Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Aufbewahren, Auswählen und Verteilen mehrerer Produkte, insbesondere einer Reihe von Grundfarbtönen für die Kraftfahrzeuglackierung, wobei diese Vorrichtung (10) ein Karussell mit horizontaler Achse (D) mit mehreren Behältern (16), die jeweils eines der jeweiligen Produkte aufnehmen können, umfasst, wobei die Behälter in einer Umfangskonfiguration angeordnet sind,
    wobei die Vorrichtung Verbindungsmittel (44, 46, 48, 50) umfasst, durch die jeder Behälter mit angrenzenden, benachbarten Behältern zusammengefügt werden kann,
    wobei diese Verbindungsmittel angefügte Verbindungsteile (44, 48) und Mittel (46) für die Befestigung dieser Verbindungsteile an dem Behälter umfassen, wobei die Verbindungsteile in einem äußeren Endbereich der Behälter befestigt sind,
    wobei die Behälter somit einer nach dem anderen nacheinander zusammengefügt sind, derart, dass ein selbsttragender Monoblockkranz (12, 14) gebildet wird, der durch die Zusammenfügung der Behälter gebildet ist, wobei dieser Kranz keinen zusätzlichen Versteifungsbeschlag aufweist,
    wobei die Vorrichtung außerdem Mittel (22) für die Unterstützung des Kranzes umfasst, die dazu ausgelegt sind, einen Rotationsfreiheitsgrad um die horizontale Achse (D) zu schaffen, wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass:
    jeder Behälter (16) die Form eines abgeflachten Kastens hat, der umfasst:
    - zwei ebene Wände (34), die sich in den axialen Ebenen in Bezug auf die horizontale Achse erstrecken, wobei jede ebene Wand mit einer gegenüberliegenden ebenen Wand eines benachbarten Behälters in Kontakt gelangen kann;
    - zwei Seitenwände (35), die die ebenen Wände verbinden; und
    - eine Kastenbodenwand (36), die die ebenen Wände und die Seitenwände in einem inneren Endbereich des Kastens verbinden.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Mittel für die Unterstützung des Kranzes eine halbkreisförmige Einzelschiene (22) umfassen, die sich in einer radialen Medianebene in Bezug auf den Kranz erstreckt, wobei wenigstens Bestimmte der Behälter ein Führungsorgan (54) und ein Unterstützungsorgan (26), das auf der Einzelschiene aufliegen kann, umfasst.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei sich die halbkreisförmige Einzelschiene (22) in der Umgebung des inneren Umfangs des Kranzes und in einem oberen Bereich dieses Umfangs erstreckt, derart, dass sie den Kranz in einer Konfiguration unterstützt, in der er an der Einzelschiene aufgehängt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Führungsorgan eine Wand (54) umfasst, die in einem inneren Endbereich des Behälters (16) gebildet ist, wobei sich diese Wand in radialer Richtung in das Innere des Kranzes erstreckt und in dieser Richtung in Bezug auf das Unterstützungsorgan (26) vorsteht.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Unterstützungsorgan eine Rolle (26) umfasst, die an dem Behälter (16) in seinem inneren Endbereich lose montiert ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Vorrichtung außerdem Motormittel (28) umfasst, die den Kranz um die horizontale Achse (D) rotatorisch antreiben können, wobei wenigstens Bestimmte der Behälter (16) ein Antriebsorgan (30) umfassen, das mit den Motormitteln zusammenwirken kann.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Antriebsorgan eine Zahnung (30) umfasst, die an dem Behälter in seinem inneren Endbereich ausgebildet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Vorrichtung N Reihen von Behältern mit N ≥ 2 umfasst, die untereinander zusammengefügt sind, derart, dass N jeweilige Kränze (12, 14) gebildet werden, wobei diese Kränze mit einer gemeinsamen horizontalen Achse (D) übereinander gestapelt sind.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Verbindungsmittel (44, 46, 50) jedes Behälters dazu ausgelegt sind, einerseits mit benachbarten Behältern, die sich längs des Umfangs des Kranzes befinden, zu dem dieser Behälter gehört, und andererseits mit den benachbarten Behältern, die sich auf dem angrenzenden Kranz befinden, fest verbunden zu werden.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei die N Kränze in Umfangsrichtung untereinander um eine Schrittweite von 1/N versetzt sind.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Unterstützungsmittel dann, wenn die Vorrichtung N = 2 Kränze umfasst, eine halbkreisförmige Einzelschiene (22) umfassen, die sich in einer radialen Medianebene in Bezug auf die durch die Kränze gebildete Anordnung erstreckt, wobei die Einzelschiene den zwei Kränzen gemeinsam ist und wenigstens Bestimmte der Behälter ein Führungsorgan (54) und ein Unterstützungsorgan (26), das auf der gemeinsamen Einzelschiene aufliegen kann, umfassen.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei jeder Kasten (16) einen entnehmbaren nachgiebigen Beutel aufnehmen kann, der eines der Produkte enthält und mit einem Organ (56) für die Verteilung des Produkts versehen ist, und wobei die Bodenwand (36) des Kastens eine Öffnung (38) aufweist, die ermöglicht, dass das Verteilungsorgan (56) des in den Kasten eingesetzten Beutels diese Bodenwand durchquert, derart, dass dieses Verteilungsorgan von dem Kasten vorsteht, um auf der Innenseite des Kranzes zugänglich zu sein.
