Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bandbefestigungsteil mit einem an einem Flügel oder Flügelrahmen befestigbaren Träger, einem Gelenkaufnahmeteil und zumindest einer Stellspindel, die in einer Aufnahmebohrung des Trägers oder des Gelenkaufnahmeteils drehbar und gegen eine Verschiebung der Spindellängsrichtung gesichert gelagert ist, wobei eine Drehung der Stellspindel eine Relativbewegung des Gelenkaufnahmeteils gegenüber dem Träger bewirkt. Das Bandbefestigungsteil ist bevorzugt Bestandteil eines Türbandes, wobei der Träger an einem Türflügel oder an einer Türzarge befestigbar ist und das Gelenkaufnahmeteil mittels der Stellspindel verstellbar ist. Durch die Verstellung kann dabei der Türflügel innerhalb der Türzarge positioniert werden. Das Türband ist üblicherweise aus zwei Befestigungsteilen gebildet, die gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind. Erfindungsgemäß ist zumindest an einem der Befestigungsteile eine Stellspindel zur Positionierung vorgesehen. Der Erfindung liegt dabei die Erkenntnis zugrunde, dass das Material des Trägers bzw. des Gelenkaufnahmeteils mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug vergleichsweise leicht und insbesondere mit einer hohen Genauigkeit und Reproduzierbarkeit verformt werden kann. Dabei ist zu berücksichtigen, dass einerseits eine möglichst spielfreie Fixierung der Stellspindel erreicht werden soll, wobei andererseits jedoch ein Klemmen der Stellspindel durch eine übermäßige Krafteinwirkung bei der plastischen Materialumformung zu vermeiden ist. Dazu wird an der äußeren Wand des Trägers bzw. des Gelenkaufnahmeteils, in dem die Aufnahmebohrung gebildet ist, eine Vertiefung erzeugt, die sich bis zur Innenseite der Aufnahmebohrung durch das Material erstreckt. Eine solche Pressverformung ist insbesondere dann vorteilhaft, wenn die seitlichen Flächen des Trägers bzw. des Gelenkaufnahmeteils leicht zugänglich sind und wenn der Träger bzw. das Gelenkaufnahmeteil im Bereich der Aufnahmebohrung nur eine geringe Wandstärke aufweisen, so dass sich die an der Außenseite gebildete plastische Verformung bis in die Aufnahmebohrung hinein erstrecken kann. Bezüglich der Fertigung und des Bandbefestigungsteils bzw. des Trägers und der Lagerung der Stellspindel kann, abhängig von der jeweils konkret vorgesehenen Ausgestaltung, besonders vorteilhaft sein, an der Innenseite der Spiralbohrung zwei gegenüberliegende Nocken zu erzeugen. In diesem Fall wird durch zwei spitze Werkzeuge, die einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind, vorzugsweise durch gleichzeitige Pressverformung die Wand soweit plastisch verformt, dass an der Innenseite der Spindelbohrung zwei Nocken gebildet werden. Die Nocken greifen dabei in die Nut der bereits in der Aufnahmebohrung angeordneten Stellspindel ein, wodurch diese durch einen Formschluss in axialer Richtung fixiert und drehbeweglich gelagert wird. Durch die zwei gegenüberliegenden Nocken wird die Stabilität des Formflusses erhöht und ein unerwünschtes Verkippen der Stellspindel vermieden. Gemäß einer zweiten Ausgestaltung der vorliegenden Erfindung weist die Stellspindel im Bereich der Aufnahmebohrung eine Durchmessererweiterung auf. Je nach Ausgestaltung der zugeordneten, durch plastische Materialumformung gebildeten Ausformung kann es ausreichend sein, wenn die Durchmessererweiterung in Umfangrichtung gesehen lediglich abschnittsweise vorgesehen ist. Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung weist die Stellspindel jedoch einen umlaufenden Kragen als Durchmessererweiterung auf. Dabei kann der Kragen vorzugsweise als Spindelkopf ausgebildet sein, an den ein Gewindeabschnitte der Stellspindel anschließt.
