  • the development directions of the retractable tooth 50 and the activating arm 51 in proximity of the hinge axis x define between them an acute angle. In this way, the activating arm 51 performs the excursion thereof immediately below the second seating 3.
  • the activating arm 51 further exhibits a slightly arched development such as to follow the concave progression of the seating 3; the helix spring hinges to the end of the arm in proximity of the bottom surface of the second seating 3a.
  • the other end of the spring is preferably hinged to an upper horizontal surface of the frame 9.
  • the retractable tooth 50 exhibits, in opposition to the stop surface 50a, an entry surface which connects the stop surface to a base of the tooth, i.e. the portion of tooth hinged to the hinge axis x.
  • the entry surface enables insertion of the second attachment pin 102 of the tool 100 in the second seating 3, in a first stage of mounting the tool 100 to the attachment organ 1. During this stage the second attachment pin 102 is inserted up to blocking it in position internally of the seating therefor; the pressure of the pin 102 against the entry surface overcomes the closing torque exerted on the rotatable elements of the safety block 5 by the elastic means 52.
  • the following stage of mounting the tool 100 to the attachment organ 1 is done after insertion of the pivot 102 into the second seating 3 with the locking hook 4 in the retracted position, and includes the insertion of the first attachment pin 101 in the first seating 2 and thus the closing thereon of the locking hook 4.
  • the presence of the safety block 5 considerably facilitates this stage of mounting, given that it maintains the second pin 102 in position during the course of the operation; during the mounting of the devices of the prior art, the positioning has to be guaranteed by other means.
  • the attachment organ 1 of the invention can comprise, in a non-exclusive embodiment thereof, means for moving the retractable tooth 50 from the projecting position to the retracted position during an opening movement of the locking hook 4.
  • the means enable the disengagement of the tool operating only on the means for moving 10 the locking hook 4.
  • the locking hook 4 is rotatably mobile between a closed position on the first seating 2 and an open position.
  • the above-mentioned means for moving 10 the retractable tooth 50, illustrated in figure 4 comprise a rocker 6 the opposite ends of which are constrained restingly to the locking hook 4 and to the non-hinged end of the activating arm 51, such as to realise a kinematic coupling between the two rotatable elements upon a rotation of the second element towards the open position.
  • attachment organs 1 are closed between two lateral longitudinal plates of the frame 9; superiorly the two plates are constrained to a horizontal plate of the frame 9.
  • the first and the second seatings 2, 3 are afforded on the lateral plates; consequently, the transversal attachment pins of the tool 100 are constrained to the attachment organ 1 at the opposite ends thereof.
  • the locking hook 4 and the retractable tooth 50 are rotatably arranged along the median axis of the device; they thus come into contact with a central portion of the attachment pins of the tool 100.

Claims (8)

  1. Organe de fixation (1) pour l'accouplage d'un outil (100) à un bras de travail (110), ledit organe (1) pouvant être associé dans la partie supérieure à une extrémité d'un bras de travail (110) et associé dans la partie inférieure à un outil (100) pour être accouplé au bras de travail (110), comprenant : un châssis (9) présentant un premier logement transversal (2) et un second logement transversal (3) étant respectivement prédisposés pour loger un premier pivot de fixation (101) et un second pivot de fixation (102) de l'outil (100) dans une configuration de fixation fonctionnelle ; un crochet de verrouillage (4) étant mobile par rapport au châssis (9) et des moyens (10) destinés à déplacer le crochet de verrouillage (4), le crochet de verrouillage (4) étant prédisposé pour se fermer sur le premier logement (2) dans la configuration fonctionnelle de l'organe de fixation (1), exerçant via une surface de contact (4a) du crochet (4) une action de blocage sur le premier pivot de fixation (101) logé à l'intérieur du premier logement (2) ; l'action de blocage étant de plus prédisposée pour maintenir le second pivot de fixation (102) bloqué contre une surface de fond (3a) du second logement (3) situé à l'opposé, au moins dans la configuration de fixation, de la surface de contact (4a) du crochet de verrouillage (4) ; caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend de plus un dispositif de sécurité (5) prédisposé pour empêcher, dans la configuration de fixation de l'organe de fixation (1), un découplage du second pivot de fixation (102) du second logement (3) lorsque l'action de blocage exercée par le pivot de verrouillage (4) cesse d'être active ;
    le dispositif de sécurité (5) comprenant : une dent rétractable (50), mobile entre une position en saillie dans laquelle celle-ci ferme au moins partiellement le second logement (3), empêchant le découplage du second pivot de fixation (102) de celle-ci, et une position rétractée, au niveau de laquelle celle-ci n'entrave pas le découplage du second pivot de fixation (2) du second logement (3) ; et des moyens pour maintenir la dent rétractable (50) dans la position en saillie au moins dans la configuration de fixation de l'organe de fixation (1) ;
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de sécurité (5) comprend de plus un bras d'actionnement (51) étant solidaire de la dent rétractable (50), le bras d'actionnement (51) et la dent rétractable (50) étant associés de façon rotative à un axe de charnière (x) au châssis (9) ; les moyens destinés à maintenir la dent rétractable (50) dans la position en saillie comprenant des moyens élastiques (52) disposés entre une extrémité non-articulée du bras d'actionnement (51) et du châssis (9).
  2. Organe de fixation (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la forme de la dent rétractable (50) et la position de l'axe de charnière (x) sont telles qu'une pression du second pivot de fixation (102) bloqué dans le second logement (3) contre la dent rétractable (50) génère un couple de serrage sur les éléments en rotation du dispositif de sécurité (5), ledit couple de serrage tendant à maintenir la dent rétractable (50) dans la position en saillie.
  3. Organe de fixation (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la dent rétractable (50) présente une surface de butée (50a) empêchant, en correspondance de la position en saillie de la dent (50), une libération du second pivot de fixation (102) du second logement (3), et présente aussi une surface d'entrée opposée à la surface de butée (50a) permettant l'insertion (3) du second pivot de fixation (102) de l'outil (100) dans le second logement, la pression du second pivot (102) contre la surface d'entrée s'opposant à un couple de fermeture exercé sur les éléments en rotation du dispositif de sécurité (5) par les moyens élastiques (52).
  4. Organe de fixation (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, à proximité de l'axe de charnière (x), les directions de développement de la dent rétractable (50) et du bras d'actionnement (51) définissent entre elles un angle aigu.
  5. Organe de fixation (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le second logement (3) possède une forme en « U » et fait face à une surface verticale du châssis (9), les éléments en rotation du dispositif de sécurité (5) étant montés articulés en-dessous du second logement (3) et à proximité d'une embouchure de celui-ci.
  6. Organe de fixation (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiques (52) sont constitués par au moins un ressort d'extension hélicoïdal dont les extrémités sont respectivement solidaires de l'extrémité libre du bras d'actionnement (51) et du châssis (9).
  7. Organe de fixation (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens destinés à déplacer la dent rétractable (50) de la position en saillie à la position rétractée dans un mouvement d'ouverture du crochet de verrouillage (4).
  8. Organe de fixation (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le crochet de verrouillage (4) est mobile de façon rotative entre une position de fermeture sur le premier logement (2) et une position d'ouverture, les moyens destinés à déplacer la dent rétractable (50) comprenant un balancier (6) dont les extrémités opposées sont solidaires en appui par rapport au crochet de verrouillage (4) et au bras d'actionnement (51) de sorte à réaliser un couplage cinématique entre les deux éléments en rotation en correspondance de la rotation du second vers la position d'ouverture.
