Folienhaube passt sich gleichsam der Form des Gutstapels an.Good stack means in particular a plurality of packages, packages, sacks or the like units that are suitably stacked to a cuboid stack. It is within the scope of the invention that the stack is received on a pallet. This stack is covered with a tubular film or with a film hood to give the stack on the one hand a higher stability and on the other hand to protect the stack from weather> rivers. The stack may in principle also be a few stacked units or even a single larger unit, for example from the white goods sector (washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers and the like). The stack does not necessarily have to have a cuboid shape, but in principle can also have other shapes. The tubular film or film hood to be covered adjusts as it were to the shape of the stack of goods.
To solve the technical problem, the invention teaches a method for coating a tubular film or a film hood over a stack of goods, wherein the tubular film is first picked up on a gathering device,
wherein the gathering device is used with at least two roller arrangements, each having at least one gathering roller and at least two counter-rollers, wherein the rapiers are brought into contact with the outside of the tubular film during ramming of the tubular film and only one of the two counter-rollers of each roller assembly with the inside of the tubular film in contact is brought
wherein the retrieved tubular film is subsequently drawn over the stack of goods with a coating device by moving the coating device along the stack of goods and thereby removing the tubular film from the coating device,
wherein during the removal of the tubular film in the course of the application of a first and a second tubular film section, the gathering rollers of the roller arrangements
are in contact with the outside of the tubular film and both counter rollers of each roller assembly are in contact with the inside of the tubular film,
wherein, after reaching an end region of the stack, the overdrawing device is moved along a Gutstapelabschnittes opposite to the coating direction, so that the first tubular film section is applied to the already applied to the stack of goods tubular film
and wherein the overdrawing device is subsequently moved in the overmolding direction along at least part of the good stacking section so that the second tubular film section is laid on the first tubular film section.
Appropriately, the stack is received on a pallet. In particular, the end region of the product stack means the pallet or the region of the pallet and / or the lower region of the product stack arranged directly on the pallet. If the stack of goods is not received on a pallet, the end region of the stack of goods means, in particular, the lower region of the stack of goods. It is furthermore within the scope of the invention that the tubular film already resting against the stack of goods is connected to the subsequently applied first tubular film section and that this first tubular section of the hose is in turn connected to the second tubular film section to be subsequently applied. For this purpose, the tubular film for applying the first tubular film section is turned upwards and then turned down to apply the second tubular film section. It is understood that the end of the tubular film is abolished at the end of the coating process and in particular after the application of the second tubular film section and applied to the stack of goods or to the pallet.
When the stack is placed on a pallet, it is recommended that the first section of tubular film be applied along the stacking section A and along the pallet or along at least a portion of the pallet's height. Preferably, the second tubular film section is applied along at least part of the good stacking section A and along the pallet or along at least part of the height of the pallet.
It is within the scope of the invention that the Abraffen the tubular film is substantially parallel to the movement of the overdrawing in over pulling direction or against the coating direction when coating the tubular film over the stack or when creating the tubular film sections. According to a particularly recommended embodiment of the invention During the movement of the coating device against the coating direction during application of the first tubular film section and during the movement of the coating device in the coating direction when applying the second tubular film section takes place a continuous Abraffen the tubular film from the overdrawing device. In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention it is provided that the Abraffgeschwindigkeit or the rotational speed of the driven Raffrollen are variably adjustable.
The tubular film or the film hood expediently consists of an elastic plastic film. As far as here and below of a film hood is mentioned, this means the already separated at one end and welded tubular film.
Appropriately, the tubular film is supplied from a tubular film supply in the context of the inventive method. Empfohlenermaßen the side edges of the tubular film in the stored state folded inwards One speaks then of a gusseted hose. It is within the scope of the invention that the supplied tubular film is opened above or in front of the stack. Appropriately, shirring elements of the shirring device are then retracted into the tube film end of the opened tubular film, so that the inside of the hose film end rests against the shirring elements. Each gathering element preferably has a gathering bar, which extends in a recommended manner transversely to the feed direction of the tubular film or transversely to the vertical direction. The inside of the hose film end rests on the tiebacks after the gathering elements have retracted. According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the gathering elements are arranged with their Raffbügeln at the four corners of a rectangular cross-sectionally open tubular film. In this case, the Raffbügel also called Raffecken. It is within the scope of the invention that the gathering elements or tiebacks transverse to the feed direction of the tubular film, in particular in horizontal Direction are movable and that are preferably moved independently. It is furthermore within the scope of the invention that the gathering elements or gathering bars can be moved in the feed direction of the tubular film, in particular in the vertical direction. The shirring or Raffbügel are recommended to be connected to a tenter, which is movable in the feed direction of the tubular film, in particular in the vertical direction.
According to the invention, a gathering device with at least two roller arrangements, each having at least one gathering roller and at least two counter-rollers is used and according to the invention, the gathering rollers are brought into contact with the outside of the tubular film when the tubular film is pulled open, and only one of the two counter-rollers of each roller arrangement is connected to the inside of the tubular film Brought in contact. It is within the scope of the invention that each Raffelement or each Raffbügel is associated with such a roller assembly. Then, the counter-roll standing in contact with the inner side of the tubular film during ratcheting is preferably arranged in each case in the feed direction of the tubular film behind or under the associated Raffbügel, in particular arranged in the vertical direction below the associated Raffbügels. Appropriately, after the introduction of the gathering elements into the open end of the tubular film, the gathering rolls are moved up or folded in so that each gathering roll and the counter-roll assigned to it receive the tubular film between them in a clamping manner. Preferably, the gathering rollers are driven when the tubular film is pulled up, and to this end each drive roller is preferably associated with a drive motor. It is recommended that the counter-rollers are not driven and function as other pressure rollers with respect to the associated Roman rollers. As explained below, it is within the scope of the invention that each roller assembly has a further counter-roller, which expediently not in Contact with the inside of the tubular film is. For this purpose, the further counter-roller can be folded down, for example, from the assigned Roman roller. Before preferably, the roller assemblies are oriented during Aufraffen so that the axis of rotation of standing in contact with the tubular film counter-roller in the feed direction of the tubular film is arranged behind or in the vertical direction below the axis of rotation of the gathering roller.
It is within the scope of the invention that an intended for the formation of the film hood Schlauchfollenabschnitt is deducted from the tube film supply and is gathered before or above the stack. Conveniently, two shirring or Raffbügel, preferably four shirring or Raffbügel be introduced into the open Schlauchfollenende. Empfohlenermaßen each shirring element or shirring is associated with a roller assembly through which the tubular film is guided during the Aufraffen and is gathered in the feed direction behind the roller assembly. When shirring the tubular film is gathered on the shirring elements in a known manner bellows-like or accordion-like. Due to the preferred arrangement of the axes of rotation of the rollers described above, a very uniform wrinkling can be achieved when shirring, wherein the folds respectively obliquely downwards and (with respect to the stack of goods) facing outward. In this uniform alignment of the folds, the film hood can be deducted in the subsequent coating over the stack in a simple, reliable and damage-free way fold by fold. - Expediently, the device for carrying out the method according to the invention has a separating device and a welding device with which the tubular film is separated and welded after shirring at the upper end of the film hood to be formed to form the film hood.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the method according to the invention, the tubular film is transversely stretched after ratcheting. Conveniently, the cross stretches take place with the gathering device. Preferably, the shirring elements are also used as Querstretchelemente with which the tubular film or the film hood is transversely traversed after shirring and expediently before coating over the stack. It is recommended that the gathering elements move apart with their tiebacks transversely to the feeding direction of the tubular films. The transverse stretching is carried out with the proviso that the cross-section or horizontal cross-section of the cross-stretched tubular film is greater than the cross-section or horizontal cross-section of the product stack. After shirring and after the transverse stretch, the tubular film is pulled over the stack with the puller.
After a very preferred embodiment of the invention, the shirring is recognized as Überzieheinrichtung. When coating over the stack, the tubular film is removed from the shirring or Überzieheiridchtung and is doing on the shirring or Raffbügel, led before it comes to rest on the stack. It has already been stated that it is recommended that four shirring elements or four shirring loops are involved, which are preferably arranged at the four corners of the rectangular tubular film in cross-section. For covering the film hood, the shirring elements or shirring bars can be moved in the direction of coating the foil hood or in the vertical direction. For this purpose, the shirring elements are expediently connected to a tenter, which can be moved in the over direction of the foil hood or in the vertical direction.
It is within the scope of the invention that the Abraffen the tubular film is supported when coating over the stack of the role arrangements. It is also within the scope of the invention that the roller assemblies are also connected to the clamping frame and are movable with the clamping frame in the coating direction of the film hood or in the vertical direction. In accordance with the invention, when the tubular film is pulled off during the application of the first and second tubular film sections, the gathering rollers of the roller assemblies are in contact with the outside of the tubular film and both counter rollers of each roller assembly are in contact with the inside of the tubular film. A particularly preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that during the entire Abraffvorgang the tubular film when coated over the stack, the Raffrollen the roller assemblies are in contact with the outside of the tubular film and both counter rollers of each roller assembly with the inside of the tubular film in contact. Appropriately, the gathering rollers are driven in Abraffen the tubular film in Abraffrichtung. Preferably, the rotational speed or peripheral speed of the creasing rollers is slower or slightly slower than the speed of the overtravel / downward movement of the shirring / overdrawing device. In this way, a vertical stretch can be generated in the tubular film.
Breite des ersten Schlauchfolienabschnittes mindestens 100 mm und bevorzugt 200 bis 500 mm.According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the tubular film is held in the course of coating over the stack of goods before clamping it to the stack of material between the gathering roller and the two counter-rollers of each roller assembly when raping the tubular film. Empfohlenermaßen the rotation axis of the first counter-roller is arranged in Abraffrichtung behind the axis of rotation of Raffrollen or arranged in the vertical direction above the axis of rotation of the gathering roller when raping. Preferably, the axis of rotation of the second counter-roller is arranged in Abraffrichtung in front of the axis of rotation of the Rafrolle or arranged in the vertical direction below the axis of rotation of the Rafrolle. It is within the scope of the invention that this preferred geometric arrangement is realized in all roller assemblies when raping the tubular film. This also applies in particular to the removal of the tubular film during the application of the first and second tubular film sections. If the end region of the product stack is reached during the removal, coating and application of the tubular film to the product stack, the tubular film is turned upwards to produce the first tubular film segment. In this case, the end region of the stack of goods means, in particular, a pallet on which the stack of goods is arranged and, above all, the pallet intermediate bottom or pallet bottom of the pallet on which the stack of goods is arranged. In principle, however, the end region of the product stack can also be the lower region or the lower edge of the product stack. Preferably, after reaching the end region of the product stack, the gathering elements of the coating device are moved away from the stack in the horizontal direction so that the distance of the tubular film guided over the gathering elements increases from the stack. The aforementioned transverse movement of a shirring element before the tubular film is turned over is preferably carried out over 50 to 150 mm, preferably over 80 to 120 mm and particularly preferably over about 100 mm. Conveniently, following this transverse movement of the gathering elements, the coating device is moved along a stack of goods counter to the coating direction or upwards, so that the first tube film section is removed and placed along the said product stack section on the tubular film already resting on the product stack. The height H of the first tubular film section is preferably at least 1/20, preferably at least 1/15, more preferably at least 1/10 and more preferably at least 1/8 of the height of the stack of goods or the height of the stack of goods with pallet. Empfohlenermaßen the height or width of the first tubular film section is at least 100 mm and preferably 200 to 500 mm.
It is within the scope of the invention that, after the first tubular film section has been turned over and applied to the tubular film already resting on the product stack, the tubular film continues to be turned downwards, so that the second tubular film section is formed or removed in this manner and is deposited on the first tubular film section. It is recommended that the shirring elements of the Überzteheinrichtung be moved towards the stack after applying the first tubular film section in the horizontal direction, so that the distance of the guided over the shirring tubular film to the stack decreases and then turn the overdrawing device for raping and applying the second tubular film section is moved in Überziehrichtung. The aforementioned horizontal movement or transverse movement of a shirring element before the second turn-up of the tubular film is expediently carried out over 20 to 80 mm, preferably over 35 to 65 mm and preferably over about 50 mm. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the height H of the second tubular film section corresponds to the height H of the first tubular film section or approximately the height H of the first tubular film section. It is recommended that the tubular film is released after the application of the second tubular film section of the overdrawing device. It is moreover within the scope of the invention that the tubular film and the first tubular film section as well as the second tubular film section circulate over the entire circumference of the product stack.
At least during the removal of the tubular film during the application of the first tubular film section and during the removal of the tubular film in. During the application of the second tubular film section, the counter-rollers are arranged with the proviso that the tubular film wraps around the Roman roller with a wrap angle α. The wrap angle α is expediently 25 ° to 60 °, preferably 30 ° to 50 ° and particularly preferably 35 ° to 45 °, in particular about 40 °. It is within the scope of the invention that the diameter of the counter-rollers are set up with the proviso that the above-described wrap angle can be realized. Preferably, the arrangement of the counter-rollers and said wrap angle realized during the removal of the tubular film in the course of coating over the stack before turning to the first tubular film section.
The above-described contact of the tubular film with the gathering roller and the two counter-rollers and in particular the specified wrap angle have proven particularly useful. This is especially true for the Abraffen in the course of applying the first tubular film section or during the movement of the overdrawing device against the coating direction. Here, the vertical force acting on the tubular film during the previous coating over the stack does not apply and the removal is much more difficult. This applies in particular to tubular films which have a high coefficient of friction or a higher coefficient of friction on their inner side than on their outer side. Nonetheless, adherence to the teaching of the invention makes possible a simple, problem-free and reliable locking even during the application of the first tubular film section as well as during the application of the second tubular film section.
To solve the technical problem, the invention further teaches a device for coating a tubular film or, a film hood on a stack with a gathering device for Aufraffen the tubular film and with a Übercieheinrichtung for raping and for coating the tubular film over the stack,
wherein with the over-pulling device at least one tubular film section connected to the tubular film already resting on the stack is foldable and can be placed on the tubular film resting on the stack of goods,
wherein the overdrawing device has at least two roller assemblies each having at least one Rafrolle and at least two counter-rollers and
wherein when gathering the tubular film, the gathering rollers can be brought into contact with the outside of the tubular film and only one of the two counter-rollers of each roller arrangement can be brought into contact with the inside of the tubular film
and wherein the gathering roller of the tubular film for placing the at least one tubular film portion, the gathering roller and the two counter-rollers in contact with the abolished tubular film can be brought. The gathering roller of each roller assembly is in contact with the outside of the tubular film and the two counter-rollers of each roller assembly are in contact with the inside of the tubular film.
As already explained above, the gathering device can be used as a pull-on device for off-drawing and for covering the tubular film over the stack of goods. The shirring device and the overdrawing device are then the same device.
According to a preferred embodiment of the device according to the invention, at least two shirring elements are provided, each associated with a roller assembly, the shirring elements each having at least one Raffbügel over which the tubular film during Aufraffen and Abraffen is feasible and a first (upper) counter-roller of each roller assembly is arranged at the level of the tenter arm when raping the tubular film and the assigned tieback preferably surmounted or slightly surmounted. It is recommended that said first (upper) counter roll protrude upwards a few millimeters from the surface of the gathering bar.
The invention is based on the finding that with the method according to the invention and with the device according to the invention a particularly effective Load securing or charge stability can be achieved for a stack covered with a tubular film. It should be emphasized that the inventive method is relatively simple and inexpensive and reliable to carry out. In the context of the invention, particular importance is attached to the embodiment according to which the gathering roll and the two associated counter-rolls are in each case when the tubular film is pulled off and coated Roller assembly in contact with the shed tubular film stand. In this way, a particularly controlled and reliable Abraffen can be achieved especially in the production of the first and second tubular film section. This also applies in particular to the use of tubular films which have a high coefficient of friction on their inner surface or a higher coefficient of friction on their inner surface than on their outer surface. Such tubular films are mainly used in the beverage industry to achieve the highest possible coefficient of friction on the cargo. As a result, the load securing is to be increased because the tubular films lose the desired bias during transport or during storage less quickly due to the corresponding adhesion to the stack. The invention is based on the finding that such tubular films with a roughened inner surface cause problems when removing the tubular film and, above all, when folding tubular film sections. In the apparatus according to the invention and in the method according to the invention, these problems do not occur and it is a simple and reliable and damage-free grabbing and refolding of the tubular film possible.
