Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif de teinture (1) destiné à teindre un produit textile (2) en forme de nappe,
    comprenant un dispositif (4) pour appliquer en continu un colorant sur le produit textile en forme de nappe étalé en largeur,
    comprenant un dispositif de fixage (7) qui présente un carter (9) dans lequel sont installés des cylindres (10) montés tournants, afin de guider le produit textile (2) en nappe en zigzag à travers une atmosphère de traitement,
    les cylindres (10) étant disposés à une distance si faible que le produit textile parcourt, d'un cylindre à l'autre, au maximum une distance libre qui est inférieure à la circonférence d'un cylindre (10),
    caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un des cylindres (10) est relié à un capteur dynamométrique destiné à mesurer et contrôler la tension du produit textile.
  2. Dispositif de teinture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les cylindres (10) ont des diamètres identiques.
  3. Dispositif de teinture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la longueur libre du produit textile (2) entre les cylindres (10) est inférieure à un diamètre de cylindre.

  8. Dispositif de teinture selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen d'entraînement en rotation travaille avec un couple régulé.
  9. Dispositif de teinture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le carter (9) est fermé vis-à-vis du milieu ambiant.
  10. Dispositif de teinture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le carter (9) est relié à un générateur de vapeur (18).
  11. Dispositif de teinture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'atmosphère de traitement est une atmosphère de vapeur humide.
  12. Dispositif de teinture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'atmosphère de traitement est à la pression ambiante.
  13. Procédé de teinture d'un produit textile (2) en nappe, selon lequel un colorant est appliqué sur le produit textile (2) en nappe,
    suite à l'application du colorant, le produit textile (2) en nappe est guidé sur des cylindres (10) rotatifs pour passer en zigzag dans une atmosphère de traitement,
    le produit textile (2) étant tendu librement dans une première section du trajet passant dans l'atmosphère de traitement, et
    le produit textile (2) étant maintenu appliqué sur les cylindres (10) précités, dans une deuxième section du trajet passant dans l'atmosphère de traitement,
    la première section étant plus courte que la deuxième section,
    caractérisé par le fait que la tension longitudinale régnant dans le produit textile (2) est maintenue en permanence en-dessous d'une valeur seuil définie.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé par le fait qu'entre un dispositif (4) d'application du colorant et un dispositif de fixage (7) dans lequel se trouve l'atmosphère de traitement, le guidage s'effectue de manière exempte de contraintes de traction.
