Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement containing a plurality of floor panels for resting on a substrate, each having a first longitudinal edge and a second longitudinal edge parallel thereto, each with two parallel transverse edges and each with an upper side facing away from the surface, the optically with the rest of the upper side depicting mark-forming marker strips each extending from a first marker strip end to a second marker strip end, the floor panels having identical dimensions, adjacent floor panels having different markings, the floor panels being made of a wood-based panel, the first and / or second marker strip end is disposed from the respective floor panel of the array at one of the edges, and wherein the distance of the marker strip ends located at the longitudinal edges to the nearest transverse edge is identical and a Vi ertel the total length of the longitudinal edges and the distance of the arranged at one edge edge marker strip end to the first longitudinal edge is equal to the distance of the arranged at the other transverse edge marker strip end to the first longitudinal edge.
- Such an arrangement is from the US 4,546,025 known.
- the panels which are used for example for the production of a floor covering, can also be provided with a pattern or a pattern.
- the application of a pattern is known per se.
- the decor can also be applied directly to the carrier plate by means of a printing process.
- the panels according to the invention and the arrangement according to the invention permit a parallel laying of the panels in the dressing without the need to ensure, with each panel to be laid, that the marking strips forming a marking match those of the already installed panels.
- the individual panels can basically be put together in any order and possibly also in any orientation.
- a further advantage of the arrangement according to the invention and of the panels according to the invention is that, for example, the floor of a room can be provided with an individual, panel-overlapping pattern, entirely according to the wishes of the user. So it is conceivable, for example, to produce the floor covering in a nursery with panels, on which the inventively provided marking strips represent roads, with almost infinite combination options exist and thus quite individual road courses can be made, especially when a variety of different decors in the large number of panels is available. Likewise, it would also be conceivable, instead of a nursery, to provide a large, representative room with a floor artistically designed in the manner described above, which has, for example, white marking strips on a dark background, which result in a total work of art through the individual juxtaposition of the individual panels.
- Fig. 1 shows an assembly 1 containing three panels 5, which in the present case are part of a floor covering in a nursery.
- the panels 2 have identical dimensions and are in English Association, so offset by half, laid in parallel. All panels 2 have a first longitudinal edge 3a and a second longitudinal edge 3b parallel thereto and two parallel transverse edges 4. However, the panels 2 differ in each case by markings provided thereon on the upper side 5 facing away from the substrate.
- the upper side 5 is provided with marking strips optically depositing from the remaining upper side, each extending from a first marking strip end to a second marking strip end.
- a marker strip 6 extends from an end 6a to an end 6b, a marker strip 7 from an end 7a to an end 7b, and a marker strip 8 from an end 8a to an end 8b, the ends 7a and 8a being arranged on the first longitudinal edge 3a, the ends 6b and 7b on the second longitudinal edge 3b, and the ends 6a and 8b on the two transverse edges 4.
- a marker strip 6 ' extends from one end 6'a to one end 6'b, a marker strip 7' from one end 7'a to an end 7'b, and a marker strip 8 'from one end 8'a to one End 8'b.
- a marker strip 6 extendends from an end 6" a to an end 6 "b, a marker strip 7" from an end 7 "a to an end 7" b, a marker strip 8 “of FIG an end 8 “a to an end 8” b and a marking strip 9 "from an end 9" a to an end 9 “b.
- the end 8 "b and the end 9" b are arranged at a distance from all the edges 3 a, 3 b and 4.
- the end 9 "b opens into a section of the same marking strip 9".
- the marking strip 8 "ends with its end 8" b on an unspecified, printed crossbar.
- each of the panels 2 has different markings, the panels 2 can be arranged in any order, as long as a parallel laying in the bandage, in this example the English bandage, is guaranteed.
- two marking strip ends are always exactly opposite each other in the area of contact between two adjacent panels. Specifically, lie in Fig. 1 the marker strip ends 6b and 7'a and 6'b and 6 '' a and 7b and 6''b opposite, without offset. Even if you two of the illustrated panels 2 in Fig. 1 would exchange each other, always two marker strip ends would be exactly opposite in the edge region.
- the distance y 1, y ' 1 of each of the arranged at the transverse edges marker strip ends to the first longitudinal edge, that is to the upper longitudinal edge, equal to the distance y 2 , y' 2 to the second longitudinal edge, that is the lower longitudinal edge.
- the marker strips thus end in the middle of the region of the transverse edges.
- the distance of the arranged at the transverse edges marker strip ends to the first longitudinal edge, ie the upper longitudinal edge, smaller than the distance to the second longitudinal edge, ie the lower longitudinal edge.
- the distance to the lower longitudinal edge is three times as large as the distance to the upper longitudinal edge.
Description
From the prior art it is known to arrange a plurality of panels of the same dimensions, which may consist of a wood material, to a floor covering. Various laying patterns are known in which the generally elongate shaped panels are arranged in a certain manner adjacent to other panels. In the case of several laying patterns, it is provided that the panels are arranged parallel to one another, that is, one of the longitudinal edges always touches the longitudinal edge of at least one adjacent panel and one of the transverse edges touches a transverse edge of an adjacent panel. It should be pointed out that the term "longitudinal edge" does not necessarily mean the longer of the two edges and the term "transverse edge" does not necessarily mean the shorter of the two edges. So can the Cross edge to be longer than the longitudinal edge. Also, longitudinal and transverse edges can be the same length.
It is known, for example, the laying in parallel-bandage, in which the panels are laid parallel at the same height, that is, the transverse edges of adjacent longitudinal panels touching their adjacent panels are at the same height. Associations are also known in which the panels are arranged offset in a parallel installation, for example, offset by half (English Association) or offset by a third (Oxford Association), that is, the transverse edges of adjacent to their longitudinal edges adjacent panels are arranged offset to each other.
The panels, which are used for example for the production of a floor covering, can also be provided with a pattern or a pattern. The application of a pattern is known per se. For example, provided with the pattern films and / or resin-impregnated papers on a support body, such as a wood-based panel, are glued. The decor can also be applied directly to the carrier plate by means of a printing process.
It may be desired that not all panels of a floor have the same decor, for example, running in a particular direction marker strips, but have some panels marker strips of different orientation. In this case, in order to obtain a visually pleasing appearance, it is necessary to select and align the individual panels during laying in such a way that in the edge region between the marking strips of the one panel and the Marking strips of each adjacent panel as no significant offset is recognizable. This leads to a very limited number of different decors that can be combined with each other. In addition, laying is very expensive due to the need for careful selection and alignment of the next panel to be laid.
It is therefore the object of the present invention to simplify the laying of panels with different decors.
The object is achieved in an arrangement with the features of the preamble of
The panels according to the invention and the arrangement according to the invention permit a parallel laying of the panels in the dressing without the need to ensure, with each panel to be laid, that the marking strips forming a marking match those of the already installed panels. The individual panels can basically be put together in any order and possibly also in any orientation.
A further advantage of the arrangement according to the invention and of the panels according to the invention is that, for example, the floor of a room can be provided with an individual, panel-overlapping pattern, entirely according to the wishes of the user.

- at least one marking strip is provided, one end of the marker strip ending in a section of the same marking strip or in a section of another marking strip,
- the distance of each of the marking strip ends arranged at one of the transverse edges to the first longitudinal edge is equal to the distance to the second longitudinal edge,
- that the distance between each of the marking strip ends arranged at one of the transverse edges to the first longitudinal edge is smaller than the distance to the second longitudinal edge and in particular amounts to a quarter or a third of the total length of the transverse edge and / or
- the space or spaces between the marking strips likewise represent a marking that differs optically and / or haptically from the marking formed by the marking strips, wherein in particular at least one of the intermediate spaces has at least one representation of a landscape that, for example, a forest, a meadow, a lake, a building, a gas station, a sports facility, a shopping center and / or a vegetable market, etc. That is to say, the said marking interspaces may also have marking interspace ends in the edge region of the panel. The above-described marker strips and strips of the relevant features and embodiments apply equally to the marker gaps and gap ends.
