Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mixing device with a relative to a base frame pivotally mounted device for generating a Mischgutstroms within a, a solid state mixture containing a top-side opening having mixing container, which Mischgutstrom-generating device via a closure element for closing the upper-side opening of the mixing container and one or more Connection means for connecting a mixing container containing the mix has.
  • the invention further relates to a mixing device arrangement with such a mixing device and a mixing container.
  • Such mixing devices are industrial mixers used for mixing bulk material, such as powdered bulk material, to create plastic granulate mixtures.
  • a mixer is for example off DE 197 08 075 C1 known.
  • This previously known mixing device has a Mischgutstrom-generating device with which the mixing material located within the mixing container is set to form a Mischgutstromes in motion.
  • the mixing container of this mixing device consists of two parts, one of the mixing container part containing the mixing material to be mixed and the other mixing container part of the Mischgutstrom-generating device is assigned. Both mixing container parts are designed to be cylindrical, at least in their adjoining region.
  • the Misch currentlyerteil assigned to the Mischgutstromgenerator has a projecting outwardly flange, to the top opening of the other Misch matterserteils is connected by pneumatic screw caps.
  • the other mixing container part carries rollers on the underside and, if not connected to the Mischbenzolgengenerator associated Misch soerteil be moved over this.
  • the Misch currentlyerteil associated with the Mischgutstrom-generating device is rotatably driven to generate a Mischgutstromes by acting on the rear outside of this Misch electerteils friction wheel.
  • a mixing of the mixed container composed of the two mixing container parts is thus effected by the rotational drive of the mixed material at the mixing vessel wall.
  • motor-driven dispersing tools can be arranged within the mixing container part associated with the mixing material flow generating device.
  • the Mischgutstrom-generating device of this prior art mixing device is tiltable about a horizontal pivot axis relative to a base frame to bring the mixing container for the purpose of mixing in an inclined over inclined head.
  • a larger inner surface of the mixing container composed of the two container parts is brought into contact with the material to be mixed therein for producing a mixed material flow.
  • such a mixing device is used for mixing different blends which are to be mixed successively. These are moved up in the mixing container part provided with rollers to the mixing device, connected to the mixing device side mixing container part, pivoted into the mixing position and set in rotation for a given period of time. After completion of the mixing process, the mixing container is pivoted back to its original position and the mixing container part provided with rollers is detached from the other mixing container part and moved away. In the event that another mix is to be mixed in a next mixing process with this mixing device, it is necessary to clean all parts of the Mischgutstrom-generating device in contact with the previously mixed mix in contact. This relates to the container part associated with the mixed material flow generating device, the dispersing tools and the drive shaft on which the dispersing tools are seated.
  • mixing devices like these from the DE 197 08 075 C1 have become known, even those are known in which the Mischgutstrom is not generated by rotation of the mixing container about its longitudinal axis, but by within the otherwise stationary mixing container rotationally driven mixing tools. Also, such mixing devices have two, after their connection forming the mixing vessel Misch actuallyermaschine. The effort required for cleaning corresponds to that of the mixing device described above.
  • EP-A-0 648 526 discloses a mixing device according to the preamble of claim 1. Based on this discussed prior art, the invention is therefore the object of developing an aforementioned mixing device in such a way that in this particular cleaning work is less time consuming.
  • connection means for connecting the mixing container to the Mischgutstrom-generating device are arranged functionally separate from the closure element and for this purpose the Mischgutstrom-generating device via a at least one coupling member having connecting device, wherein the at least one coupling member with distance to the upper-side opening portion of the mixing container can be connected thereto.
  • the connection device has one or more coupling members, which are connectable to the top opening of the mixing container at this distance.
  • a spacing of the coupling members from the upper-side opening of the mixing container may be provided in the radial direction and / or in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the mixing container.
  • closure element as such can therefore be designed very simply.
  • a plate or a lid which engages with the interposition of a sealing element in the upper-side opening of the mixing container.
  • a seal can be made in the container neck, such as by providing an inflatable, acting in the radial direction against the inner wall of the opening inflatable seal.
  • a closure element designed in this way dead spaces in the container are avoided.
  • the prescribed design of the mixing container also has the advantage that as a mixing container basically any container can be used, the opening of which can be closed by the closure element and which can be gripped by the connection device.
  • a container designed as a bulk container can also be used as a mixing container without it being necessary to transfer the mixture to be mixed into a mixing container. Accordingly, in such a mixing device, the cleaning of a mixing container part which is complementary to the mixing container part associated with the mixing device also does not occur.
  • the mixing device For connecting a container serving as a mixing container to the Mischgutstrom-generating means, the mixing device preferably has two or more connecting arms, each having a coupling member.
  • the coupling member of each connecting arm is movable by its own or by a common actuator in its direction of movement defined by the actuator.
  • the one or more coupling members are preferably designed so that they engage behind a paragraph of the mixing container form fit and thus this are then brought by pressing the actuator or actuators to the closure element of the Mischgutstrom-generating device.
  • actuators for example Spindelhubgetriebe can be provided, the threaded spindle are each arranged in a connecting arm.
  • the mixed material flow generating device can be designed so that the mixing material contained in the mixing container connected thereto is generated by the jacket friction of the mixing container and for this purpose the mixing container is set in a rotational movement about its longitudinal axis.
  • Such mixing tools typically sit on a motor-driven shaft, which in turn passes through the closure element in a sealed manner.
  • the mixing tool or tools are designed to be introduced through the top-side opening of a container containing the mixture to be mixed - the mixing container.
  • the mixing tool or tools are designed to be passed through this manhole in the course of connecting this container to the closure element or the mixed material flow generating device.
