driver is supported with a spring element against the peripheral surface of the Aufsteckelements the mounting aid.
- the design of the driver on the mounting aid as a spring-suspended hook allows an automatic detachment of the hook element from the hooking profile of Insulation mat after the insulation mat has reached its desired end position on the facade side front of the shutter box.
- the spring element ensures that the hook element dissolves from the Einhticianprofil the insulating mat and the insulating mat then does not take back when turning back.
- the assembly aid can then be easily removed again from the roller shutter shaft.
- the mounting aid additionally has a drop-shaped guide element, which is formed on the Ansteckelement. Between the drop-shaped guide element and the Ansteckelement adjacent to the Aufsteckelement a stop surface is formed.
- the hook member of the driver is further rotatably mounted at the intersection between the teardrop-shaped guide member and the slip-on, wherein the spring element of the driver presses the hook member against the stop surface of the guide member.
- the teardrop-shaped guide element on the mounting aid serves as a contact surface for the suspended on the driver insulating mat when pulling the insulating mat in the roller shutter box towards the front side facade, which simplifies the positioning of the insulating mat.
- the diameter of the driver is adjustable.
- the driver can do this way be adapted to different rolling room sizes or shutter side bearing part diameter.
- the rolling room trim kit is part of a roller shutter assembly with a roller shutter shaft and two side parts, each having a bearing shell for receiving the roller shutter shaft. These side parts are further provided in each case with a latching element, the corresponding interference with the insulating mat face.
- the two side parts are coupled for supporting the roller shutter shaft via a connecting element which can be fastened on a window frame.
- the connecting element in this case has an insertion profile which cooperates with an engagement profile on a longitudinal side of the insulating mat.
- the insulating mat can also be attached to the inside of the roller shutter box in order to shield the rolling room, which is open to the outside, with heat and sound from the interior.
- the design as a plug connection makes it possible, moreover, the insulating mat if necessary, for. B. to get access to the roller shutter shaft to solve again.
- the connecting element has a stop for attaching the mounting aid. This makes it easier to place the mounting aid on the roller shutter shaft and also ensures that the insulating mat is positioned correctly in the roller shutter box.
- FIG. 1 shows an exploded view of parts of a roller shutter kit for installation in existing on-site roller shutter boxes. These on-site roller shutter boxes represent important heat and sound bridges. shuttering kit or the rolling room trim kit according to the invention a montage friendly and effective thermal insulation and sound insulation is provided.

Description
The invention relates to a kit for rolling gallery paneling and a kit for a roller shutter.
In the old building stand, the shutters and here in particular the existing on-site roller shutter box for enclosing the rolling room, in which the roller shutter of the shutter can be pulled up, often the worst links in terms of thermal insulation and sound insulation. Above all, because of the increasingly stringent structural engineering requirements for effective energy consumption and sound insulation, there is a great need to replace old shutters and retrofit the roller shutter boxes in terms of sound insulation and thermal insulation.
A simple roller shutter renovation in old buildings can be achieved with the help of so-called Vorbaurollläden, which are placed from outside on the masonry above the window. Such Vorbaurollläden need no thermal insulation, as they are only connected by a tight Gurtdurchführung with the interior, which can be easily sealed. However, pre-built shutters are often perceived as a visual impairment of the house facade and are not suitable in particular for the renovation of old buildings in the context of monument protection. In addition, when using pre-built roller shutters, it is additionally necessary to rehabilitate the existing on-site roller shutter box sound and heat technology.
Instead of pre-built roller shutters, roller shutter kits are being used as part of the refurbishment to replace the old shutters, which provide improved heat and sound insulation. Here, the old shutter box remains in the masonry. It will be a new roller shutter shaft, usually a six- or octagonal steel shaft used to which a new rolling armor is suspended. Then it will not used as a rolling room for the Rollpanzer area in the old shutter box filled with thermal insulation and sound insulation material.
Alternatively, it is also possible to continue to use the old shutter and bring to improve the heat and sound insulation only additional insulation in the shutter box to the rolling room around. However, the on-site existing shutter boxes are usually sized so small that when raised rolling stock only very laborious, and in some areas often not at all thermal insulation and sound insulation material can be introduced. In particular, it is hardly possible in dismantled or lowered roller shutter to use insulating foam in the shutter box for improved thermal insulation or for improved sound insulation, since the required delimitation of the rolling room for winding the rolling armor is difficult to carry out. However, it may alternatively result in the problem that when performing heat and sound insulation measures in the empty or, only the roller shutter shaft containing shutter box essential areas in the shutter box, which are not needed as a rolling room, not or insufficiently filled.
The object of the invention is to provide a roller shutter trim kit for insulating a roller shutter with rotatably mounted roller shutter shaft and a roller shutter kit with roller shutter shaft, which make inexpensive and easy to install heat and / or soundproofing measures in the range of the roller shutter box.
This object is achieved by a rolling room trim kit according to claim lund a roller shutter kit according to claim 6. Preferred developments are specified in the dependent claims.
According to the invention, the rolling room trim kit for insulating a roller shutter with rotatably mounted roller shutter shaft is composed of an insulating mat with a hook profile and a mounting aid. The mounting aid has a Aufsteckelement with a recess whose fit is adapted to the roller shutter shaft, arranged on a Aufsteckelement driver for the hook profile on the insulating mat and a pull-on element arranged on the traction element.
The rolling room trim kit according to the invention makes it possible to carry out heat and sound insulation measures in a simple, cost-effective and effective manner, in particular also in existing roller shutter boxes in old buildings. By using the mounting aid, the insulating mat for thermal insulation or sound insulation can be optimally placed in the roller shutter box, especially in areas that are otherwise difficult to access due to the arranged in the shutter box roller shutter shaft. The plugged onto the roller shutter mounting aid makes it possible to pre-turn by pulling on the mounting aid provided on the traction element mounted on the driver of the mounting aid insulating mat up to the facade side front of the shutter box and then fix it. This would be possible without the assembly aid according to the invention only with great effort. The use of the mounting aid for fastening the insulating mat in the roller shutter box ensures that that the insulating mat can be arranged so that neither the rolling room is blocked for receiving the roller shutter shell, nor heat and sound insulation bridges remain in the shutter box. The arranged on the mounting aid driver can namely be designed so that he placed the insulating mat on the facade side of the inside of the roller shutter box so that exactly the required rolling space between roller shutter shaft and insulating mat for rolling up the roller shutter remains.
According to one embodiment, the slip-on element of the assembly aid is disk-shaped, in particular circular disk-shaped, wherein the recess, the fit of which is adapted to the roller shutter shaft, forms an incision in the peripheral surface of the plug-on element. This design of the mounting aid facilitates the rotation of the mounting aid to the roller shutter shaft, both when rotated during this rotation designed as a hexagon or octagon roller shutter shaft is rotated, as well as when the roller shutter shaft designed as a round shaft remains immobile during assembly. Due to the disc-shaped design of the slip-on of the mounting aid, it can be moved with little effort on the tension element.
In this case, it is further preferred that the tension element is a webbing which is fastened to the peripheral surface of the slip-on element, whereby a good force transmission from the tension element to the slip-on element as well as an exact guidance can be achieved.
According to a further embodiment, the driver on the mounting aid on a hook element for attaching the Einhängprofils the insulating mat, wherein the driver is supported with a spring element against the peripheral surface of the Aufsteckelements the mounting aid. The design of the driver on the mounting aid as a spring-suspended hook allows an automatic detachment of the hook element from the hooking profile of Insulation mat after the insulation mat has reached its desired end position on the facade side front of the shutter box. When turning back the Aufsteckelements the spring element ensures that the hook element dissolves from the Einhängprofil the insulating mat and the insulating mat then does not take back when turning back. The assembly aid can then be easily removed again from the roller shutter shaft.
According to a further embodiment, the mounting aid additionally has a drop-shaped guide element, which is formed on the Ansteckelement. Between the drop-shaped guide element and the Ansteckelement adjacent to the Aufsteckelement a stop surface is formed. The hook member of the driver is further rotatably mounted at the intersection between the teardrop-shaped guide member and the slip-on, wherein the spring element of the driver presses the hook member against the stop surface of the guide member. The teardrop-shaped guide element on the mounting aid serves as a contact surface for the suspended on the driver insulating mat when pulling the insulating mat in the roller shutter box towards the front side facade, which simplifies the positioning of the insulating mat. The arrangement of the driver at the intersection between the Aufsteckelement and the guide element of the driver as a rotatably mounted hook member which is pressed by the spring element against the forming between the guide element and the Aufsteckelement stop surface, ensures that the insulating mat is guided reliably in the rotational movement of the Aufsteckelements , Furthermore, the hook element of the driver can be easily solved by the rotatable design when turning back by the spring action of the spring element from the Einhängprofil the insulating mat, so as to prevent entrainment of the insulating mat when turning back.
According to a preferred embodiment, the diameter of the driver is adjustable. The driver can do this way be adapted to different rolling room sizes or shutter side bearing part diameter.
According to a preferred embodiment, the rolling room trim kit is part of a roller shutter assembly with a roller shutter shaft and two side parts, each having a bearing shell for receiving the roller shutter shaft. These side parts are further provided in each case with a latching element, the corresponding interference with the insulating mat face. With such an interpretation, the insulating mat after insertion into the roller shutter box and positioning can be easily and reliably hold in the desired end position. In addition, z. B. to perform a revision in the shutter box, the insulating mat from the locking connection are also easily solved again.
According to a further embodiment, the two side parts are coupled for supporting the roller shutter shaft via a connecting element which can be fastened on a window frame. The connecting element in this case has an insertion profile which cooperates with an engagement profile on a longitudinal side of the insulating mat. The insulating mat can also be attached to the inside of the roller shutter box in order to shield the rolling room, which is open to the outside, with heat and sound from the interior. The design as a plug connection makes it possible, moreover, the insulating mat if necessary, for. B. to get access to the roller shutter shaft to solve again.
According to a further embodiment, the connecting element has a stop for attaching the mounting aid. This makes it easier to place the mounting aid on the roller shutter shaft and also ensures that the insulating mat is positioned correctly in the roller shutter box.

In the next step, the
