Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif d'enroulement (1) dévolu à la production de bobines (B) de matériau en nappes (N) autour de mandrins d'enroulement (A), comprenant : une structure fixe de support (3), une unité de bobinage (5), un guide de roulement (7) dédié auxdits mandrins d'enroulement (A), un magasin (9) à mandrins d'enroulement, placé à une hauteur supérieure vis-à-vis dudit guide de roulement (7), un système conçu pour transférer des mandrins d'enroulement dudit magasin à ladite unité de bobinage (5), une paire de bras (11, 31) oscillant autour d'un axe d'oscillation, assujettis à ladite structure fixe de support (3), et agencés et commandés de manière à soulever les mandrins d'enroulement (A) en direction du magasin (9) à mandrins d'enroulement, caractérisé par le fait que chacun desdits bras oscillants (11, 31) comprend une première partie (41) et une seconde partie (43) mobiles l'une par rapport à l'autre et aptes à prendre une première position de fonctionnement réciproque dans laquelle elles sont agencées pour venir en prise avec un mandrin (A) et pour soulever ce dernier, et pour se mouvoir l'une par rapport à l'autre afin de permettre au bras (11, 31) d'être abaissé au-dessous d'une position d'attente desdits mandrins (A), en se déplaçant au-delà d'un mandrin dans ladite position d'attente.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que lesdites première et seconde parties (41, 43) de chaque bras (11, 31) sont en pivotement l'une par rapport à l'autre et sont aptes à osciller l'une par rapport à l'autre pour permettre audit bras (11, 31) d'être abaissé au-dessous de ladite position d'attente desdits mandrins (A).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que lesdites première et seconde parties (41, 43) de chaque bras (11, 31), en pivotement l'une par rapport à l'autre, présentent des surfaces de butée qui définissent ladite position de fonctionnement réciproque.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que lesdites première et seconde parties (41, 43) de chaque bras (11, 31), mutuellement animées de pivotements, tendent à prendre ladite position de fonctionnement réciproque sous l'effet de leur poids.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que lesdites première et seconde parties (41, 43) de chacun desdits bras oscillants (11, 31), en pivotement l'une par rapport à l'autre, comprennent une piste de roulement (41A, 41B, 43A, 43B) affectée auxdits mandrins (A), les pistes de roulement (41A, 41B, 43A, 43B) des deux parties (41, 43) de chaque bras (11, 31) formant une surface de roulement substantiellement continue dans ladite position de fonctionnement réciproque.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que ladite surface substantiellement continue présente une étendue substantiellement plane.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que ladite première partie (41) est assujettie à ladite structure de manière oscillante, par une première extrémité, et est articulée sur la seconde partie (41, 43) du bras (11, 31) par la seconde extrémité, ladite seconde partie (43) définissant une extrémité libre du bras (11, 31) respectif, et formant un cliquet d'arrêt affecté auxdits mandrins.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ladite seconde partie (41, 43) de chaque bras oscillant (11, 31) présente une surface inférieure biseautée.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ladite seconde partie (41, 43) de chaque bras (11, 31) présente, sur la surface inférieure, un revêtement en un matériau d'amortissement.
