Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zum Verarbeiten von Komponenten (2) aus Holz oder dergleichen für Vorrichtungen in einer Maschine, umfassend eine Basis (3), die sich in einer ersten Richtung (4) erstreckt, wenigstens zwei Querelemente (28), die an der Basis (3) parallel zu einer zweiten Richtung (9) quer zur ersten Richtung (4) montiert sind, wenigstens eine Spanneinrichtung (29), die an jedem Querelement (28) angeordnet ist zum Verriegeln wenigstens einer Komponente (2) sowie einen Brückenkran (6), der sich über die Basis (3) hinweg in der zweiten Richtung (9) erstreckt und wenigstens einen Arbeitskopf (11) trägt, umfassend die folgenden Verfahrensschritte:
    Verriegeln der wenigstens einen Komponente (2) innerhalb wenigstens einer Spanneinrichtung (29) parallel zur ersten Richtung (4); und
    Profilieren der Komponente (2) parallel zur ersten Richtung (4) mittels des Arbeitskopfes (12);
    gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden weiteren Verfahrensschritte:
    Markieren der Komponente (2) mittels einer Markiervorrichtung (14), die vom Brückenkran (6) getragen ist; und
    Lösen des Glasanschlages (34) von der Komponente (2) und Ankoppeln des Glasanschlages (34) an die Komponente (2) selbst mittels einer Schneid- und Kupplungseinheit (18), die vom Brückenkran (6) getragen ist; wobei die Schritte des Profilierens und Markierens der Komponente (2) und des Lösens und Ankoppelns des Glasanschlages (34) aufeinanderfolgend während eines einzigen Arbeitslaufes des Brückenkrans (6) oder der Klemmeinrichtung (29) in der ersten Richtung (4) ausgeführt werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schritte des Markierens und Profilierens der Komponente (2) in dieser Reihenfolge nacheinander ausgeführt werden.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schritte des Profilierens und Markierens der Komponente (2) in dieser Reihenfolge nacheinander ausgeführt werden.
  4. Verfahren zum Verarbeiten von Komponenten (2) aus Holz oder dergleichen für Vorrichtungen in einer Maschine, umfassend eine Basis (3), die sich in einer ersten Richtung (4) erstreckt, wenigstens zwei Querelemente (28), die an der Basis (3) parallel zu einer zweiten Richtung (9) und quer zur ersten Richtung (4) verlaufen, wenigstens eine Spanneinrichtung (29), die an jedem Querelement (28) montiert ist, zum Verriegeln wenigstens einer Komponente (2), und einen Brückenkran (6), der sich über die Basis (3) in der zweiten Richtung (9) erstreckt und wenigstens einen Bearbeitungskopf (12) trägt, umfassend die folgenden Verfahrensschritte:
    Verriegeln der wenigstens einen Komponente (2) innerhalb wenigstens einer Spanneinrichtung (29) parallel zur zweiten Richtung (9); und
    Profilieren der Komponente (2) parallel zur zweiten Richtung (9) mittels des Bearbeitungskopfes (12); gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden weiteren Verfahrensschritte:
    Markieren der Komponente (2) mittels einer Markiereinrichtung (14), getragen vom Brückenkran (6); und
    Lösen des Glasanschlages (34) von der Komponente (2) und Ankoppeln des Glasanschlages (34) an die Komponente (2) selbst mittels einer Schneid- und Kupplungseinheit (18), getragen vom Brückenkran (6); wobei die Schritte des Profilierens und Markierens der Komponente (2) und des Lösens und Ankoppelns des Glasanschlages (34) aufeinanderfolgend ausgeführt werden entweder während eines einzigen Arbeitslaufes des Bearbeitungskopfes (12), der Markiereinrichtung (14) und der Schneid- und Kopplungseinheit (18) in der zweiten Richtung (9) oder während eines einzigen Arbeitslaufes der Spanneinrichtung (29) in der zweiten Richtung (9) selbst.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Schritte des Markierens und Profilierens der Komponente (2) aufeinanderfolgend in dieser Reihenfolge ausgeführt werden.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Schritte des Profilierens und Markierens der Komponente (2) aufeinanderfolgend in dieser Reihenfolge ausgeführt werden.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, wobei die Markiereinrichtung (14) und die Schneid- und Kupplungseinheit (18) durch den Bearbeitungskopf (17) getragen werden.
  8. Maschine zum Verarbeiten von Komponenten (2) aus Holz oder dergleichen für Vorrichtungen, umfassend eine Basis (3), die sich in einer ersten Richtung (4) erstreckt, umfassend wenigstens zwei Querelemente (28), die an der Basis (3) parallel zu einer zweiten Richtung (9) und quer zur ersten Richtung (4) montiert sind, wenigstens zwei Spanneinrichtungen (29), die an jedem Querelement (28) montiert sind, um wenigstens eine Komponente (2) zu verriegeln; ein Brückenkran (6), der sich über die Basis (3) in der zweiten Richtung (9) erstreckt und mit wenigstens einem Bearbeitungskopf (12) versehen ist, um die Komponente (2) parallel zur ersten Richtung (4) zu profilieren; eine Markiereinrichtung (14) zum Markieren der Komponente (2);
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner eine Schneid- und Kopplungseinheit (18) zum Lösen eines Glasanschlages (34) von der Komponente (2) und zum Ankoppeln des Glasanschlages (34) an die Komponente (2) selbst umfasst, und dass der Bearbeitungskopf (12), die Markiereinrichtung (14) und die Schneid- und Kopplungseinheit (18) aufeinanderfolgend aneinander und am Brückenkran (6) in der ersten oder zweiten Richtung (4, 9) montiert sind.
