Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Sicherungslasttrennschalter. The invention relates to a fuse switch disconnectors.

Fuse switch disconnectors generally consist of a disconnector base, in which contact groups are arranged for receiving fuse units, which in turn are inserted on the underside of a relative to the separator base pivotable lid, such that when closing the lid, the fuse units are introduced into the contact groups. The separator base is brought into electrical contact with the bus bars of a busbar collection system via an adapter device.

Dokument DE3119957 A1 offenbart einen Sicherungslasttrennschalter gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.document DE3119957 A1 discloses a fuse switch disconnector according to the preamble of claim 1.

From the DE 31 19 957 A1 is known a safety edge, having on its strip body, pairs of contacts for the NH fuses. Switching flaps, which serve as a carrier for one NH fuse each, are pivotally attachable to bearing points on the strip body. The bearings are arranged between two successive pairs of contact pieces so that they have the same distances from each adjacent contact pieces. In just these distances from the outermost contact piece of the strip body is provided at the two outer ends depending a bearing point.

The invention has for its object to provide a fuse switch disconnectors, in which the connection direction is variable, in particular on the spot of the assembly can be adjusted to the required needs.

Diese Aufgabe löst ein Sicherungslasttrennschalter gemäß Anspruch 1.This object is achieved by a fuse switch disconnector according to claim 1.

The invention provides a fuse switch disconnector, which is fixed by a housing separator lower part in the direction of connection by 180 °, so that the access contacts can be placed either above or below. On the housing, a lid is pivotally mounted, wherein the lid relative to the lower part of the separator can be mounted rotated by 180 °. In the fuse switch disconnector according to the invention, the disconnector base can be placed on an adapter in two different directions of connection, which in turn can be fastened on the busbars of a busbar system which is usually located in the vertical direction. In order to enable the different mounting of Trennerunterteils on the adapter, a group of receiving contacts in the separator base in the form of plug contacts is formed with a protruding from the housing foot section, which can be inserted in the symmetrical to the transverse axis of the adapter shaped and mating contacts receiving openings. In the disconnector base of the fuse switch disconnector two units of contact protection hoods are provided, one of which is fixedly mounted in the region of the plug contacts, while the other contact protection cover is removable and serves to cover a receiving contact group and terminal contacts. The removable contact protection hood is provided with integrated extinguishing chambers as well as the permanently mounted contact protection hood, so that regardless of the direction of connection of the divider lower part the required extinguishing chambers are present at the respectively necessary location.

According to the fuse switch disconnector according to the invention, the disconnector base is provided with a locking device, which is associated with a detection device of the removable contact protection cover, such that when not done locking the locking device, the cover on the separator base is not placed, while the removable contact protection cover is then placed on the separator base when the locking device is spent in its locking position.

In the following, the fuse switch disconnector according to the invention will be described with reference to the drawing to explain further features.

As it turned out Fig. 1 and 2 results in the contact blades 4, 5 after closing the cover 2 in the receiving areas 10b, 11b associated contacts 10, 11, whereby an electrical connection between the access contact in the form of the plug contact 11 and the outgoing contact 10 is provided.

Dies erfolgt beim Aufsetzen des Trennerunterteils 1 auf den Adapter 18.The switching device according to the invention is placed on the adapter 18, wherein the foot portion 12 of the plug contact 11 via one of a pair of openings 18a, 18b with predetermined areas 21, 22 of a contact rail 20 engages and thus the electrical contact between the foot portion 12 and the contact rail 20 is made. This takes place when placing the Trennerunterteils 1 on the adapter 18th

Stromschiene. At the in Fig. 1 and 2 In the embodiment shown, the contact rail 20 is provided with two defined contact areas 21, 22, as will be explained in more detail below. 36 hintergriffen. Fig. 2 shows a preferred embodiment of the invention used according to the contacts 10, 11 and the contact rail 20 of the adapter 18. Each contact 10, 11 is provided in a conventional manner with contact legs 30, 31 and 32, 33, which by a spring ring 35 and 36 respectively are biased in a clamping position, as is also known per se. The contact legs 30, 31 and 32, 33 are substantially parallel to each other and carry upwardly expanding insertion areas. The legs 30, 31 and 32, 33 are engaged behind by a respective spring ring 35 and 36 respectively.

At the bottom of the plug contact 11 is the foot portion 12, which in this Embodiment corresponding to the upper contact portion with the parts 32, 33, 36 is formed and also has a spring ring 38.

The contact rail 20 has in the width shortened portion 21, 22, which are preferably conical or bevelled or round, to allow easy placement of the plug contact 11 with its foot portion 12. For this purpose, the legs 39, 40 of the foot portion 12 are also bent laterally, whereby the attachment of the legs 39, 40 is facilitated on the section 21 and 22 respectively.

The contact rail 20 has a downwardly bent tab 42 which terminates in a downwardly arcuate arc 43. The bow 43 is used for contacting the associated busbar, as is made Fig. 2 is apparent.

Fig. 3 shows one Fig. 1 corresponding representation, in which, however, the separator base 1 opposite Fig. 2 rotated by 180 °, such that the plug contact 11 in Fig. 3 in contrast to Fig. 1 and 2 is on the left side of the Trennerunterteils 1, ie in the vicinity of the lid 2. The cover 2 is in the embodiment according to Fig. 4 used in the holding devices 8 'and pivotally mounted around this. By arranging the holding devices 8, 8 'in pairs, it is thus possible to connect the lid 2 either to the holding devices 8 or alternatively accordingly Fig. 4 to be attached to the holding means 8 ', so that the separator base 1 opposite by 180 ° Fig. 1 and 2 can be provided rotated, causing the outgoing contacts to Fig. 1 . 2 lie opposite direction.

In the embodiment according to Fig. 1 and 2 the outgoing contacts are "up", ie in the region of the attachment of the lid 2, while in the embodiment according to Fig. 4 the outgoing contacts 10 are "down", ie on the side facing away from the cover 2 of the Trennerunterteils.

If the separator base 1 after Fig. 3 placed on the adapter 18, then the foot portion 12 comes into contact with the area 21, which has the same configuration as the area 22 after Fig. 3a , wherein in the adapter 18 both above the region 21 and above the region 22 openings 18 a, 18 b are designed to insert the plug contact 11 accordingly.

The switching device according to the invention has per pole corresponding contacts 10, 11. How out Fig. 2 and 4 can be seen, per pole or per busbar 24, 28, 29 each have a contact rail 20 are provided. In the illustrated embodiment is a three-pole switching device for use on the busbars.

From the above explanation, it can be seen that the separator base 1 can be easily turned by 180 °, as desired or required, to locate the outgoing contacts either "up" or "down".

A contact structure, as used in conjunction with the Fig. 1 to 3 is shown in the patent application DE 10 2006 022 374 of 12 May 2006.

Fig. 4 shows an exploded view of the fuse switch disconnector according to the invention with the cover 2, the separator base 1 and the adapter 18. According to the present invention, the illustrated preferred embodiment has a solid contact protection 50 in the form of a contact protection cover and a removable contact protection 51 in the form of a contact protection hood.

The contact guard 50 is firmly latched to the separator base 1 and is thus stationary to cover contact tongues 53, 54, 55 are provided which form a first contact group and are provided as plug contacts. These plug contacts 53, 54, 55 correspond to the plug contacts 12 in the Fig. 1 to 3 , How to get out Fig. 4 results, the contact protection hood 50 is provided with slots 58 to 60, by means of which the poles or contact blades of the fuse units in the respective contact tongues 53, 54, 55 can be inserted. The contact guard 50 has a substantially parallel to the surface of the separator upper part 1 extending cover 50a, to which in the direction of the center of Trennerunterteils 1 hood-shaped elevations 60a, 60b, 61a, 61b, 62a, 62b connect with intermediate insertion slots. The hood-shaped elevations 60a to 62b cover plug contacts 53, 54, 55 laterally and above the same and are provided in pairs per plug contact, as is apparent from the drawing Fig. 4 evident.

The contact protection hood 51, which is detachably provided to the lower part of the separator 1 and has a lid 51a, which, as soon as the contact protection hood 51 is placed on the lower part 1 of the separator, runs parallel to the upper surface of the lower part 1 of the separator. The cover 51 is followed by corresponding hood-shaped elevations 70a, 70b, 71a, 71b, 72a, 72b with intermediate insertion slots 74, 75, 76, which also serve to carry out the relevant pole or contact blade of the respective fuse units. Below the elevations 70a to 72b are the contact tongues 80, 81, 82, which are electrically connected to access terminals 84 to 86. The reeds 80 to 82 are over in Fig. 4 not shown conductors connected to the access ports 84, 85, 86 and correspond to the contacts 10 in Fig. 1 to 3 ,

Below the Trennerunterteils 1 is the adapter 18 with corresponding openings 87 a, 87 b, 87 c and 88 a, 88 b, 88 c, which are each provided symmetrically to a central axis of the adapter 18 and below which mating contacts is such that the separator part 1 either in the in Fig. 1 shown direction or rotated 180 ° thereto can be placed on the adapter 18. From the above description it is apparent that when using contact tongues in the form of plug contacts of the kind as they are in Fig. 2 are denoted by 12, that is, when these plug contacts have two legs 39, 40 separated from each other, in the top of the adapter 18 for each such pair of legs an opening pair is required. In the case of using other plug contacts with only a single leg, the formation of only one opening per pole is sufficient. The contacts or conductor tracks in the adapter 18 are not designated in the figures. In that regard, on the Fig. 1 to 3 referenced, in which the contact tongues in the form of plug contacts 11 associated contact elements 20 are shown with Kontaktierabschnitt 21, 22 in detail.

In the illustrated preferred embodiment, the removable contact protection cover 51 is provided with preferably fixed partitions 90, 91, which may be provided either as separate elements or sprayed together with the contact protection cover 51. According to Fig. 7 the locking devices 92, 93 are shown with their reaching into the adapter 18 foot portion, which has approximately oval shape and can be moved by turning relative to the openings 95, 96 in a locking position relative to the adapter 18. The contacts 53, 54, 55 are of the two contact groups 53 to 55 and 80 to 82, those who make an electrical contact or connection over the adapter 18 and thus lead to the bus bars not shown. For example, the contacts 80 to 82 have the shape as shown in FIG Fig. 2 is represented by the contacts 10.

Fig. 8 shows a plan view of the separator base 1 and illustrates the locking devices 92, 93 viewed from the upper side. The head of the locking devices 92, 93 is key-shaped in the illustrated embodiment and can preferably move between two positions, wherein in one position the lock engages and is unlocked in the other position, so that the separator base 1 can be lifted off the adapter. The removable contact protection cover 51 has according to Fig. 9 on the lower walls webs or guide curves 98.99, which have a contour corresponding to the head of the locking devices 92, 93 and which are aligned so that when manufactured locking the head of the locking devices 92, 93 engages in the respective guide curve 98, 99 and thus the detachable contact protection cover 51 can be placed on the separator base. If the locking device 92 and / or 93 is not brought into the locking state, ie is the head of the locking device 92 and / or 93 transversely to the corresponding guide curve 98, 99, then the removable contact protection cover 51 can not fit firmly on the separator part 1. This ensures that the contact protection hood 51 can only be placed on the separator part when the locking devices 92, 93 are actually locked relative to the adapter part 18.

Out Fig. 9 It can also be seen that the partitions 90, 91 not only extend above the contact protection hoods 51, 52, but also extend downwards through corresponding slots between the contact tongues, thus isolating all of them ensure adjacent contact tongues or plug contacts to the bottom portion of the separator base 1 as well as a separation between the access terminals 84, 85, 88.

As it turned out Fig. 1 results, the lid 2 can be attached to different positions on the separator base 1, as shown by the holding devices 8 and 8 'in Fig. 1 is shown, so that the connection direction of the separator lower part 1 can be selected as required and it is ensured that the cover 2 can always be used and articulated by means of its pivoting feet 7 in the lower part of the separator base.
