Claims (10)

  1. Gewerbliche Haubengeschirrspülmaschine, mit einer Haube (1), die auf zumindest zwei senkrechten Führungen montiert ist, die an der Rückwand des stationären unteren Teils der Geschirrspülmaschine angeordnet sind, welche Haube (1) vertikal entlang der Führungen mit der Hilfe von Ausgleichsfedern (8) gleitet, die dazu geeignet sind, die Kraft zum Öffnen/Schliessen der Haube 1 zu begrenzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zumindest zwei Führungen Teleskopführungen (3) sind, umfassend gleitende Teile (2), auf denen die Haube (1) befestigt ist, wobei die Bewegung der gleitenden Teile (2) durch Seile (4) angetrieben wird, auf welche die Ausgleichsfedern (8) über bewegliche Laufrollen (6) wirken, die auf Platten (7) angeordnet sind, welche schwenkbar an der Geschirrspülmaschinenkonstruktion montiert sind, welche Elemente (2,3,4,6,7), die einen Teil des Bewegungsmechanismus der Haube (1) bilden, an der Rückseite der Geschirrspülmaschine angeordnet sind.
  2. Gewerbliche Haubengeschirrspülmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Teleskopführung (3) eine Bewegungseinrichtung zugeordnet ist, umfassend ein Seil (4), das zwischen einer ersten Verankerung (4') auf dem gleitenden Teil (2) der Teleskopführung (3) und einer zweiten Verankerung (4") an der Geschirrspülmaschinenkonstruktion befestigt ist, zumindest ein Zwischenrad (5), das an der Geschirrspülmaschinenkonstruktion befestigt ist, eine Laufrolle (6), die auf einer Platte (7) angeordnet ist, die schwenkbar an der Geschirrspülmaschinenkonstruktion durch eine Achse (A) befestigt ist, und eine Ausgleichsfeder (8), die zwischen einer ersten Verankerung (8'), die auf der Geschirrspülmaschinenkonstruktion befestigt ist, und einer zweiten Verankerung (8"), die auf der Platte (7) in einer Position zwischen der Achse (A) und dem Drehzapfen (C) der Laufrolle (6) schwenkbar ist.
  3. Gewerbliche Haubengeschirrspülmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bewegungsmechanismus der Haube (1) zwei identische Bewegungseinrichtungen umfasst, die einander spiegelbildlich bezüglich der vertikalen Mittelebene der Geschirrspülmaschine angeordnet sind.
  4. Gewerbliche Haubengeschirrspülmaschine gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch zumindest ein Stellorgan zum Antrieb der Drehung der drehbaren Platte (7).
  5. Gewerbliche Haubengeschirrspülmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellorgan in einer zentralen Position angeordnet ist, derart, dass es beide Bewegungseinrichtungen antreiben kann.
  6. Gewerbliche Haubengeschirrspülmaschine gemäß Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellorgan ein Kolben (10) ist, dessen Stange mit der Bewegungseinrichtung durch einen Stab (11) verbunden ist, der zwischen der Stange und einem Zapfen (B) schwenkbar ist, der am Ende der Bewegungseinrichtung angeordnet ist.
  7. Gewerbliche Haubengeschirrspülmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Bewegungseinrichtung ferner eine zweite schwenkbare Platte (9) umfasst, die um den gleichen Zapfen (A) wie die erste schwenkbare Platte (7) schwenkbar ist, wobei die Verbindung zwischen den Platten (7,9) erreicht wird durch einen Zapfen (P), der auf der ersten Platte (7) befestigt ist, und gleitend in einen Schlitz (S) in der zweiten Platte (9) eingreift, welcher Schlitz (S) kreisbogenförmig um den Zapfen (A) zentriert ausgebildet ist, und welcher Zapfen (P) auf der ersten Platte (7) derart angeordnet ist, dass er an ein inneres Ende des Schlitzes (S) anschlägt, wenn die Haube (1) geschlossen ist.
  8. Gewerbliche Haubengeschirrspülmaschine gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner gekennzeichnet durch Mittel zur Erreichung einer bidirektionalen Spannung zwischen den zwei Platten (7,9).
  9. Gewerbliche Haubengeschirrspülmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, ferner gekennzeichnet durch ein Steuersystem zum Anhalten des Antriebs des Stellorgans, wenn die Haube (1) während ihrer Abwärtsbewegung auf ein Hindernis trifft.
  10. Gewerbliche Haubengeschirrspülmaschine gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner gekennzeichnet durch Mittel zum Einstellen der Länge der Seile (4) und/oder der Federn (8) und/oder der Stäbe (11), zum Erreichen einer Ausrichtung der Einrichtungen, die den Bewegungsmechanismus bilden.
