Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif pour réaliser un trou de forage dans la roche, avec une couronne de forage (2), disposée sur une tige de forage (1) et dont le diamètre est plus grand que le diamètre de la tige de forage (1), la tige de forage (1), au moins dans une zone d'extrémité située derrière la couronne de forage (2), étant entourée par un tube enveloppe (3), un tube enveloppe (3) étant fendu au moins sur partie de sa longueur, caractérisé en ce que le tube enveloppe (3) fendu présente intérieurement, sur au moins une partie de sa longueur fendue, un filetage intérieur (5), et en ce que, entre le filetage intérieur (5) et la couronne de forage (2), est prévu un mandrin d'entraînement fileté (8), muni d'un filetage extérieur (9) susceptible d'être mis en prise avec le filetage intérieur (5), ledit mandrin d'entraînement fileté (8) étant susceptible d'être vissé à l'intérieur du filetage intérieur (5), avec possibilité de rétraction, au moyen de la tige de forage (1), jusqu'à mise en prise de son filetage extérieur (9) avec le filetage intérieur (5), de préférence par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison à ajustement de forme avec la tige de forage (1), et au moins l'un des filetages (5 ou 9) étant conique.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le filetage intérieur (5) est prévu sur une douille d'entraînement filetée (6), reliée au tube enveloppe (3) fendu.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le tube enveloppe (3) fendu est le premier tube enveloppe derrière la couronne de forage (2).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la douille d'entraînement filetée (6) est également munie d'une fente (7), correspondant à la fente (4) du tube enveloppe (3).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la fente (4) du tube enveloppe (3) fendu s'étend dans la direction axiale de la tige de forage (1).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le filetage extérieur (9) est conique et est susceptible d'être vissé dans le filetage intérieur (5) du tube enveloppe (3), dans le cas d'un sens de rotation de la tige de forage (1) opposé au sens de rotation rencontré pendant le forage du trou de forage.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, lors de la rétraction de la tige de forage (1), le mandrin d'entraînement fileté (8) arrive en contact avec la couronne de forage (2) et est déplaçable, au moyen de la couronne de forage (2), contre le filetage intérieur (5) du tube enveloppe (3), la couronne de forage (2) pénétrant, au moins en partie, dans le tube enveloppe (3) et, précisément, par une partie d'extrémité présentant un diamètre extérieur légèrement plus petit que le diamètre intérieur du tube enveloppe (3).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la douille d'entraînement filetée (6) est formée en matière synthétique.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la douille d'entraînement filetée (6) présente une section transversale fermée, cependant susceptible d'être élargie radialement.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les deux filetages (5 et 9) sont coniques.
