Claims (9)

  1. Steuervorrichtung (1) für die Brenner eines Kochherds, die ein Leitungselement (4) zum Steuern des Zündens der Brenner und einen Gashahn (2), der mit einer sich drehenden, axial beweglichen Steuerspindel (10) versehen ist, umfasst, wobei das Leitungselement einen Mikroschalter (7) aufweist, von dem eine Steuerstange (11) bei einer axialen Bewegung der Spindel durch eine Unterlegscheibe (12), die vollständig von dem Mikroschalter getrennt ist und einschnappend von der Spindel (10) in einer Position unmittelbar über der Steuerstange (11) des Mikroschalters getragen wird, betätigt wird; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterlegscheibe (12) integral aus einem synthetischen Kunststoffmaterial gefertigt und gemäß einer Draufsicht im Wesentlichen C-förmig ist, wobei sie einen Flanschabschnitt (15) umfasst, der von einem im Wesentlichen kreisförmigen Umfangsrand(16) begrenzt wird und mit einer zentralen durchgehenden Bohrung (18) und einer radialen Öffnung (20), die die Kontinuität des Flanschabschnitts (15) von dem Umfangsrand(16) und zu der durchgehenden Bohrung (18) unterbricht, versehen ist, wobei die radiale Öffnung (20) auf beiden ihrer gegenüberliegenden Längsseiten (21, 22) durch jeweilige Rippen (23) flankiert ist, die sich vorstehend parallel zu der Bohrung (18) von einer unteren Seite (25) des Flanschabschnitts (15), die beim Gebrauch dem Mikroschalter (7) gegenüberliegt, erstrecken, und derart geformt sind, dass sie dazu ausgeführt sind, entgegengesetzte Seitenflanken (26) der Steuerstange (11) des Mikroschalters beim Gebrauch im Anschluss an eine mögliche relative Drehung zwischen der Unterlegscheibe (12) und dem Mikroschalter (7) abzufangen, wobei die Unterlegscheibe (12) freilaufend in die Spindel (10) des Gashahns (2) eingreift.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterlegscheibe (12) ferner einen ringförmigen Bund (30) über dem Flanschabschnitt (15) umfasst und der sich von dem Flanschabschnitt parallel zu der Bohrung (18) auf der Seite, die dessen unterer Seite (25), die mit den vorstehenden Rippen (23) versehen ist, gegenüberliegt, erstreckt.
  3. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radiale Öffnung (20) auch die Kontinuität des ringförmigen Bunds (30) unterbricht; wobei die radiale Öffnung (20) eine quer zu einer Symmetrieachse (A) der durchgehenden Bohrung gemessene Breite hat, die im Wesentlichen gleich dem Durchmesser der Bohrung (18) ist.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Rippen (23) quer zu der Bohrung (18) und parallel zu den Längsseiten (21, 22) der Öffnung (20) zwischen der unmittelbaren Nähe des Umfangsrands (16) des Flanschabschnitts und der unmittelbaren Nähe des Bunds (30) erstrecken.
  5. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flanschabschnitt (15) im Wesentlichen an der radialen Position des ringförmigen Bunds (30) und innerhalb der radialen Öffnung (20), die dessen Kontinuität unterbricht, mit entsprechenden Prismenzähnen (40, 41) zum Einschnappeingriff in die Spindel (10), der durch bündige Ausrichtung auf die durchgehende Bohrung (18) erhalten wird, die sich vorstehend in einer Umfangsrichtung und auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten von den gegenüberliegenden Längsseiten (21, 22) der durchgehenden Öffnung (20) innerhalb letzterer erstrecken, versehen ist.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Zähne (40, 41) in einer radialen Richtung über die gesamte Länge des ringförmigen Bunds (30) in derselben Richtung erstrecken und gemäß einer Draufsicht in der Verlegeebene des Flanschabschnitts (15) eine im Wesentlichen trapezförmige Form aufweisen.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterlegscheibe (12) freilaufend in die bewegliche Spindel (10) des Gashahns mittels des Bunds (30), der in Kontakt mit einer zylindrischen Seitenfläche der Spindel (10) zusammenwirkt, und mittels der durchgehenden Bohrung (18), die freilaufend in eine ringförmige Nut (50) der Spindel des Hahns eingreift und einen Durchmesser aufweist, der kleiner ist als der des ringförmigen Bunds (30) und in etwa das Doppelte der radialen Tiefe der ringförmigen Nut (50) der Spindel beträgt, eingreift.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bund (30) auf der Seite, die der radialen Öffnung der Unterlegscheibe gegenüberliegt, mit einer umfänglichen Öffnung (60) versehen ist, die an einer oberen Kante des Bunds (61) gegenüber dem Flanschabschnitt erhalten wird, und eine Breite in einer quer zu der Bohrung (18) verlaufenden Umfangsrichtung aufweist, die kleiner ist als die Breite der radialen Öffnung (20) in derselben Richtung.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radiale Öffnung (20) normalerweise in einer der der Steuerstange (11) des Mikroschalters diametral gegenüberliegenden Position in Bezug auf die Spindel des Gashahns (2) ausgerichtet angeordnet ist.
