Abstract

Axialfraktionierer und ein dazugehöriges Verfahren zum fraktionierten Abtrennen von Schäben und kurzen Fasern aus Faserflocken beschreiben. Der Axialfraktionierer besteht aus mindestens einem länglichen Gehäuse, wobei an einem ersten seitlichen Ende des Gehäuses eine Einfüllöffnung und an einem zweiten seitlichen Ende des Gehäuses ein Auslass angeordnet ist, mindestens einer Austragung an der Unterseite des Gehäuses und mindestens einer in dem Gehäuse angeordneten Förderschnecke, die einen Transport der Faserflocken über die Austragung bewirkt, beschrieben.
