  2. Chair according to claim 1, characterized in that the seat surface (10) can be pivoted about a pivot axis (24), which runs substantially parallel to the trailing edge (13) of the seat part (31).
  3. Chair according to claim 2, characterized in that the pivot axis (24) is arranged in the area of the trailing edge (13) of the seat part (31) or in the area of the center of the seat part (31) or in the area of the leading edge (14) of the seat part (31).
  4. Chair according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the seat surface (10) and the back rest surface (12) can be pivoted with the help of a pivoting mechanism (17).
  5. Chair according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the angle between seat surface (10) and back rest surface (12) can be changed.
  6. Chair according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the pivoting mechanism (17) encompasses at least two profiles (18, 19), which can be shifted relative to one another, wherein one profile (18) is supported on the frame (4) so as to be capable of being shifted and the other profile (19) is fixedly connected to the seat (9).
  7. Chair according to claim 6, characterized in that the profile (18), which is supported on the frame (4) so as to be capable of being shifted, encompasses at least one bolt (20), which is guided in a slot (21), which is provided in the profile (19), which is connected to the seat (9).
  8. Chair according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the pivoting mechanism (17) is arranged in the area of the leading edge (14) of the seat part (31) and below the seat part (31).
  9. Chair according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the pivoting mechanism (17) can be operated with the help of a device, which is arranged in a station.
  10. Chair according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the pivoting mechanism (17) is coupled to a mechanism (3) for operating the safety bar (2).
  11. Method for operating a chair lift, wherein a chair (1) comprising at least one seat (9) comprising a seat part (31) and a back rest (11) is moved from one station to another station, wherein the seat part (31) encompasses a seat surface (10) and the back rest (11) encompasses a back rest surface (12), wherein the seat part (31) encompasses a trailing edge (13), which is assigned to the back rest (11) and a leading edge (14), which is located opposite the trailing edge (13), and wherein the back rest (11) encompasses a bottom edge (15), which is assigned to the seat part (31), and an upper edge (16), which is located opposite the bottom edge (15), and the seat surface (10) is pivoted with the help of a pivoting mechanism (17), characterized in that the seat surface (10) is pivoted from a boarding position into a travelling position, in which a passenger sits on the seat surface (10) and in which the seat surface (10) runs so as to slope or slope more strongly, respectively, towards the trailing edge (13) of the seat part (31) as compared to the boarding position in the area of a station, and is pivoted from the travelling position back into a disembarking position in the area of another station.
  12. Method according to claim 11, characterized in that the seat surface (10) is pivoted about a pivot axis (24), which runs substantially parallel to the trailing edge (13) of the seat part (31).
  13. Method according to claim 12, characterized in that the seat surface (10) is pivoted about a pivot axis (24), which is arranged in the area of the trailing edge (13) of the seat part (31) or in the area of the center of the seat part (31) or in the area of the leading edge (14) of the seat part (31).
  14. Method according to one of claims 11 to 13, characterized in that the seat surface (10) and the back rest surface (12) are pivoted with the help of a pivoting mechanism (17) in the area of a station.
  15. Method according to claim 14, characterized in that the seat surface (10) and the back rest surface (12) are pivoted simultaneously.
  16. Method according to one of claims 11 to 15, characterized in that the angle between seat surface (10) and back rest surface (12) is changed.
  17. Method according to one of claims 11 to 16, characterized in that the seat surface (10) is pivoted such that the leading edge (14) of the seat part (31) is raised downstream from the boarding area of a station and is lowered upstream of the disembarking area of a station.
  18. Method according to one of claims 11 to 17, characterized in that the seat surface (10) is pivoted such that the trailing edge (13) of the seat part (31) is lowered downstream from the boarding area of a station and is raised upstream of the disembarking area of a station.
  19. Method according to one of claims 14 to 20, characterized in that the back rest surface (12) is pivoted such that the upper edge (16) of the back rest (11) is moved opposite the travelling direction of the chair (1) downstream from the boarding area of a station, and is moved in travelling direction of the chair (1) upstream of the disembarking area of a station.
  20. Method according to one of claims 11 to 19, characterized in that the pivoting takes place by shifting at least two profiles (18, 19) of the pivoting mechanism (17), which can be shifted relative to one another.
