Appareil de massage avec une cavité de massage (2) oblongue pour l'accueil d'une partie génitale mâle, un dispositif d'entraînement (4) s'étendant le long de l'axe longitudinal (LA) de la cavité de massage (2) étant prévu pour un massage d'une partie génitale mâle accueillie dans la cavité de massage (2) oblongue, le dispositif d'entraînement (4) présentant une pluralité de surfaces de contact (5) qui sont agencées radialement à une distance de l'axe longitudinal (LA) et entourent au moins par sections la cavité de massage (2) oblongue, le dispositif d'entraînement (4) étant conçu pour une déformation oscillante de la cavité de massage (2) oblongue au moins de manière radiale vers l'intérieur par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (LA) de la cavité de massage (2) oblongue, caractérisé en ce que
    les surfaces de contact (5) sont formées grâce à au moins un arbre (7) pouvant être entraîné grâce à un entraînement et présentant au moins une section excentrique (7.1) ; ou
    les surfaces de contact (5) sont formées grâce à une pluralité d'éléments de contact (6), respectivement plusieurs éléments de contact (6) agencés le long de l'axe longitudinal (LA) pouvant être entraînés par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un arbre (7) afin de produire un mouvement radial ascensionnel des éléments de contact.
  2. Appareil de massage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la cavité de massage (2) oblongue est formée d'une pièce moulée (3) tubulaire au moins par sections en un matériau élastique comme du caoutchouc et les surfaces de contact (5) viennent au moins partiellement en contact avec la surface d'enveloppe (3") de la pièce moulée (3) élastique et/ou plusieurs surfaces de contact (5) sont agencées de manière concentrique autour de l'axe longitudinal (LA) ou de manière décalée radialement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (LA) de la cavité de massage (2).
  3. Appareil de massage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement (4) est conçu pour produire une déformation ondulatoire de la cavité de massage (2) oblongue, et donc une onde progressant le long de l'axe longitudinal (LA) de la cavité de massage (2) oblongue.
  4. Appareil de massage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de contact (6) présentent respectivement au moins un orifice de guidage (8) destiné à accueillir le au moins un arbre (7).
  5. Appareil de massage selon la revendication 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de contact (6) sont des pavés, des rondelles, des billes et/ou des balais et/ou les éléments de contact (6) sont formés à partir d'un matériau solide ou élastiquement déformable, par exemple à partir de métal, de matière plastique, d'un élastomère, de polyuréthane expansé ou d'une combinaison quelconque de ces matériaux.
  6. Appareil de massage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de contact (6) sont réalisés différemment au moins par sections le long de l'axe longitudinal (LA) et/ou respectivement plusieurs éléments de contact (6) sont agencés dans un plan commun perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal (LA) de la cavité de massage (2) oblongue et forment un groupe d'éléments de contact (6), une pluralité de groupes de ce type étant prévus les uns à la suite des autres le long de l'axe longitudinal (LA) de la cavité de massage (2) oblongue.
  7. Appareil de massage selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une pluralité d'éléments de contact (6) en forme d'anneau au moins par sections, se suivant les uns les autres, avec au moins un orifice de guidage (8) sont prévus le long de l'axe longitudinal (LA) de la cavité de massage (2) oblongue.
  8. Appareil de massage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément de guidage ou de support (9) en forme de tige est guidé à travers au moins un orifice de guidage (8).
  9. Appareil de massage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs éléments de contact (6) de type pavé au moins par sections ou en forme d'anneau sont enfilés sur le au moins un élément de guidage ou de support (9) en forme de tige, le au moins un élément de guidage ou de support (9) en forme de tige étant agencé de manière approximativement parallèle à l'axe longitudinal (LA) de l'espace d'accueil (2) et de manière espacée par rapport audit axe.
  10. Appareil de massage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs éléments de guidage ou de support (9) de ce type en forme de tige avec des éléments de contact (6) enfilés sont prévus de préférence de manière concentrique autour de l'axe longitudinal (LA).
  11. Appareil de massage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le au moins un arbre (7) agit sur un côté périphérique des éléments de contact (6) en vue de l'entraînement des éléments de contact (6) enfilés sur un élément de guidage ou de support (9) en forme de tige.
  12. Appareil de massage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un arbre (7) présentant au moins une section excentrique (7.1) collaborant avec les éléments de contact (6) et pouvant être entraîné par un entraînement est prévu afin de déplacer les éléments de contact (6) formant les surfaces de contact (5) et/ou la au moins une section excentrique (7.1) s'étend de manière parallèle ou approximativement parallèle à l'axe longitudinal (LW) de l'arbre (7) au moins sur une longueur partielle du au moins un arbre (7).
  13. Appareil de massage selon la revendication 4 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que la au moins une section excentrique (7.1) s'étend de manière oblique par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (LW) de l'arbre (7) au moins sur une longueur partielle du au moins un arbre (7) et/ou la au moins une section excentrique (7.1) est réalisée de manière torsadée au moins sur une longueur partielle du au moins un arbre (7), et donc de manière à ce qu'elle s'étende en forme de spirale autour de l'axe longitudinal (LW) de l'arbre (7).
  14. Appareil de massage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la au moins une section excentrique (7.1) est formée d'un bord du au moins un arbre (7) et/ou la section excentrique (7.1) grâce au fait que le au moins un arbre (7) présente au moins partiellement une section transversale qui diffère de la forme circulaire, par exemple une section transversale polygonale, essentiellement polygonale ou ovale.
  15. Appareil de massage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la section excentrique (7.1) est entourée par un matériau élastiquement déformable, en particulier un élastomère ou un polyuréthane expansé.
