The tongues protrude from an adjacent strip-like edge region of the panel which is recessed in the form of a step relative to the front surface of an inner panel region lying within the edge region and lies flush with the inner panel region on the rear side. The edge region is provided with at least one row of holes having several through holes distributed over its length. Preferred Features: A base body forming the inner panel region is made of solid wood and/or is at least veneered on the visible side.

Description

The invention relates to a panel in particular for wall and / or ceiling panels, which can be brought into engagement with adjacent panels in groove and spring engagement and on one longitudinal side and one transverse side in each case a limited by a visible side and a rear Nutbegrenzungsschenkel groove and at the respective opposite longitudinal and transverse sides each having a corresponding spring.

In the preparation of panel assemblies, such as wall and / or ceiling panels, the panels are mounted on a lattice or the like designed support structure. However, the known panels do not have panel fasteners for attaching the panels to the support structure. So far metal brackets are used as fastening means, which have an insertable into a groove of the panel to be held bracket and a mountable on the substructure leg. The said metal brackets represent additional required parts that must be procured and assembled.

The utility model DE 76350214 relates to a set of components for a mounting floor of rectangular top plates, with all edge sides of the top plates strip-like. Have elements that project laterally and are formed for engagement in the grooves of adjacent top plates.

On this basis, it is therefore an object of the present invention to improve a panel of the type mentioned with simple and inexpensive means so that no additional fasteners are required and high ease of installation is achieved.

This object is achieved in that the springs protrude from a respective adjacent, strip-shaped edge region of the panel, which is lowered relative to the visible surface of a located within the edge region, inner panel area in the form of a step and the back is flush with the inner panel area and which is provided with at least one row of holes with a plurality of evenly distributed over its length through holes.

The provided with through holes, strip-shaped edge regions advantageously form panel-own, integrated in the panel assembly fasteners that come to rest on the substructure and can be easily fixed by in one or more of the through holes receivable screws on the substructure. Since the edge portions containing the through-holes are stepped with respect to the visible-side surface of the inner panel portion, the through-holes as well as the heads of the screws received therein can be covered by the visible-side groove-limiting leg of the respective adjacent panel. For this purpose, the visible Nutbegrenzungsschenkel is expedient slightly wider than the back Nutbegrenzungsschenkel.

Advantageous embodiments and expedient developments of the higher-level measures are specified in the subclaims. Thus, the edge regions which are lowered in relation to the visible surface of the inner panel region can each be formed by an edge strip attached to the associated side of a main body forming the inner panel region. This simplifies the production and advantageously also permits targeted use of different materials or different surface textures for the base body and for the edge strips.

Suitably, the edge strips may have a T-shaped cross-section and be connected to the main body by tongue and groove. This results in a particularly simple and inexpensive production. In an advantageous development of this measure, the flange of the T-shaped edge strips engaging in an associated groove of the base body can be provided with a continuous latching web which can be latched into a groove provided in the region of a side wall of the associated groove. This advantageously allows a positive connection between the base body and edge strips, which holds without glue.

In a further development of the higher-level measures, the strip-shaped edge regions of the panel, preferably formed by edge strips, can begin with their ends remote from each other at the groove base of the transverse groove of the inner panel region and adjoin one another with their mutually facing ends with blunt abutment, wherein the one edge region the front of the other edge area covered.

By this measure, there are automatically two support surfaces, which come into mutual engagement with each other to be connected panels and prevent a support surface normal mutual relative movement of the two panels in the engagement area. It is therefore advantageously possible to bring the newly connected, still loose panel with its support surface for engagement with the associated support surface of the adjacent, already fixed to the substructure panel, whereby the already attached panel facing the end of the loose panel is held. The other end can be held by an assembler who can simultaneously perform a screwing. It is therefore sufficient in an advantageous manner an assembly person, which results in a high ease of installation and cost-effectiveness.

Further advantageous embodiments and expedient developments of the parent measures are specified in the remaining subclaims and from the following description of the example with reference to the drawing closer.

Main field of application of the invention are panels for the production of wall and / or ceiling panels. For this purpose, a substructure 1 indicated in FIGS. 1 and 7 in the form of spacings corresponding to a spacing is provided, parallel slats on which the panels 2, as shown in FIG. 1, are fastened by screws 3, etc. The adjacent panels are thereby circumferentially brought into tongue and groove engagement with adjacent panels. For this purpose, the panels 2 are provided on two adjoining sides of their circumference with grooves 4 and on the remaining two sides of their circumference with springs 5.
The arrangement of the grooves 4 and springs 5 can be clearly seen in Figures 2 and 3 can be removed. In each case a longitudinal side and a right angle adjoining transverse side is provided with a groove. 4 provided, which is bounded by an upper, that is visible Nutbegrenzungsschenkel 6 and a lower, that is back Nutbegrenzungsschenkel 7. At the respectively opposite longitudinal and transverse sides of the panel 2, a corresponding, outwardly projecting spring 5 is provided in each case.

In the illustrated example, the panels 2 each consist of a tabular base body 8, which is provided at its the springs 5 associated longitudinal and transverse sides, each with a skirt 9, from which the associated spring 5 projects outwardly. In this case, the edge strips 9 practically form edge regions which comprise the main body 8, which forms an inner panel region, on two sides.

Dies ermöglicht eine zuverlässige Verschraubung der Paneele 2 im Bereich der Randleisten 9.The visible surface of the edge strips 9, as best seen in Figure 5 is clearly identically level with the visible surface of the associated spring 5. This is compared to the visible surface of the base body 8 lowered by the thickness of the visible Nutbegrenzungsschenkels 6, so that, As Figure 2 shows clearly shows a level with the height s. The rear surface of the edge strips 9 is, as can be seen from Figure 3, flush with the back of the body 8. In this way, there is a continuous back of the panel 2, so that this comes to rest in the area of the edge strips on the substructure , as is apparent from Figure 1. This allows reliable screwing of the panels 2 in the region of the edge strips 9.

These are provided in the region between their spring 5 and the main body 8 with through holes 10, which are arranged in the form of an over the entire edge strip length extending hole series with a comparatively small, mutual distance. Suitably, the holes are distributed uniformly over the length of the associated edge region. The mutual distance of the holes 10 is substantially smaller than that of the substructure 1 underlying grid so that it can be assumed that over the length of each panel 2 at least one hole 10 to cover with a slat of the substructure 1 and can serve to receive a screw 3 , The screws 3 can be screwed as a result of the rich investment of the edge strips 9 on the substructure 1 to the stop without claiming the edge strips 9 on bending.

In the assembled state, the bores 10 and the screws 3 optionally accommodated therein are covered by the visible groove boundary leg 6 of the respectively adjacent panel 2. In order to completely cover the edge strips 9, the projection of the visible groove boundary leg 6 via the rear groove boundary leg 7 corresponds to the distance between the base body 8 and the shoulder cross section of the spring 5 on the associated edge strip. 9

The edge strips 9 can be attached with their far-flank to the facing side surface of the base body 8, wherein for connection a pin and / or glue connection can be provided. In the example shown, the edge strips 9 by a tongue and groove joint connected to the main body 8. For this purpose, the edge strips 9 have a T-shaped cross-section. This contains a central, with its underside on the substructure 1 can be brought into contact, designated in Figure 1 web 11, protrude from the opposing flanges, of which the base body 8 directed away from the flange above the already mentioned, extending on the outside of the panel Spring 5 forms, while the base body 8 facing flange forms an inner fastening spring 12 which engages in an associated groove 13 of the base body 8, as can be seen from Figure 1. The main body 8 is accordingly grooved in the region of all four circumferential sides, wherein in the region of a longitudinal side and a subsequent transverse side of the springs 5 of the adjacent panels grooves 4 and in the opposite longitudinal and transverse sides of the springs 12 of the there applied edge strips associated grooves 13 are provided.

The grooves 4 and 13 suitably have the same clear width and are the same distance from the surface of the body 8, so that the edge strips 9 may have the already mentioned T-shape. The flanges forming the springs 5 and 12 of the T-shaped edge strips 9 have the same width, which corresponds to the depth of the groove 13 and the groove 4 in the region of the rear groove-limiting leg 7. The projection of the visible Nutbegrenzungsschenkels 6 on the rear Nutbegrenzungsschenkel 7 suitably corresponds to the width of the central web 11, so that it can be completely covered.

The spring 12 may be secured by a glue connection in the associated groove 13. In the example shown is a provided positive connection that makes sizing dispensable. For this purpose, engaging in the groove 13 leg 12, as shown in Figures 1 and 4, provided with a continuous over its length latching web 14 which is engageable in an associated groove 15 of the facing side wall of the groove 13.

Dieses nichtabgedeckte Endstück bildet eine in Figur 5 links gerastert angedeutete Stützfläche 17.The opposite ends of the two edge strips 9 of a panel 2 begin, as can be seen from Figure 3, at the bottom of the groove extending transversely thereto grooves 4. This results in an uncovered by the web 11 of the skirt 9 end piece of the rear limiting leg 16 with a depth the transversely extending groove 4 in the region of the rear Nutbegrenzungsschenkels 7 corresponding width. This uncovered end piece forms a support surface 17, shown rastered on the left in FIG.

Dieser nichtabgedeckte Bereich bildet eine in Figur 5 rechts ebenfalls gerastert angedeutete, zweite Stützfläche 19.The mutually facing ends of the edge strips 9 close, as can be seen on the right in FIG. 5, with a butt joint against one another. In this case, the edge strip 9 associated with a longitudinal side protrudes with its end region beyond the transverse side of the main body 8 extending transversely thereto. The supernatant corresponds to the width of the web 11 plus the protruding therefrom spring 5 of the edge strips 9, as indicated in Figure 5 at b. The front side of the main body 8 superior skirt 9 is accordingly flush with the outer edge 18 of the spring 5 of the transverse thereto edge strip 9. The outwardly facing spring 5 of the transverse side associated skirt 9 is coplanar with the inwardly facing spring 12 of the Longitudinal side associated skirt 9, so that there is a continuous surface. The with the spring 5 of the transverse side associated skirt 9 overlapping region of the spring 12 of the longitudinal side associated skirt 9 accordingly forms an extension of the transverse spring 5 to the web 11 of the longitudinal side associated skirt 9. The body 8 facing the side edge of the web 11 of the longitudinal side associated skirt 9 is accordingly on one of Width of the spring 5 of the transverse side associated edge strip corresponding width of the projection of the lateral side associated edge strip is not covered. This uncovered region forms a second support surface 19, which is likewise shown rastered on the right in FIG. 5.

If the two halves of Figure 5 underlying panels are pushed together so that their facing each other, in Figure 5 still spaced transverse sides abut each other, the arrangement of FIG 6. This results in the transverse side of a panel associated spring 5 including the above-described extension in the facing the transverse side of the other panel associated groove 4, wherein the support surface 17 is overlapped by the support surface 19, as Figure 6 shows clearly. In this way, the further panel attached to the already fastened panel, with its said support surface engagement end facing transversely to the Anstellrichtung fixed positively, which simplifies the assembly, as will be shown below with reference to FIG 7.

Dies ergibt die der Figur 7 unten zugrunde liegende Situation.FIG. 7 shows a plurality of assembly steps which, when a further panel 2a is added, result in an association of panels 2 already fastened to the substructure 1. The newly added panel 2a is first, as in Figure 7 above through an arrow 20 is indicated, employed with a longitudinal side of the dressing, wherein its longitudinal groove 4 comes to engage with the facing spring 5 of the parallel panel 2 thereto. Subsequently, the newly to be connected panel 2a, as indicated in Figure 7 center by an arrow 21, employed with its transverse side to the facing transverse side of the adjacent panel 2, wherein the transverse groove 4 comes to engage with the facing spring 5 of the adjacent panel 2 , This results in the situation underlying Figure 7 below.

In this case, the mutual support surfaces 17, 19 in mutual support engagement, as indicated at 22. As a result of this support engagement, the newly connected panel 2a in the area of its support-engaging end can no longer move away in support surface-normal direction from the already attached to the substructure Association, that is, in Figure 7 below indicated by an arrow 23 movement is excluded. It is therefore sufficient to support the newly connected panel 2 at the other end, as indicated by the support arrow 24, while in a befindlicher with a lath of the substructure 1 bore 10 a screw is screwed. For this purpose, a person who supports the panel 2a with one hand according to the support arrow 24 and operates a screwdriver with the other hand.

When finished laid panel dressing only the visible sides of the body 8 of the panels 2 are visible. The main body 8 accordingly has a designed in a desired wood, eg veneered visible side. Of course, it would also be conceivable to produce the main body 8 of solid wood. The edge strips 9 can be simple and inexpensive as Pressspanformlinge be formed. But even here, a solid wood execution would be conceivable. A training as existing plastic extrusion products would be conceivable.

Although a preferred embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail above, but without this being a limitation connected. Thus, instead of T-shaped edge strips, it is of course also possible to use L-shaped edge strips in cross-section which can be glued and / or instigated to the associated side flank of the base body 8. It would also be conceivable to provide molded-on edge regions instead of attachable edge strips, which led to a one-piece panel design.
