Claims (14)

  1.     sachant qu'a lieu, avant l'application de l'image en film, un gaufrage réalisé mécaniquement, que l'image en film est appliquée sur les feuilles pré-traitées, que la feuille d'impression prétraitée pour le gaufrage et revêtue de film subit un traitement ultérieur et que la feuille d'impression est ensuite imprimée d'une image d'impression en une ou plusieurs couleurs au moyen d'encres d'impression en incluant partiellement les zones graphiques de l'image en film.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    avant l'application de l'image en film, un revêtement de base surfacique en une ou plusieurs couches de la feuille d'impression a lieu dans un ou plusieurs modules de vernissage placés en amont du module de transfert de film.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    pour le revêtement de base en une ou plusieurs couches de la feuille d'impression, on utilise un fluide dont la force d'adhérence est définie par rapport à la colle ou qui est accrue par la colle.
  4. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'étape opératoire de préparation englobe un pré-traitement par action mécanique dans un procédé de gaufrage rotatif, le pré-traitement ayant lieu par gaufrage aveugle dans un module de vernissage (L) ou une unité d'impression (D) ou
    par calandrage dans un module de calandrage ou par traitement de rainurage dans un module de vernissage (L) ou une unité d'impression (D) ou par déformation mécanique dans une unité de gaufrage dans un margeur de feuilles à rouleau placé en amont de la machine d'impression.
  5. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le pré-traitement a lieu par application d'une image correspondant à la structure de gaufrage souhaitée faite de fluides dont le volume est modifiable, comme de l'encre d'impression gonflante, et
    que l'image structurée est imprimée par impression offset ou flexographie ou héliogravure ou sérigraphie ou
    que l'image structurée est imprimée par procédé de thermorelief ou
    que l'image structurée est créée en appliquant un flocage avec un moyen de flocage moussant.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    pour réaliser la structuration du support d'impression, le pré-revêtement est exposé à un traitement thermique ou à l'action de rayons, la réalisation de la structuration du support d'impression ayant lieu avant et/ou après le transfert du film.
  7. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    pour imprimer la feuille d'impression structurée portant une image en film, une image d'impression en une ou plusieurs couleurs est appliquée et qu'ensuite, pour revêtir la feuille d'impression d'un revêtement en une ou plusieurs couches, un vernis est appliqué sur tout ou partie de la surface.
  8. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    après l'application de l'image en film et/ou après l'application d'encres d'impression et/ou après l'application du revêtement en une ou plusieurs couches, un séchage a lieu.
  9. Procédé de réalisation du procédé selon la revendication 1, comportant un module de transfert de film pour le transfert de couches génératrices d'images depuis un film de transfert (5) sur des feuilles d'impression à l'aide d'au moins une unité d'application (1) pour un revêtement suivant l'image des feuilles d'impression avec une colle et d'un module de revêtement (2) pour le transfert des couches génératrices d'images depuis le film de transfert sur les feuilles d'impression dans un intervalle de transfert (6) entre le cylindre de contre-pression (4) et un rouleau compresseur (3), le film support pouvant être amené en contact avec la face revêtue au niveau de la feuille d'impression et avec celle-ci dans l'intervalle de transfert (6) et les couches génératrices d'image pouvant alors être transférées suivant l'image sur la feuille d'impression, caractérisé en ce que, dans une machine d'impression de feuilles, une unité de gaufrage réalisé mécaniquement est placée en amont du module de transfert de film de manière à ce que l'unité d'application (1) applique l'image adhésive et le module d'application (2) l'image en film sur le support d'impression prétraité.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    en amont du module de transfert de film, est disposé un module de vernissage (L) ou une unité d'impression (D) ou un module de préparation (P) pour la création mécanique d'un gaufrage ou d'une structure dans le support d'impression.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    en amont du module de transfert de film, est disposé un module de vernissage (L) ou une unité d'impression (D) pour la création d'une image structurée faite de fluides dont le volume est modifiable sur le support d'impression et
    que, en amont ou en aval du module de transfert de film, est disposée une unité de traitement ultérieur pour la réalisation de la structuration sur ou dans la surface du support d'impression et que l'unité de traitement ultérieur comprend un générateur de chaleur, un sécheur ou un générateur de rayonnement.
  12. Dispositif selon les revendications 9 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la machine de traitement de feuilles est une machine d'impression comportant plusieurs unités d'impression (D) pour la création d'une impression colorée et que le module de transfert de film est placé en amont des unités d'impression (D), entre elles ou en aval de celles-ci.
  13. Dispositif selon les revendications 9 à 12,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    en amont et/ou en aval du module de transfert de film et/ou en aval des unités d'impression (D) et/ou en aval des modules de vernissage (L), sont disposés des sécheurs.
  14. Dispositif selon les revendications 9 à 13,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    pour l'acheminement de feuilles d'impression à la machine d'impression, il est prévu un margeur de feuilles à rouleau qui est équipé pour le traitement de supports d'impression en film et/ou de supports d'impression recyclés et/ou de papier et/ou de cartonnages, étant prévu en liaison avec le margeur de feuilles à rouleau un dispositif de pré-traitement de support d'impression pour la création d'une structure surfacique.
