Description

Kleidungsstück
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kleidungsstück, insbesondere zum Einsatz bei sportlicher Betätigung wie Joggen, Skating, Schilaufen oder dergleichen, das im Bereich der Gelenkaußenseiten mit Polstern versehen ist.
Bekleidung dient zum Schutz des Menschen, insbesondere zum Schutz gegen die Witterung. Unter bestimmten Bedingungen, beispielsweise bei sportlichen Aktivitäten dient die Bekleidung darüber hinaus zum Schutz gegen Verletzungen. Die Bekleidung hat zudem insbesondere bei niedrigen Außentemperaturen die Aufgabe, ein Auskühlen des Körpers zu verhindern; sie soll hierfür wind- und wasserabweisend sein.
Soweit die Bekleidung im Ruhezustand getragen wird, ist ihre Funktionsfähigkeit jederzeit gewährleistet. Durch die Bewegung insbesondere bei sportlichen
Aktivitäten kommt es jedoch zu Dehnungen und Stauchungen der Bekleidung, die die im Ruhezustand gegebene Funktionalität negativ beeinflussen können. Insbesondere im Bereich der Gelenke, bei denen im Falle der Beugung eine
Streckung der Bekleidung auf der Außenseite die Folge ist, was zu einer Verringerung der Dicke des verwendeten Materials führt, ist die im Ruhezustand gewährleistete Schutzfunktion nicht mehr gegeben.
Zur Vermeidung dieses Nachteils ist es bekannt, an den Außenseiten der Gelenke Polster vorzusehen (vgl. bspw. DE 81 04 653 U1). Die Polster bewirken eine Erhöhung der Materialstärke, sodass im Falle des Beugens des Gelenks eine dickere Materialschicht an der Außenseite des Gelenks vorhanden ist, als dies ohne Polster der Fall ist. Dies bewirkt zwar eine Verbesserung der Isola- tionseigenschaften; allerdings werden auch die verwendeten Polster bei einer Beugung des Gelenks gedehnt, sodass auch hier eine Materialverringerung die Folge ist, die die im Ruhezustand guten Isolationseigenschaften reduziert.
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Kleidungsstück, insbesondere zum Einsatz bei sportlicher Betätigung zu schaffen, welches im Bereich der Gelenkaußenseiten im Falle der Beugung des Gelenks ebenso gute Isolationseigenschaften aufweist, wie im Falle des gestreckten Gelenks. Gemäß der Erfindung wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass die Polster von Rippen gebildet sind, die auf der der Haut zugewandten Seite zueinander benachbart angeordnet sind und die im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Längsachse des Kleidungsstücks ausgerichtet sind, und dass die Rippen voneinander entkoppelt sind.
Mit der Erfindung ist ein Kleidungsstück, insbesondere zum Einsatz bei sportlicher Betätigung geschaffen, das im Bereich der Gelenkaußenseite im Falle der
Beugung des Gelenks eine zur gestreckten Position des Gelenks vergleichbar gute Isolierungseigenschaft aufweist. Dies ist insbesondere dadurch geschaffen, dass die Rippen voneinander entkoppelt sind, sodass eine Beugung des Gelenks lediglich eine Streckung des Außenmaterials zur Folge hat, die Rippen jedoch ihre Materialstärke beibehalten, sodass der Abstand zwischen Außenseite des
Bekleidungsstücks und Haut unverändert bleibt. Hierdurch wird die von außen auf das gebeugte Gelenk einwirkende Witterung von der Haut ferngehalten, sodass kein unangenehmes Kältegefühl auf der Haut entsteht.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung sind die Rippen zueinander verbindungslos an- geordnet. Hierdurch ist die Möglichkeit geschaffen, dass im Falle der Beugung des Gelenks sich die einzelnen Rippen unabhängig voneinander ihre Position verändern können, wodurch eine gegenseitige Beeinflussung der Bewegung der Rippen im Falle der Beugung des Gelenks durch benachbarte Rippen verhindert ist. Dies bewirkt eine außerordentlich flexible und gleichzeitig hochwertige Isolierung.
Bevorzugt sind die Rippen schlaufenartig ausgebildet. Die Ausbildung der Rippen in Form von Schlaufen beinhaltet den Vorteil, dass zwischen Innenraum der Schlaufen und Außenseite des Bekleidungsstücks eine Luftkammer gebildet ist. Durch die benachbarte Anordnung von Schlaufen und deren darin befindlichen Luftpolstern ist eine sehr gute Isolierung hervorgerufen, die auch im Falle der Beugung des Gelenks unvermindert besteht.
Andere Weiterbildungen und Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den übrigen Unteransprüchen angegeben. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird nachfolgend im Einzelnen beschrieben. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 die abschnittsweise schematische Darstellung von einem Polster im
Bereich des Kniegelenks in nicht-gebeugtem Zustand und Fig. 2 das in Figur 1 dargestellte Polster in gebeugtem Zustand des Kniegelenks.
Das erfindungsgemäße Kleidungsstück ist beispielhaft anhand des Kniebereichs erläutert. Es ist ein Polster 1 im Bereich des Kniegelenks 2 vorgesehen. Das Polster 1 ist auf der Gelenkaußenseite 21 des Kniegelenks 2, also vor der Kniescheibe und folglich auf der der Kniekehle 22 abgewandten Seite, angeordnet. Bei anderen Gelenken, beispielsweise dem Ellenbogengelenk ist das erfindungsgemäße Polster auf der der Armbeuge abgewandten Seite angeordnet; ebenso beispielsweise im Bereich der Schultern auf der der Armachsel abgewandten Seite oder bei den Fingergelenken auf der Hand-/Fingerfläche abgewandten Seite. Diese Seiten sind Gelenkaußenseiten im Sinne der Erfindung.
Das Polster 1 liegt auf der Haut 3 der die Kleidung tragenden Person auf. Es überdeckt den Bereich des Knies 2 weiträumig. Das Polster 1 ist von Rippen 4 gebildet, die an das das übrige Bekleidungsstück bildende Außenmaterial 5, bei dem es sich in der Regel um ein textiles Material handelt, angenäht bzw. an- gestrickt ist. Die Rippen 4 sind ebenfalls aus textilem Material hergestellt. Die Rippen 4 sind auf der der Haut 3 zugewandten Seite an dem Außenmaterial 5 angeordnet. Es sind eine Vielzahl von Rippen 4 zueinander benachbart vorgesehen, die im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Längsachse des Kleidungsstücks, also im Ausführungsbeispiel zur Längsachse des Beins und somit im Wesentlichen horizontal ausgerichtet sind. Die Rippen 4 weisen jeweils zwei Wände 41 und einen die Wände 41 verbindenden Grund 42 auf, mit dem die Rippen 4 auf der Haut 3 aufliegen. Folglich berühren die Rippen 4 die Haut 3 lediglich mit einem schmalen Streifen, wodurch der Tragekomfort erhöht ist. Die Rippen 4 sind schlaufenartig ausgebildet, wodurch zwischen den Wänden 41 , dem Grund 42 und dem Außenmaterial 5 jeweils Kammern 6 hervorgerufen sind, die mit Umgebungsluft angefüllt sind. Hierdurch sind Luftpolster hervorgerufen.
Die Rippen 4 sind voneinander entkoppelt. Die Entkoppelung der Rippen 4 bedeutet, dass die Rippen 4 zwar zueinander benachbart und im gestreckten Zu- stand des Gelenks (Figur 1) sich berührend angeordnet sind; sie sind jedoch zueinander verbindungslos angeordnet, sodass eine Beugung des Gelenks und damit eine Streckung des Außenmaterials 5 keine Streckung der Rippen 4 zur Folge hat, wie dies Figur 2 zu entnehmen ist. Vielmehr bewirkt eine Streckung des Außenmaterials 5 eine Verschiebung der Rippen 4, sodass sich zwischen den benachbarten Rippen 4 jeweils ein Spalt 7 bildet. Der Vergleich zwischen den
Figuren 1 und 2 macht deutlich, dass der Abstand des Außenmaterials 5 zur Haut 3 auch in gebeugtem Zustand des Gelenks gleich bleibt. Somit ist das durch die Kammem 6 geschaffene Luftpolster auch im gebeugtem Zustand des Gelenks vorhanden. Die Bildung der Spalte 7 zwischen den benachbarten Rippen 4 verhindert ein Anliegen des Außenmaterials 5 in gebeugtem Zustand auf der Haut 3. Dadurch ist auch zwischen den Rippen 4 eine Art Luftpolster geschaffen, die ein direktes Einwirken der Umgebungsluft auf die Haut und damit ein Auskühlen des Gelenks verhindert.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Polster eignen sich insbesondere bei Kleidungsstücken für sportliche Aktivitäten; ihr Einsatz ist jedoch keineswegs auf diese Aktivitäten beschränkt. Besonders vorteilhaft ist der Einsatz der erfindungsgemäßen Polster bei Sportarten, die in kalter Umgebung oder bei starkem Fahrtwind ausgeführt werden. Dies sind insbesondere Sportarten wie beispielsweise Schilaufen, Snowboarden oder Eislaufen. Aber auch beispielsweise beim Fahrradfahren, das auch bei geringen Temperaturen ausgeführt wird und bei dem zudem Fahrtwind auf die Gelenke wirkt, führt das erfindungsgemäße Polster zu einer deutlich geringeren Auskühlung der Gelenke.

Claims

- 9 -Patentansprüche
1. Kleidungsstück, insbesondere zum Einsatz bei sportlicher Betätigung wie
Joggen, Skating, Schilaufen oder dergleichen, das im Bereich der Ge- lenkaußenseiten mit Polstern versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polster (1) von Rippen (4) gebildet sind, die auf der der Haut (3) zugewandten Seite zueinander benachbart angeordnet sind und die im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Längsachse des Kleidungsstücks ausgerichtet sind, und dass die Rippen (4) voneinander entkoppelt sind.
2. Kleidungsstück nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippen (4) zueinander verbindungslos angeordnet sind.
3. Kleidungsstück nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippen (4) schlaufenartig ausgebildet sind. - 10 -
4. Kleidungsstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippen (4) Wände (41) und einen die Wände (41) verbindenden Grund (42) aufweisen.
5. Kleidungsstück nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grund (42) auf der Haut (3) aufliegt.
