Definitions

  • the invention relates to a switch-disconnector, in particular for mounting on busbars, according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
  • the DE 91 01 973 U1 discloses a switch-disconnector, in particular a NH fuse-switch with a housing and a lid pivotally mounted thereon, with a power switch for establishing or interrupting an electrical connection between associated contacts and with an operating lever for switching on and off and a release element for the lid and a locking mechanism accordingly the preamble of claim 1.
  • Switch-disconnectors of the type mentioned are known and are characterized essentially by the fact that in addition to the actual housing a separate and operable by a separate rotary lever snap-action mechanism is provided, with which a switching on and off of the circuit breaker from the current operation in the currentless operation or conversely possible.
  • Previously available load-break switches are mainly based on the modular design principle. As far as jumpers are available, they are located laterally from the switch-disconnector or between the fuses. To operate the snap mechanism this turning handles are used.
  • the invention has for its object to form a load-break switch so that its switching between the current operation and de-energized operation safely and easily can be designed, wherein in the currentless operation, i. in the off state, the lid can be opened. It should be possible to lock in the off state of the circuit breaker.
  • the invention provides a switch-disconnector, which consists of a housing with a lid pivotally hinged thereto and having an actuating lever which is displaceable together with the lid when opening the cover about a common pivot axis.
  • the opening of the lid can be achieved only in the off state of the circuit breaker, i. in a predetermined position of the actuating lever and by additionally pressing a release element, which is operable in the predetermined position of the actuating lever.
  • a locking mechanism is provided which releases the release element for the purpose of actuation only when the operating lever assumes a specific position in which the load-break switch is de-energized.
  • the release element is coupled to a locking device and adjusts the locking device as soon as the release element itself is released for movement by the locking mechanism and is actuated.
  • the locking device is adjusted by actuation of the release element in a predetermined direction, preferably in the axial direction of the load-break switch, such that the cover is released by the locking device.
  • the locking device preferably has over a front end wall of the circuit breaker projecting portions which can be brought into engagement with a locking device, such that upon release of a lid pivoting movement, the locking device is blocked by the locking device, and thus an adjustment of the operating lever and the cover in the on state is prevented.
  • FIG. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of the load-break switch according to the invention.
  • the switch-disconnector has a housing 1, on the upper side of which a lid 2 is pivotally provided.
  • the pivot axis is in FIG. 1 denoted by 3.
  • the cover 2 is provided on the housing side about the axis 3 pivotally on the leg 4.
  • an actuating lever. 5 provided, which is preferably designed in the form of a rocker arm, wherein the in FIG. 1 shown position is selected so that the actuating lever is in a vertical position corresponding to the open position of the circuit breaker.
  • a release element 6 preferably in the form of a push button, which is vertically displaced downwards, provided that a locking mechanism to be explained releases the release element 6.
  • the release element 6 thus serves to displace a locking device to be described, which acts on the cover 2, for the purpose of unlocking the lid.
  • FIG. 1 it can be seen, the housing 1 is shown broken away, that is, the housing walls are in FIG. 1 Not shown.
  • the operating lever 5 acts accordingly FIG. 2 to a coupling shaft 8, wherein the operating lever 5 consists of a handle 5a and side arms 5b and 5c.
  • the arms 5b, 5c are connected to the coupling shaft 8 via a coupling pair 8 attached to the coupling shaft 8.
  • FIG. 2 shows only one pawl of the pawl pair 10.
  • the arms 5b, 5c of the actuating arm 5 are provided with a corresponding recess or a slot 12 which is attachable to the pawl 10 in question.
  • the snap-action mechanism is coupled to a control member 18.
  • the control member 18 is in operative engagement with another control element 20 such that by an adjustment of the control member 18, preferably by a rotation of the control member 18, the control element 20 in the direction of an axis x, which extends axially to the switch disconnector, can be adjusted to the Lock release element 6 or to dearretieren.
  • the snap-action mechanism 16 by a displacement of the lever 5 in the clockwise direction from the position Fig. 9 in the position after Fig. 2 activated, the control member 18 is adjusted, preferably rotated, which causes a movement of the control element 20 in the direction of an arrow A, whereby the release element 6 is released.
  • control member 18 and the control member 20 are in an engaging relationship such that the control member 20 is pulled against the direction of the arrow A by the movement of the control member 18 along a control cam which may be provided on the underside of the plate-shaped control element 20 to release the release element 6.
  • the release element 6 is engaged with a locking device 22 and this locking device 22 is in detail in the Figures 3 and 4 shown.

  • the switch remains in the off state that an actuation of the operating lever 5 is prevented in the on state and that in this state manipulations within the housing of the circuit breaker without the risk that a current flow occurs can be made.
  • This condition is also ensured by an adjustment of the control element 20 in the direction of locking of the release element 6 and thus an adjustment of the control member 18 and the coupled therewith jump mechanism 16 is excluded in the closed position of the circuit breaker.
  • FIG. 5 shows the position in which the lock plate 40 is pulled up and prevents retraction of the ends 24a, 25a in the direction of arrow A, because the bent ends with the steps 50, 52 engage or stand on this.
