Das Begrenzungsband 10f ist bevorzugt am Maschinengestell, insbesondere am Zwischenschild 2 oder dem Streckwerksträger bzw. der Zylinderbank 28 (siehe Figur 7) befestigt. Ferner ist das Begrenzungsband 10f mit seinem anderen Ende bevorzugt an der Traverse 7 (siehe Figur 7) befestigt. Das Begrenzungsband 10f kann z. B. über eine Schraubverbindung 30 mit der Traverse 7 verschraubt sein. Gleiches kann auch für die Verbindung mit dem Zwischenschild 2 bzw. der Zylinderbank 28 zutreffen. Das Begrenzungsband 10f besitzt eine definierte Länge, so dass der Ringrahmen 4, bei seiner Bewegung nach unten in einer definierten Tiefstellung am gespannten Begrenzungsband 10f hängen bleibt und nicht mehr weiter absenkbar ist. Diese Tiefstellung entspricht der maximal zulässigen Öffnungsposition der Klemmkrone. Claims (15)

  1. Ring-spinning or twisting machine (1) with a machine frame (2) and with, arranged on the machine frame (2), drafting arrangements and spinning or twisting units each having a spindle (5), and also with at least one vertically movable ring frame (4) which, for each spinning or twisting unit assigned thereto, has a spinning ring with a traveller, wherein at least one spinning or twisting unit comprises a yarn-clamping device (6) with a clamping element (22) and a fixing element (24) for fixedly clamping a yarn laid in partially or completely circumferentially between the fixing element (24) and clamping element (22), wherein the yarn-clamping device is fastened to the spindle shaft of the spindle (5), and the ring frame (4) cooperates with the at least one spinning or twisting unit to displace the fixing element (24) between a working position, in which the fixing element is pressed into a clamping position against the clamping element (22), and an open position in which the fixing element (24) and the clamping element (22) form an open clamping gap, and in which the fixing element (24) is situated in an abutment-free position resulting from the bearing force of the ring frame (4) on the one hand and from the restoring force of a restoring element acting on the fixing element (24) on the other hand,
    characterized in that
    there is provided on the ring-spinning or twisting machine (1) a travel-limiting component (10) in the form of a stop component with a stop surface or in the form of a limiting band of defined length that is connected to the ring frame (4), wherein the travel-limiting component (10) is designed in such a way and arranged in such a way on the ring-spinning or twisting machine (1) that, during the movement of the ring frame (4) in the open position (X) direction of the fixing element (24), said ring frame is blocked in its downward movement by the travel-limiting component (10) on reaching the desired position of the fixing element (24) in its open position and can no longer be moved any further in the open position direction and in that, by virtue of the blocking of the ring frame (4), the fixing element (24) carries at most part of the ring frame weight.
  2. Ring-spinning or twisting machine according to Claim 1, wherein the travel-limiting component (10) forms a stop surface (12a, 12d, 12e) for the ring frame (4) or a component (7) connected to the ring frame (4).
  3. Ring-spinning or twisting machine according to Claim 1 or 2, wherein the travel-limiting component (10) is a stop component on which the ring frame (4), or a component (7) connected to the ring frame (4), stands on reaching the desired position of the ring frame (4) in the open position of the fixing element (24).
  4. Ring-spinning or twisting machine according to one of Claims 1 to 3, wherein the ring frame (4) is connected to guide elements (7), and the guide elements (7) are guided vertically on the machine frame (2) via guide bars (8).
  5. Ring-spinning or twisting machine according to Claim 4, wherein travel-limiting components (10) are fastened to one or more guide bars (8), and the travel-limiting components (10) are designed as stop components for the guide elements (7).
  6. Ring-spinning or twisting machine according to one of Claims 1 to 5, wherein the spinning or twisting machine has a two-sided design and the ring frames (4) of the two machine sides are connected to one another via guide crossmembers (7), and the guide crossmembers (7) are guided vertically on the machine frame (2) via guide bars (8).
  7. Ring-spinning or twisting machine according to Claim 6, wherein the travel-limiting components (10) are fastened to the guide bars (8) in a suitable position, and the travel-limiting components (10) are designed as stop components for the guide crossmembers (7).
  8. Ring-spinning or twisting machine according to one of Claims 1 to 5, wherein the travel-limiting component (10) has a concave bearing surface for bearing against the outer circumference of the guide bar (8).
  9. Ring-spinning or twisting machine according to one of Claims 1 to 6, wherein the travel-limiting component (10) is fastened to the guide bar (8) via a screwed connection (11), and one and the same screwed connection (11) is used to fasten both the guide bar (8) to the machine frame (2) and the travel-limiting component (10) to the guide bar (8).
  10. Ring-spinning or twisting machine according to one of Claims 1 to 7, wherein the travel-limiting component (10) has means (25a, 25b, 25c) whereby its stop surface (12) can be adjusted in height.
  11. Ring-spinning or twisting machine according to one of Claims 1 to 8, wherein the machine frame comprises intermediate frames (2), and the guide bars (8) are fastened to the intermediate frames (2).
  12. Ring-spinning or twisting machine according to Claim 1, wherein the intermediate frame (2) is provided in the height region of the spindle rail with a fastening arrangement (9) having guide surfaces (20a, 20b) arranged in a V-shape, the guide bar (8) bearing against said guide surfaces and being fastened to the intermediate frame (2) by means of a screwed connection (11), wherein the travel-limiting component (10) is fastened to the guide bar (8) in the region of the V-shaped guide surfaces (20a, 20b).
  13. Ring-spinning or twisting machine according to one of Claims 1, 4, 6, 10 and 11, wherein the travel-limiting component (10b, 10c) is mounted on the ring frame (4), or on a component connected to and moving together with the ring frame (4), in particular on the guide crossmember (7), and forms a stop surface (12b, 12c) via which the travel-limiting component (10b, 10c) stands on the spindle rail (3) or the machine frame, in particular the intermediate frame (2), on reaching a defined low position of the ring frame (4).
  14. Ring-spinning or twisting machine according to one of Claims 1 to 4, 6, 10 and 11, wherein the travel-limiting component (10b, 10c) is mounted on the spindle rail (3) or on the machine frame, in particular on the intermediate frame (2), and forms a stop surface (12d, 12e) on which the ring frame (4), or a component connected to and moved together with the ring frame (4), in particular the crossmember (7), stands on reaching a defined low position of the ring frame (4).
  15. Ring-spinning or twisting machine according to one of Claims 1, 4, 6, 10 and 11, wherein the travel-limiting component (10b, 10c) is a limiting band (10f) which is fastened at a first end to a non-moving component of the ring-spinning machine (1f) that is situated at least above the lowest position of the ring frame (4), in particular to the intermediate frame (2) or the drafting arrangement carrier (28), and is fastened by a second end to the moving ring frame (4), or to a component connected to and moved together with the ring frame (4), in particular to a crossmember (7), and the limiting band (10f) has a defined length such that the ring frame (4), during its downward movement, remains suspended on the tensioned limiting band (10f) in a defined low position and can no longer be lowered any further.
