Fenêtre, porte ou analogue, avec un battant (2), avec un cadre dormant (3) ainsi qu'avec un ensemble de ferrure (4), prévu entre le battant (2) et le cadre dormant (3) et par l'intermédiaire duquel le battant (2) est monté sur le cadre dormant (3) en pouvant être ouvert en direction d'un côté d'ouverture (26) du cadre dormant (3), caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu comme ensemble de ferrure (4) l'ensemble de ferrure (4) selon la revendication 1,
    - sachant que la saillie de palier (18) s'engage en direction verticale dans le cadre dormant (3) depuis le côté de feuillure (8) du cadre dormant (3),
    - sachant que la saillie de contre-appui (19/1, 19/2, 19/3) s'engage en direction verticale dans le cadre dormant (3) depuis un côté antagoniste (22) du cadre dormant opposé au côté de feuillure (8) du cadre dormant (3),
    - sachant que la saillie de palier (18), qui au moyen du contre-appui (6/1, 6/2, 6/3) peut être soutenue afin d'empêcher son basculement à l'encontre de la direction de saillie, peut être soutenue au moyen du contre-appui (6/1, 6/2, 6/3) afin d'empêcher son basculement vers le côté d'ouverture (26) du cadre dormant (3), par le fait que la saillie de contre-appui (19/1, 19/2, 19/3) se chevauche en direction verticale avec la saillie de palier (18) au moins sur le côté éloigné du côté d'ouverture (26) du cadre dormant (3),
    - et sachant que la base de contre-appui (5/1, 5/2, 5/3) est assemblée par vissage au cadre dormant (3) sur le côté antagoniste (22) du cadre dormant, à distance radiale de la saillie de contre-appui (19/1, 19/2, 19/3) pourvue de la partie réceptrice, et est ainsi soutenue à l'encontre d'un déplacement sur le cadre dormant (3) dirigé en éloignement du côté d'ouverture (26) du cadre dormant (3).
  3. Fenêtre, porte ou analogue selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la saillie de contre-appui (19/3) forme une partie réceptrice pour la saillie de palier (18) avec une paroi réceptrice (33) qui présente, dans une région de paroi opposée au côté d'ouverture (26) du cadre dormant (3), une plus grande épaisseur de paroi que dans d'autres régions de paroi.
  4. Fenêtre, porte ou analogue selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la saillie de contre-appui (19/3) forme une partie réceptrice pour la saillie de palier (18) avec une paroi réceptrice (33) qui présente, dans une région de paroi opposée au côté d'ouverture (26) du cadre dormant (3), une plus grande épaisseur de paroi que dans d'autres régions de paroi, par le fait que la région de paroi de la paroi réceptrice (33) qui est opposée au côté d'ouverture du cadre dormant (3) présente une section en forme de croissant qui se rétrécit en direction du côté d'ouverture (26) du cadre dormant (3).
  5. Fenêtre, porte ou analogue selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la saillie de contre-appui (19/1, 19/2, 19/3) et la base de contre-appui (5/1, 5/2, 5/3) sont assemblées entre elles par liaison de matière et/ou à force et/ou par complémentarité de forme, en particulier sont assemblées entre elles par brasage et/ou par soudage et/ou par rivetage et/ou par vissage et/ou par collage.
  6. Fenêtre, porte ou analogue selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la délimitation de la base de contre-appui (5/1, 5/2) qui est située en direction du côté d'ouverture (26) du cadre dormant (3) est décalée en éloignement du côté d'ouverture (26) du cadre dormant (3) par rapport à la délimitation de la saillie de contre-appui (19/1, 19/2) qui est située en direction du côté d'ouverture (26) du cadre dormant (3).
  7. Fenêtre, porte ou analogue selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble de ferrure (4) comprend au moins deux bras articulés (15, 16) par l'intermédiaire desquels le battant (2) est monté sur le cadre dormant (3) et qui, lorsque le battant (2) est fermé, sont disposés de manière non apparente dans une feuillure (17) entre le battant (2) et le cadre dormant (3), sachant qu'au moins un des bras articulés (15, 16) de l'ensemble de ferrure (4) est monté sur le cadre dormant (3) par l'intermédiaire de la saillie de palier (18) s'engageant dans le cadre dormant (3) depuis le côté de feuillure (8) du cadre dormant (3).
  8. Fenêtre, porte ou analogue selon l'une des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le cadre dormant (3) est réalisé sous forme de cadre en profilés creux, en particulier sous forme de cadre en profilés creux de matière plastique ou de métal.
  9. Fenêtre, porte ou analogue selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'un évidement recevant la saillie de contre-appui (19/1, 19/2, 19/3) du contre-appui (6/1, 6/2, 6/3) est prévu à l'intérieur du cadre dormant (3) et est étanché vis-à-vis de l'extérieur du cadre dormant (3) au moyen d'un joint d'étanchéité (27).
