Claims (16)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une caractéristique de sécurité pour un élément de sécurité, un papier de sécurité ou un support de données, qui comprend un support (16), dans lequel il s'agit d'introduire au moins une ouverture continue (14) et au moins un marquage (18), en registre avec l'ouverture continue (14), procédé dans lequel

    b2) sous l'action du rayonnement laser, en présence d'une puissance laser plus faible, on modifie dans la zone de marquage (20) la matière de marquage pouvant être modifiée par un laser, et on produit ainsi au moins un marquage (18) en registre avec l'ouverture continue.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on produit une ouverture continue (14) et au moins un marquage en registre (18), se fondant l'un dans l'autre sans écartement entre eux.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on produit au moins une ouverture continue (14) et au moins un marquage (28) en registre, avec un écartement entre les deux.
  4. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le support (16) est, dans la zone des ouvertures continues (14), maintenu exempt de matière de marquage pouvant être modifiée par un laser.
  5. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le support (16) est pourvu d'une matière de marquage pouvant être modifiée par un laser, même dans la zone des ouvertures continues (14), de telle sorte que la matière de marquage pouvant être modifiée par un laser soit, lors de l'introduction des ouvertures continues (14), modifiée par ce même faisceau laser, dans le domaine proche (38) des ouvertures (14).

  8. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'on pourvoit le support (16) d'une matière de marquage dont la couleur visible est modifiée sous l'action du rayonnement laser.
  9. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'on pourvoit le support (16) d'une matière de marquage dont les propriétés d'absorption dans l'infrarouge, magnétiques, électriques ou luminescentes, sont modifiées sous l'action du rayonnement laser.
  10. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures continues (14) sont produites sous forme de perforations, de découpes ou de zones étendues formant fenêtre.
  11. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 5 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la matière de marquage pouvant être modifiée par un laser est modifiée, sous l'action d'un rayonnement laser, dans une zone marginale (38) des ouvertures (14), qui suit directement les ouvertures (14) à produire.
  12. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que, en tant que matière de marquage pouvant être modifiée par un laser, on utilise des pigments à effets pouvant être modifiés par un laser, ou une matière de marquage sans pigments, pouvant être modifiée par un laser.

Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que, pour introduire les ouvertures (14) et pour modifier la matière de marquage, on utilise un rayonnement laser dans le domaine de couleurs spectrales ultraviolettes ou visibles, ou un rayonnement laser dans le domaine de couleurs spectrales infrarouge, en particulier un rayonnement laser d'un laser à CO2, à une longueur d'onde d'environ 10,6 µm.
