Description

The invention relates to a kit for building a floor covering comprising a plurality Covering elements, which are each formed by support beams and treadboards, wherein the Tread boards on the stringers are defined by joints spaced from each other.

With such kits are mainly lying in lawns floor coverings constructed, which have a firmer surface opposite the turf surface. Such Floor coverings may include walkways, benches, Garden house od. Like. Or enclosures for biotopes, garden ponds od. Like. Be.

Previously known kits have a variety of lining elements, which are formed similar in terms of their geometric shape. The disadvantage arises From this similarity, above all, that only a very limited number of Laying patterns realize and the few possible laying patterns very similar Have appearance. Such a kit is known from FR-A-2 724 986.

It is an object of the present invention, a kit of the initially mentioned kind indicate their covering elements in a large number of distinct from each other different laying patterns can be laid.

According to the invention this is achieved in that the kit three different from each other Types of lining elements, with the first type considered in plan is formed square, the second and the third type in plan view in each case in Formed a right-angled-isosceles triangle whose catheters the same length as the sides of the first type, the treadboards of the first type are parallel to the sides, the treadboards of the second type parallel to the first catheter and the Treadboards of the third type run parallel to the second catheter.

Such a kit has a relatively small number of mutually different types of Covering elements, which he manufactured with relatively little technical effort can be. Nevertheless, it can be used to realize a great many different laying patterns.

According to a particularly preferred embodiment it can be provided that the Step planks of all covering elements same width and the joints of all covering elements have the same width.

A composite of the kit according to the invention flooring can due to this structural design are laid so that there is a nice joint pattern, because both planks and joints can be arranged to run consistently. In addition, there is a technical production advantage, because all treadboards made of raw material can be produced in a single cross-section.

Furthermore, it can be provided that the support beams in the form of a peripheral frame are arranged.

This leads to a particularly high stability of the lining elements of the invention Kit.

In the most common cases, the two components of the covering elements (stringers and Treadboards) made of wood, which material can easily decompose, especially then, if water stops on its surface for a long time. So on the footboards passing water, especially rainwater, can run off these are between these treads joints left free.

Now, if several coating elements are laid next to each other man-by-man, then it follows the problem that the outermost footboards of two abutting tiles elements close-to-dense, without forming a gap between them, lying against each other. To this both treads reaching water can flow more difficult, because this one between missing the two footboards lying joint.

According to a preferred embodiment it is therefore provided that at least one Side surface of the lining element at least one spacer is formed.

Are two adjacent to each other when laying such a trained covering elements lying paving elements close together, each comes with a Spacer provided side surface of this spacer to rest on the Side surface of the adjacent lining element, whereby the required formation of a Fugue between the footboards of adjacent covering elements is achieved.

The spacer according to the invention is a simple, inexpensive producible and on the covering element Fixable component, which ensures that when laying the lining elements released joints not later by forces, which in the use of the Covering elements to be applied to them, to be closed again. Such Unwanted closing of the joints could happen if trained without spacers Covering elements are spaced apart.

In a further embodiment of the invention can be provided that at the same width Execution of all joints of the covering element, the spacers one of the joint width have corresponding width.

The gap formed by the spacer between two adjacent lining elements gets in this training -sofern the spacer directly on the side surface the adjacent covering element-the same width as the joints between the Step planks of each covering element. It thus show all joints that are in a composite a plurality of lining elements according to the invention, one and the same width on, which results in a uniform joint pattern throughout the composite.

Alternatively, it can also be provided that all equally wide execution Fugues of the covering elements, the spacers corresponding to half the width of the joint Have width.

Be two covering elements of this type with, in each case with at least one Spacer provided side surfaces put together and come these spacers to be in contact with each other, it is also here achieved that the between these two adjacent Fugue resulting from covering elements has the same width as the joints between the Step planks of each covering element. Also in this preferred embodiment of the variant Thus, the invention all joints, which in a composite of a variety of Belonging elements according to the invention, one and the same width, bringing a uniform joint pattern in the entire composite results.

According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention can be provided that the spacers are formed by the stringers themselves, by these in front of the Area of at least one side surface of the lining element extending side edges of the Treadboards are arranged projecting.

Thus, separate components for the production of the spacers are saved, which the keeps technical production costs of the covering element low.

In this context, it can be provided that the support beams in front of the side surface of the covering element projecting region have at least one indentation.

On the stringers arrived (rain) water can through this indentation of the Run out of support beams, which caused by this water decomposition of the support beam effectively avoided.

Common to these three types of structural design, because every covering element includes regardless of the shape of their outline each support beam 1, on which Stepping boards 2 are fixed, which are spaced from each other by joints 3. The number of support beams 1 and 2 planks can be chosen arbitrarily, be useful However, as shown in Figure 3a, b, at least two support beams 1 are provided, the spaced parallel to each other.

Seine Trittbohlen 2 verlaufen parallel zu den Seiten s.The first, in Fig.1 leftmost pad element type is considered in plan view square shaped. Its treadboards 2 are parallel to the sides s.

The second and third types are in plan view, each in the form of a formed right-angled-isosceles triangle. The catheters k1, k2 are the same long as the pages s of the first pad element type.

The treadboards 2 of the second and third covering element type each run parallel to one of the two catheters k1, k2. The second and third types differ in that the Step planks 2 of the second type parallel to the first catheter k1 and the treadboards 2 of the third Type parallel to the second catheter k2 run. If you put a pad element of the second Type congruent over one of the third type, so run the treadboards 2 of the second Type perpendicular to those of the third type.

A kit according to the invention has at least one piece of each covering element type. In order to produce correspondingly large floor coverings, but are usually each several pieces of each pad element type provided.

By different orientation and grouping of the individual pad element types can be realized very many different laying patterns: As shown in Figure 11a, b, For example, the second and third pad element types (abbreviated to A and B in the drawings) can be used ) are assembled into various squares. Be there, like represented in Fig.11a, each a covering element of the second type A and a covering element of the third type B combined, the laying direction, i. the Course of the treads 2 and 3 joints.

Fig.11b). If there is a combination of two tiles of the same type, the laying direction remains the same, since 2 planks and joints 3 of the two lining elements aligned with each other come lie (see Fig.11b).

The squares shown in Fig.11a, b can be used as corner elements in beading (see Fig.13) or to larger squares with geometric structures be joined together, see Fig. 12.

The basic laying patterns illustrated in FIGS. 11-13 can be used for larger floor coverings can be used in any combination, only in Figs. 14-18 are exemplary some, with a kit according to the invention feasible design options of Floor coverings shown.

To achieve such a floor coverings that both the joints 3 and the footboards 2 are aligned with each other or that at joints at which the Course direction of tread 2 and joints 3 changes (see Fig.11a) to each other adjoining, oblique faces of the footboards 2 opposite each other over the entire surface Thus, overall, an aesthetic joint picture comes about, on the one hand, the Step planks 2 all covering elements same width y and on the other hand, the running between these horizontal joints 3 all covering elements the same width.

In the embodiment of Figures 2a, b of the first pad element type are four stringers 1 present, which are arranged forming a circumferential square frame. On Such circumferential frame is also in the embodiments shown in Figure 4a, b of the second and third pad element type.

The type of attachment of the treadboards 2 on the support beam 1 is not essential to the invention and therefore can also be chosen arbitrarily. The treadboards 2 can, for example nailed to the stringers 1, bolted or glued to these.

The treadboards 2 can be chamfered at their four, the support beam 1 facing away from the edges. This chamfering was only in Fig.2b and 3b and in Fig.2a on a kick plate 2 and in Fig. 9b shown to keep the drawings clear.

Support beams 1 and 2 planks are preferably made of wood, but can also be made other materials, especially metal, e.g. Aluminum, be formed. Furthermore is the formation of the stringers 1 from a first material (e.g., metal) at the same time Formation of the supporting planks 2 made of a different material (such as wood) possible.

It is preferably provided that on at least one side surface 4 of the lining elements at least one spacer 5 is formed.

This spacer 5 can basically have any shape and size. That's how he can do it be formed for example by a cube, dom or strip-shaped component, the the relevant side surface 4 of the covering element attached (screwed, glued od. Like.) Is. Another possibility would be the spacer 5 by a not completely screwed into the side surface 4 screw or not completely to form a nail. The number of spacers 5 per side surface 4 is arbitrary.

Each side surface 4 of the covering element is by belonging to treadplates 2 and through to Support beam 1 belonging surfaces formed. The spacer 5 can optionally at one a treadboom 2 or at one belonging to a support beam 1 surface or simultaneously be fixed to both a support beam 1 and a tread platen 2. Furthermore it is possible, the spacer 5 in one piece with one of these lining element components train.

If, as shown in Figure 5, such a covering element, in accordance with the invention is provided on a side surface 4 with spacers 5, with this side surface 4 to the Side surface of another covering element applied, so come the spacers 5 of coating element according to the invention on the side surface of the further covering element for Investment. Between the two lining elements thus a gap 6 is formed.

Fig.6).Be used to produce a larger area composite several covering elements used and intended to be at any joint between two immediately adjacent lining elements a joint 6 are formed, so are the square training of Lining elements according to the first type to at least two adjoining ones Side surfaces 4 of each covering element spacers 5 to install (see Fig.6).

Preferably, all joints 3 between the treadboards 2 of a covering element the same width. So that between two adjacent flooring elements resulting joints 6 the same width as the lining element internal joints. 3 have, the spacers 5 are performed with a width b, which is the joint width x corresponds.

The spacers 5 may be placed so that when juxtaposing two pad elements the spacers 5 come to rest against each other, as shown in Fig.7 is. This results, for example, when on a side surface 4, two spacers. 5 are provided and this in both adjacent side surfaces 4 the same Distance a from the central symmetry axes 7 of the covering elements or the Spacer 5 on the two abutting side surfaces 4 each by a Strip are formed, which the central symmetry axes 7 of the covering elements across are formed.

The gap 6 formed between the two covering elements has a width, which corresponds to the sum of the widths b of the two spacers 5. So that between two adjacent flooring elements resulting joints 6 in the local arrangement the same Have width as the lining element-internal joints 3, the spacers 5 with a width b executed, which corresponds to half the joint width x / 2.

Such adjoining spacers 5 can be attached to several Side surfaces 4, for example analogous to Figure 6 on two abutting or on be provided all four side surfaces 4.

According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the spacers 5 are not formed by separate components, but by the already present supporting beams 1:

Fig.8 oben). For this purpose, the support beams 1 in the region of that side surface 4 of the covering element, on which a spacer 5 is to be formed in front of the spacer (s) located there Side edge (s) of the treadboards 2 projecting arranged (see Figure 8 above). The size of this Vorsprung is arbitrary or preferably in the sense of the above statements the joint width x or half the joint width x / 2 formed accordingly.

Die Breite b dieser vier Vorsprünge 5 beträgt jeweils die Hälfte der Fugenbreite x.In the embodiment of Figures 9a, b, all four side surfaces 4 of the Belgas element to be provided with a spacer 5, which is why all four, in the region of the side surfaces 4th arranged supporting beams 1 are formed projecting in front of the treadboards 2. The width b each of these four projections 5 is half of the joint width x.

Fig.4c,d).In the case of covering elements of the second and third types, all analogously in the area of the Side surfaces 4 extending support beams 1 projecting formed before the treadboards 2 be (see Fig.4c, d).

Fig.10).If, according to Figure 3, only two support beams 1 are provided, these are the outermost Supporting beams 2 outstanding formed, so that here on all four side surfaces. 4 Give projections which form the spacers 5 according to the invention (see Fig. 10).

As in Fig.9a and Fig.10 and Fig.4c, d entered with dotted lines, can in in front of the side surface 4 projecting portion of the support beam 1 a booking 8th be incorporated. Through this indentation 8 can water on the support beams. 1 flows to drain below the floor. From this function the Dent 8 results in that they are also smaller than in Fig.9a, 10 and 4c, d shown may be formed or that per support beam 1 several smaller indentations. 8 can be provided.
