Abstract

La présente invention concerne un brûleur modulaire pour un foyer de caisson d'un appareil de cuisson, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un corps de base (20) comprenant à son tour un cadre (22), une base de brûleur (21, 121) pouvant être montée de manière centrale sur le cadre (22), au moins un couvercle (11, 12, 111) destiné à fermer sur la partie supérieure le cadre (22) et la base de brûleur (21, 121) et au moins une chambre de distribution (60, 160, 260) fixée sous un côté (22') du cadre (22), ladite chambre de distribution étant pourvue d'au moins une buse (70) d'amenée de gaz et connectée à au moins un tuyau Venturi (71, 72, 73) et à des entrées d'aspiration d'air principales (75) de manière à recevoir l'amenée de gaz et à la distribuer au brûleur modulaire.
