Abstract

The method involves positioning a quantity of adhesive (4) on a base of an anchor hole (2) in a pre-dosed form. The adhesive quantity is dependent on a size of the anchor hole and a concrete cone (1). The concrete cone with internal threads is simultaneously screwed, adjusted and fixed on threads provided in the anchor hole. The adhesive in a lower layer of the anchor hole is simultaneously displaced into a uniformly extending joint. Hollow spaces of the anchor hole and the joint are completely filled with the adhesive.

Description

The invention relates to a method for introducing closure bodies in concrete wall anchor holes according to the preamble of claim 1.

When concreting e.g. Tunnel walls are used anchor systems, consisting of threaded anchor rods and on these screw-on cones.

The anchor rods are introduced, for example in the case of tunneling in the mountain walls, at its free ends cones, such as metal-plastic cones, are screwed to which the shuttering panels are attached. After backfilling the shuttering thus formed with concrete and its curing, the casing is removed again, and the metal-plastic cones are unscrewed from the remaining in the concrete wall Gewindeankerstäben. As a result, conical recesses remain in the concrete wall, in which are the few centimeters long free ends of the threaded anchor rods.

Conventionally, concrete cones are now glued into the cone-shaped recesses in order to close them. The length of the remaining in the wall cone-shaped recesses minus the length of remaining within the recesses free ends of the threaded anchor rods in this case determines the length of the einklebbaren in the recesses Betonkonen.

From this known method, however, a number of disadvantages arise both in the actual process sequence and in the result of the process.

The disadvantage is, on the one hand, that the concrete cones are fastened exclusively by the adhesive bonds in the conical recesses. This allows the Betonkonen solve in case of failure of the adhesive bond. A failure of the adhesive bonds is accelerated by external influences such as frost, de-salted water and vibrations. This entails considerable dangers for the users of constructions provided with concrete cones, in particular in the field of tunneling.

Another disadvantage is the difference in length between the concrete cone and cone-shaped recess, since an adhesive is limited to the shorter length of Betonkonen.

Moreover, the method of gluing the concrete cone itself is problematic because it does not give satisfactory results. The adhesive is applied in a first step on the lateral surface of the concrete cone and then pressed in the conical opening. The job must be carried out all around and flat, in order to achieve a complete seal later.

The problem is that the air contained in the conical recess is first included when inserting the concrete cone and is compressed during further impressions of the concrete cone in the conical opening, so that the concrete cone is pressed out of the recess again. The required pressure equalization occurs only when the compressed air between the lateral surface of the concrete cone and the conical inner wall of the recess can escape through the adhesive to the outside, which inevitably inevitably air channels in the region of the adhesive arise. This can result in this tension point becoming water-impermeable.

Only when this pressure equalization is made in the conical opening behind the concrete cone, the concrete cone remains stable in its position to the outer concrete shell.

Another problem is the centering of the concrete cone in the conical recess when sticking in horizontal wall areas. The aim here is a uniform adhesive layer in a uniformly extending gap between the recess and lateral surface of the concrete cone. Due to its own weight, however, the concrete cone displaces the adhesive in its lower area, whereby a wider gap forms in the upper area, which may not be completely filled with adhesive and thus again permeable to water.

Furthermore, there is no security in the recent insertion of concrete cones that the operation is carried out in a consistent quality. It is basically manual skill and strength needed to use the concrete cones against the compressed air in the anchor hole in the correct manner, while this align evenly at the same time and to produce the watertight seal. In addition, the correct application of the adhesive is crucial for success, with craftsmanship and experience is required here. Accordingly, these are work steps that, if lacking experience, lead to unsatisfactory results.

Finally, the sticking of Betonkonen in ceiling areas proves to be difficult and unstable, since the weight of Betonkonen these are to be fixed only with auxiliary structures in the conical recesses until a curing of the adhesive takes place, the above-mentioned problems remain in addition.

Object of the present method for introducing closure bodies in concrete wall anchor holes is a simple and safe introduction of concrete cones in the anchor holes and the waterproof bonding in wall and ceiling areas without air pockets. The process should be carried out in a standardized manner in order to achieve reproducibly good results. Finally, the orientation of the concrete cones in the anchor holes and their secure fixation in all wall areas should be ensured.

This is achieved in that a quantity of adhesive introduced into the base of the anchor hole in a first method step is metered as a function of the dimensioning of the anchor hole. By a provided with an internal thread concrete cone, which is screwed in the second step on the thread present in the anchor hole, when screwing it takes place in the adhesive backing layer in the circumferential joint, due to the symmetrical anchor hole and the exactly anchored in this anchor piece runs completely evenly. The screw cone is fixed on the threaded rod and can not move laterally. The adhesive now displaces the air in the anchor hole from the inside out, forcing the air through the not yet filled with adhesive joint, whereby the adhesive is distributed without air pockets in the joint. The joint is completely sealed with glue and waterproof.

The fixing of the screw cone by an internal thread causes a consistently positive result in all wall areas. At the same time, no prior knowledge is required when working with concrete cones in order to achieve a defined good result. For this purpose, it is expedient to introduce the amount of adhesive in its dosing to the anchor hole and the concrete cone in these defined doses in the anchor hole. This can be done by cartridges having corresponding graduations, each division representing the amount of adhesive of an anchor hole. It is also appropriate cartridge, which are matched in their capacity to exactly one anchor hole, so that the cartridge is to empty completely into the well. An error in the handling of the method is thus additionally excluded.

Advantageously, the concrete cone used for the method has a driving aid, for example a slot on its outer side, which is already formed during the casting process and corresponds with a corresponding tool. It should be noted here that is reduced by the inventive method, the force when inserting the concrete cones, since no more air is compressed in the anchor hole, but this is pushed through the still open gap to the outside.

It is also advantageous that the existing threaded rod in the anchor hole can be completely screwed through the concrete cone, which is glued to its full lateral surface in the anchor hole and thus holds securely. In addition, the threaded connection ensures the concrete cone against falling out of the anchor hole in case of failure of the adhesive effect.

In the following, the method will be clarified by means of schematic drawings.

It show here the FIGS. 1 to 3 the procedure from the introduction of the adhesive 4 to the complete screwing of the concrete cone 1. In FIG. 1 the adhesive 4 is already placed on the bottom of the anchor hole 2 and surrounds the protruding from the bottom of the anchor hole 2 tail of the threaded anchor 3. The concrete cone 1 is inserted into the anchor hole, but does not attack with its internal thread on the threaded anchor 3.

In FIG. 2 Now the concrete cone 1 has been half-screwed onto the threaded anchor 3. As a result, a part of the adhesive 4 has already been pressed from the bottom of the anchor hole 2 in the now between concrete cone 1 and anchor hole 2 forming joint 3, which is already half filled with adhesive 4.

FIG. 3 shows the fully screwed concrete cone 1, which now fills the anchor hole 2. The tail of the threaded anchor 3 is in this case completely in the internal thread the concrete cone 1 has been screwed. The joint 5 extending between the lateral surface of the concrete cone 1 and the anchor hole 2 is now very narrow but still completely uniform due to insertion of the concrete cone 1 guided on the threaded anchor 3. In addition, the joint 5 and thus the entire cavity of the anchor hole is filled with adhesive 4. The concrete cone 1 is thus glued with its entire lateral surface with the wall of the anchor hole 2 and introduced by the combination of this bond with the threaded connection both solid and sealed.
