Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif pour faire sortir une substance liquide et/ou gélatineuse et/ou pâteuse d'un tube déformable (29, 63), comprenant un élément de compression (2, 21, 41, 61) avec deux branches de compression placées l'une en face de l'autre (6a, 6b; 25a, 25b ; 45a, 45b ; 64a, 64b) pour la avoir prise sur le tube à presser et faire sortir la substance du tube et un boîtier (3, 22, 42, 62) pour recevoir l'élément de compression, caractérisé en ce que les branches de compression de l'élément de compression sont libres sur une extrémité inférieure opposée à l'ouverture du tube à presser.
  2. Dispositif selon revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les branches de compression (6a, 6b; 25a, 25b ; 45a, 45b ; 64a, 64b) de l'élément de compression (2, 21, 41, 61) sont maintenues en position, dans l'état assemblé, au moins au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure par des dispositifs du boîtier (12, 32, 49, 67).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les branches de compression présentent, au moins à l'arrêt, une forme de V, sachant que les branches de compression (6a, 6b; 25a, 25b, 45a, 45b; 64a, 64b) ne sont pas reliées l'une avec l'autre au niveau de la pointe du V (extrémité inférieure).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les branches de compression (6a, 6b; 25a, 25b, 45a, 45b; 64a, 64b), principalement au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure, présentent des dispositifs (31, 50a, 50b, 65a, 65b), qui agissent en interaction avec les dispositifs (12, 32, 49, 67) du boîtier (3, 22, 42, 62) pour maintenir en position les branches de compression, particulièrement au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure.
  5. Dispositif selon revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs des branches de compression (6a, 6b; 25a, 25b, 45a, 45b; 64a, 64b) sont des nervures (31, 65a, 65b) et/ou des nez et/ou des rainures.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que l'élément de compression (2, 21, 41, 61) présente des dispositifs d'actionnement, en particulier des ailettes (7a, 7b; 26a, 26b; 46a, 46b), qui sont accolées aux branches de compression (6a, 6b; 25a, 25b, 45a, 45b; 64a, 64b), de préférence dans une zone supérieure, de préférence de manière souple.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de compression (2, 21, 41, 61) présente dans une zone supérieure un dispositif de retenue (9, 28, 47) avec une ouverture (11, 30, 48) pour la réception et le maintien du tube à presser (29, 63).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est composé de 3 pièces, sachant que le boîtier (3, 22, 42, 62) est composé de préférence de deux pièces.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est fabriqué selon un procédé de moulage par injection.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des éléments de boîtier (55a, 55b ; 56a, 56b) sont intégrés dans l'élément de compression (2, 21, 41, 61).
