Intelligentes Etikett für kosmetisches Produkt
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und ein System zum Bestimmen eines für einen Benutzer geeigneten kosmetischen Produktes, wobei das System ein Speicherelement und ein intelligentes Etikett aufweist. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein kosmetisches Produkt mit wenigstens einem intelligenten Etikett.
Die Kosmetikindustrie bietet ihren Kunden bzw. Benutzern ihrer kosmetischen Produkte eine Vielzahl von kosmetischen Produkten an. Kosmetische Produkte sind beispielsweise Produkte für die Gesichtspflege, Haarpflege und -styling, Körperpflege, Sonnenpflege, Handpflege, Deodorants, Körperreinigung sowie dekorative Kosmetik wie beispielsweise Produkte für Gesicht, Augen, Lippen und Nägel. Innerhalb dieser Produktkategorien stehen dem Benutzer häufig spezielle Produkte zur Auswahl, die den unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen und Eigenschaften des Körpers und Vorlieben des Benutzers angepasst sind. So gibt es beispielsweise innerhalb der Produktkategorie „Gesichtspflege" besondere Produkte für jüngere Haut oder für reifere Haut. Beispielsweise gibt es in der Produktkate- gorie „Haarpflege" eine Produktgruppe von Shampoo und eine Produktgruppe von Spülungen, die spezielle Eignung für unterschiedliche Eigenschaften des Haares haben, beispielsweise für coloriertes Haar, für blondes Haar, für trockenes Haar und dergleichen. In der Produktkategorie „dekorative Kosmetik" gibt es beispielsweise eine Produktgruppe für dekorative Augenkosmetik, die spezielle Produkte wie Mascara, Lidschatten und Kajal umfasst, die wiederum dem Benutzer in unterschiedlichen Farben und Ausführungsformen, wie beispielsweise wasserfester und wasserlöslicher Mascara, angeboten werden.
Durch die Vielzahl von Produkten ist es für den Kunden schwierig, dass „richtige" Produkt zu finden. Die Auswahl eines für den Benutzer geeigneten kosmetischen Produktes kann sowohl unter zu erwerbenden als auch bereits erworbenen kosmetischen Produkten stattfinden. Die Auswahl ist aufgrund der großen Fülle von unterschiedlichen Produktkategorien, Produktgruppen und speziellen kosmetischen Produkten, die an spezielle Eigenschaften und Bedürfnisse des Benutzers angepasst sind, häufig nicht einfach und übersichtlich. Die Kunden bzw. Benutzer der kosmetischen Produkte sind daher häufig bei der Auswahl für sie geeigneter kosmetischer Produkte überfordert bzw. benötigen einen großen zeitlichen Aufwand, um für sie geeignete kosmetische Produkte aus der Fülle der angebotenen Produkte auszuwählen.
Auch ergeben sich Probleme beim Auswählen eines geeigneten kosmetischen Produktes daraus, dass die häufig kleingedruckten Produktbeschreibungen ins- besondere für ältere Menschen schlecht zu lesen sind.
DE 200 12 273 U1 bezieht auf einen Handheld-Computer zur Einkaufsplanung und Abwicklung. Dem gemäß ist ein konventioneller Handheld-Computer ausgestaltet, um den Benutzer zu ermöglichen, seine Einkäufe zu planen, zu organisieren und abzuwickeln. Ein solcher Handheld-Computer ersetzt einen herkömmli- chen Einkaufzettel, das heißt er stellt dem Benutzer Informationen zur Verfügung, ob Produkte zu beschaffen sind, gerade beschafft werden oder bereits beschafft wurden.
EP 1 505 538 A2 offenbart ein zum Aufbringen auf Waren vorgesehenes intelligentes Etikett („Smart-Label") mit einer elektronischen Schaltung, einem Spei- eher zur Aufnahme insbesondere produktspezifischer Daten und einer Vorrichtung zur Datenübertragung. Bei produktspezifischen Daten handelt es sich um Referenzen, beispielsweise um Seriennummern oder „EAN"-Codes, die um einfache Klartext-Daten, wie Herstellungsdatum, Produktbezeichnung oder Herstellernamen ergänzt sein können. Dem Smart-Label ist ein Sensormittel zuge- ordnet und das Label wird in Folge einer wirksamen Anregung des Sensormittels zum Datenaustausch aktiviert, wobei das Ansprechen des Sensormittels durch eine gezielte Beaufschlagung des Labels oder Etikettes geschieht, wobei die physikalische Natur der Beaufschlagung eine beliebige, beispielsweise ein Fingerdruck, sein kann. Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, dem Benutzer das Bestimmen und Auswählen eines für ihn geeigneten kosmetischen Produktes zu erleichtern.
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch ein Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 gelöst. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren speichert erste Daten in einem Spei- cherelement. Die ersten Daten repräsentieren ein kosmetisches Profil des Benutzers. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren umfasst den Schritt eines Speicherns von zweiten Daten in einem intelligenten Etikett, wobei die zweiten Daten ein kosmetisches Profil des kosmetischen Produktes repräsentieren und wobei das intelligente Etikett dem kosmetischen Produkt zugeordnet ist. Das Verfahren umfasst ferner den Schritt eines Übertragens der zweiten Daten von dem intelligenten Etikett an das Speicherelement und den Schritt eines Vergleichens der ersten Daten und der zweiten Daten. Erfindungsgemäß wird das kosmetische Produkt als für den Benutzer geeignetes kosmetisches Produkt bestimmt, wenn die ersten Daten und die zweiten Daten wenigstens teilweise miteinander über- einstimmen.
Das kosmetische Profil des Benutzers spiegelt die Eigenschaften des Körpers des Benutzers und die Bedürfnisse des Benutzers hinsichtlich für ihn geeigneter kosmetischer Produkte wieder. In diesem Profil sind beispielsweise Eigenschaften über den Haartyp und/oder Hauttyp des Benutzers hinterlegt. Solche Anga- ben können beispielsweise definieren, ob der Benutzer eine besonders trockene, eine jüngere, eine reifere, eine empfindliche oder dergleichen spezifizierte Haut hat.
Das kosmetische Profil des kosmetischen Produktes definiert die Eignung und den Anwendungsbereich des kosmetischen Produktes. So ist in dem kosmeti- sehen Profil des kosmetischen Produktes hinterlegt, ob es sich beispielsweise um eine Creme für trockene, für jüngere, für reifere, für besonders empfindliche oder dergleichen spezifizierte Haut handelt. In dem kosmetischen Profil des kosmetischen Produktes sind chemische, biologische und/oder physikalische Daten hinterlegt. So kann das kosmetische Profil Auskunft darüber geben, wel- chen Feuchtigkeitsgrad das kosmetische Produkt aufweist („moisture control"), wann es geöffnet wurde („period after opening", PAO), welches Haltbarkeitsda- - A -
tum es aufweist („maintenance due date", MDD), wie viel des Inhaltes des kosmetischen Produktes bereits verbraucht wurde („filling level") etc. Das kosmetische Profil des kosmetischen Produktes ist durch die zweiten Daten repräsentiert, die in dem intelligenten Etikett („Smart Label" oder auch „Intelligent Label") gespeichert sind.
Erfindungsgemäß wird unter Verwendung des intelligenten Etikettes und des Speicherelementes beispielsweise ein kosmetisches Produkt, dessen kosmetisches Profil eine Eignung für trockenen Haut definiert, als für einen Benutzer geeignet bestimmt, wenn in dem kosmetischen Profil des Benutzers hinterlegt ist, dass der Benutzer eine trockene Haut hat. Auch kann ein kosmetisches Produkt, dessen Haltbarkeitsdatum abgelaufen ist, dem Benutzer als nicht mehr geeignet bestimmt werden.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist das Verfahren ferner einen Schritt eines Bestimmens des kosmetischen Profils des Benutzers auf Basis mindestens einer Eigenschaft des Körpers, insbesondere der Haare und/oder der Haut, des Benutzers und/oder mindestens einer Angabe, die ein für den Benutzer geeignetes und/oder von dem Benutzer besonders bevorzugtes kosmetisches Produkt kennzeichnet. Einer Eigenschaft des Körpers des Benutzers ist beispielsweise die Beschaffenheit der Haare und/oder der Haut. Ein Benutzer kann beispiels- weise colorierte, trockene etc. Haare haben. Ferner kann das kosmetische Profil durch eine Angabe bestimmt sein, die für den Benutzer besonders geeignete oder von ihm bevorzugte dekorative Kosmetik definiert. Auch kann der Benutzer bestimmte Eigenschaften, wie beispielsweise Duft, Konsistenz etc. bestimmter Produkte als bevorzugt angeben. Beispielsweise ist in solchen Angaben definiert, ob einem Benutzer schwarze Mascara besonders gut steht oder ob er eine solche bevorzugt. Ebenso kann in der Angabe definiert sein, ob ein Benutzer beispielsweise eine besondere Lidschattenfarbe oder -typ in Verbindung mit einem speziellen Mascaraprodukt, Lippenprodukt etc. bevorzugt.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das intelligente Etikett ein Transponder, insbesondere ein RFID-Transponder. Ein Transponder ist ein drahtloses Kommunikations-, Anzeige- oder Kontrollgerät, welches eingehende Signale aufnimmt und automatisch darauf antwortet. Solche Transponder können aktiv oder passiv sein, je nachdem ob sie die zur Kommunikation und zur Abarbeitung interner Prozesse benötigte Energie ausschließlich aus dem Feld der Schreib-/Leseeinheit beziehen, das heißt also ohne eigene Energieversorgung arbeiten, oder als aktive Systeme über eine eigene Energieversorgung, z.B. in Form einer Batterie, verfügen. Auch sind semiaktive Transponder als Mischform möglich. Erfindungsgemäß wird bevorzugterweise ein RFID System genutzt, um das kosmetische Profil des kosmetischen Produktes zu speichern und eine Kommunikation dieser Daten an ein Empfangsgerät, d.h. das erfindungsgemäße Speicherelement, zu ermöglichen. Das RFID System umfasst einen Transponder als intelligentes Etikett und ein Lesegerät, welches in dem erfindungsgemäßen Speicherelement angeordnet ist. Der RFID Transponder speichert die zweiten Daten, die berührungslos und ohne Sichtkontakt von dem Lesegerät in dem Speicherelement gelesen werden können.
Bevorzugterweise weist das Speicherelement ein Lesegerät, insbesondere ein RFID Lesegerät, für das intelligente Etikett auf. In dieser bevorzugten Ausführungsform bilden das intelligente Etikett und das Speicherelement ein Senderund Empfängersystem.
In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist das Verfahren ferner den Schritt eines Bestimmens des kosmetischen Profils des kosmetischen Produktes auf Basis mindestens einer Eignung des kosmetischen Produktes für eine Eigenschaft des Körpers, insbesondere der Haare und/oder der Haut, des Benutzers und/oder mindestens einer Angabe, insbesondere Farbe und Typ, die eine dekorative Kosmetik kennzeichnet. Die Eignung des kosmetischen Produktes kann beispielweise für trockenen Haare und/oder Haut und dergleichen bestimmt sein. Die Angabe kann Informationen darüber enthalten, welcher Farbe und welchen Typs die dekorative Kosmetik ist, das heißt beispielsweise Farben schwarz, braun oder blau eines wasserfesten oder wasserlöslichen Mascaras.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist das intelligente Etikett auf dem kosmetischen Produkt, und/oder an einem Produktregal, welches insbesondere das kosmetische Produkt aufweist, angeordnet. Ist das intelligente Etikett direkt auf dem kosmetischen Produkt angeordnet, ist es dem Benutzer möglich, anhand des Systems von Speicherelement und kosmetischen Produkt direkt festzustellen, ob dieses konkrete Produkt sich für ihn für eine kosmetische Verwendung eignet. Ist das intelligente Etikett an einem Produktregal angeordnet, kann der Benutzer feststellen, ob das kosmetische Produkt, welches bevorzugterweise in diesem Produktregal angeordnet ist, seinen kosmetischen Bedürfnissen gerecht wird. Bei dieser Anordnung wird vorteilhafterweise Aufwand für die Anbringung der intelligenten Etiketten auf jedem einzelnen Produkt gespart, da ein einzelnes intelligentes Etikett an einem Produktregal allen Produkten in die- sem Produktregal zugeordnet sein kann.
Vorteilhafterweise überträgt das intelligente Etikett in Antwort auf ein Anfragesignal des Speicherelementes die zweiten Daten an das Speicherelement. In dieser Ausführungsform fragt das Speicherelement, welches durch den Benutzer bevorzugterweise in die Nähe des intelligenten Etikettes gebracht wird, die zweiten Daten des intelligenten Etikettes ab. Falls ein passiver Transponder, insbesondere RFID Transponder, als intelligentes Etikett verwendet wird, bezieht der Transponder die Energie, um die zweiten Daten an das Speicherelement zu übertragen, aus dem Funkfeld des Speicherelementes. Erhält der Transponder ein Signal durch das Lesegerät, sendet er seine gespeicherten Daten als Antwort auf dieses Anfragesignal an das Speicherelement.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform umfasst das Verfahren ferner den Schritt eines Anzeigens einer Information, ob das kosmetische Produkt als für den Benutzer geeignetes kosmetisches Produkt bestimmt ist und/oder welche der ersten und der zweiten Daten wenigstens teilweise miteinander überein- stimmten. In dieser bevorzugten Ausführungsform erhält der Benutzer vorzugsweise eine optische Information, die ihm das Ergebnis des Vergleiches der ersten und zweiten Daten mitteilt. Der Benutzer erhält auf diese Weise direkt die Information, ob das kosmetische Profil des kosmetischen Produktes wenigstens teilweise mit seinem eigenen kosmetischen Profil übereinstimmt und für ihn geeignet ist. Auf Basis dieser Information kann er entscheiden, ob er das kosmetische Produkt auswählt. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein System gemäß Anspruch 9 zum Bestimmen eines für einen Benutzer geeigneten kosmetischen Produktes, welches ein erfindungsgemäßes Speicherelement und ein erfindungsgemäßes intelligentes Etikett aufweist. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Speicherelement gemäß Anspruch 10 und ein intelligentes Etikett gemäß Anspruch 1 1 . Die Erfindung bezieht sich ferner auf ein kosmetisches Produkt gemäß Anspruch 12, welches wenigstens ein intelligentes Etikett gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung aufweist.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels und anhand folgender Figuren erläutert: Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 schematische Darstellungen der Verwendung des erfindungsgemäßen intelligenten Etikettes,
Fig. 2 eine schematische Darstellung des erfindungsgemäßen Speicherelementes, und
Fig. 3 ein schematisches Ablaufdiagramm des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens.
Fig. 1 zeigt zwei unterschiedliche Ausführungsformen der Verwendung des erfindungsgemäßen intelligenten Etikettes 1 .
In einem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel ist das intelligente Etikett 1 an einem Produktregal 4 angebracht, um die kosmetischen Produkte 2, die in dem Produktre- gal 4 angeordnet sind, zu identifizieren und die zweiten Daten des kosmetischen Profils des kosmetischen Produktes 2 zur Verfügung zu stellen.
In einer zweiten Ausführungsform ist das intelligente Etikett 1 direkt auf dem kosmetischen Produkt 2 angeordnet. Gemäß dieser beiden Ausführungsbeispiele ist das intelligente Etikett 1 ein passiver RFID Transponder, der Informationen bereithält, wie beispielsweise „das kosmetische Produkt 2 ist ein Shampoo für normales Haar", „das kosmetische Produkt 2 ist eine reichhaltige Creme für trockene Haut", „das kosmetische Produkt 2 ist ein hellroter Lippenstift" und dergleichen. Fig. 2 zeigt eine schematische Ansicht eines Speicherelementes 3 gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung. Das in Fig. 3 dargestellte Speicherelement 3 ist eine Chipkarte. In anderen Ausführungsformen kann eine Uhr, ein Telephon oder eine andere Vorrichtung das erfindungsgemäße Speicherelement 3 aufweisen. In einem Datenbereich 5 des Speicherelementes 3 sind die ersten Daten gespeichert, die das kosmetische Profil des Benutzers repräsentieren. Das kosmetische Profil definiert beispielsweise dass der Benutzer, dem das Speicherelement 3 zugeordnet ist, eine trockene Haut und normales Haar hat und das schwarze Mascara ihm besonders gut steht. In einem Identifikationsbereich 7 ist der Name oder ein anderes Identifikationsmerkmal des Benutzers vermerkt.
Das Lesegerät 9 des Speicherelementes 3 sendet ein Anfragesignal an das intelligente Etikett 1 sobald es beispielsweise in den näheren Bereich des intelligenten Etikettes 1 gebracht wird. Auch anderen Formen der Aktivierung der Kommunikation zwischen Speicherelement 3 und intelligentem Etikett 1 sind möglich. Das Lesegerät 9 empfängt in Antwort auf dieses Anfragesignal die zweiten Daten des intelligenten Etikettes 1.
Der Bereich 8 des Speicherelementes 3 ist ausgestaltet, um die ersten und zweiten Daten miteinander zu vergleichen und zu bestimmen, ob das kosmetische Produkt 2 für den Benutzer des Speicherelementes 3 als ein geeignetes Produkt 2 definiert werden kann. Ferner ist in dem Bereich 8 ein Energieversorgungselement, wie beispielsweise ein Solarfeld angeordnet, welches sowohl das Speicherelement 3 als auch das intelligente Etikett 1 mit Energie versorgt. In dem Anzeigebereich 6 des Speicherelementes 3 wird dem Benutzer schließlich angezeigt, ob das kosmetische Produkt 2 für ihn geeignet ist, das heißt das Ergebnis des Vergleichens und Bestimmens gemäß dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren wird dem Benutzer mitgeteilt. Dies geschieht beispielsweise durch optische Signale in Form von einem grünen Licht, wenn das kosmetische Produkt 2 mit dem kosmetischen Profil des Benutzers übereinstimmt und mit einem roten Licht falls die Profile nicht übereinstimmten.
Fig. 3 zeigt schematisch eine Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens. In Schritt 10 wird das kosmetische Profil des Benutzers bestimmt. Dies kann beispielsweise durch eine Messvorrichtung geschehen, die Daten des Körpers des Benutzers misst, oder durch Ausfüllen eines Fragebogens, insbesondere eines elektronischen Fragebogens im Internet. In Schritt 1 1 werden die ersten Daten, die das kosmetische Profil des Benutzers repräsentieren auf dem Speicherelement 3 gespeichert. In Schritt 12 wird das kosmetische Profil des kosmetischen Produktes 2 bestimmt. In Schritt 13 werden die zweiten Daten, die das kosmetische Profil des kosmetischen Produktes 2 repräsentieren, in dem intelligenten Etikett 1 gespeichert. Die Schritte 10, 1 1 , 12, 13 können in jeglicher zeitlicher Abfolge ausgeführt werden, das heißt es ist nicht festgelegt, ob die ersten Daten vor den zweiten Daten bestimmt und/oder gespeichert werden oder umgekehrt.
In Schritt 14 wird die Kommunikation zwischen intelligentem Etikett 1 und Speicherelement 3 dadurch aktiviert, dass der Benutzer das Speicherelement 3, z.B. Chipkarte, an dem kosmetischen Produkt 2 vorbeiführt. Dadurch empfängt das intelligente Etikett 1 ein Anfragesignal des Speicherelementes 3, insbesondere des Lesegerätes 9, und überträgt daraufhin die zweiten Daten an das Lesegerät 9 des Speicherelementes 3. In Schritt 15 werden die ersten und zweiten Daten miteinander verglichen bzw. abgeglichen, das heißt die Eigenschaften und Angaben des kosmetischen Profils des Benutzers werden mit den Eignungen und Angaben des kosmetischen Produktes 2 verglichen. In Schritt 16 wird das Ergebnis dieses Vergleiches ausgewertet, um zu bestimmten ob sich das kosmetische Produkt 2 für die Verwendung durch den Benutzer eignet. Im Schritt 17 wird anhand des Vergleichergebnisses dem Benutzer eine Produktempfehlung angezeigt. Falls sich das kosmetische Produkt 2 zur Verwendung durch den Benutzer eignet, steht es dem Benutzer frei dieses Produkt auszuwählen. Falls sich das kosmetische Produkt 2 zwei nicht zur Verwendung durch den Benutzer eignen sollte, können die Schritte des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens, insbesondere die Schritte 14 bis 17 wiederholt werden, indem der Benutzer das Speicherelement 3 in die Nähe eines anderen kosmetischen Produktes 2 bringt, um sein kosmeti- sches Profil mit dem kosmetischen Profil des anderen kosmetischen Produktes 2 zu vergleichen und eventuell ein anderes Ergebnis des Vorganges des Verglei- chens und Bestimmens zu erhalten.

Claims

Ansprüche
1 . Verfahren zum Bestimmen eines für einen Benutzer geeigneten kosmetischen Produktes (2) mit den Schritten:
Speichern von ersten Daten in einem Speicherelement (3), wobei die ers- ten Daten ein kosmetisches Profil des Benutzers repräsentieren,
Speichern von zweiten Daten in einem intelligenten Etikett (1 ), wobei die zweiten Daten ein kosmetisches Profil des kosmetischen Produktes (2) repräsentieren und wobei das intelligente Etikett (1 ) dem kosmetischen Produkt (2) zugeordnet ist, Übertragen der zweiten Daten von dem intelligenten Etikett (1 ) an das
Speicherelement (3),
Vergleichen der ersten Daten und der zweiten Daten, und Bestimmen des kosmetischen Produktes (2) als für den Benutzer geeignetes kosmetisches Produkt (2), wenn die ersten Daten und die zweiten Daten wenigstens teilweise miteinander übereinstimmen.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , wobei das Verfahren ferner folgenden Schritt aufweist:
Bestimmen des kosmetischen Profiles des Benutzers auf Basis mindestens einer Eigenschaft des Körpers, insbesondere der Haare und/oder der Haut, des Benutzers und/oder mindestens einer Angabe, die ein für den Benutzer geeignetes und/oder von dem Benutzer besonders bevorzugtes kosmetisches Produkt kennzeichnet.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das intelligente Etikett (1 ) ein Transponder, insbesondere ein RFID-Transponder, ist.
4. Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Speicherelement (3) ein Lesegerät (9), insbesondere ein RFI D-Lesegerät (9), für das intelligente Etikett (1 ) aufweist.
5. Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verfahren ferner folgenden Schritt aufweist: Bestimmen des kosmetischen Profiles des kosmetischen Produktes (2) auf Basis mindestens einer Eignung des kosmetischen Produktes (2) für eine Eigenschaft des Körper, insbesondere der Haare und/oder der Haut, des Benutzers und/oder mindestens einer Angabe, insbesondere Farbe und Typ, die eine deko- rative Kosmetik kennzeichnet.
6. Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das intelligente Etikett (1 ) auf dem kosmetischen Produkt (2) und/oder an einem Produktregal (4), welches insbesondere das kosmetische Produkt (2) aufweist, angeordnet ist.
7. Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das intelligente Etikett (1 ) in Antwort auf ein Anfragesignal des Speicherelementes (3) die zweiten Daten an das Speicherelement (3) überträgt.
8. Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verfahren ferner folgenden Schritt aufweist:
Anzeigen einer Information, ob das kosmetische Produkt (2) als für den Benutzer geeignetes kosmetisches Produkt (2) bestimmt ist und/oder welche der ersten Daten und der zweiten Daten wenigstens teilweise miteinander übereinstimmen.
9. System zum Bestimmen eines für einen Benutzer geeigneten kosmetischen Produktes (2) mit: einem Speicherelement (3) zum Speichern von ersten Daten, wobei die ersten Daten ein kosmetisches Profil des Benutzers repräsentieren, und einem intelligenten Etikett (1 ) zum Speichern von zweiten Daten, wobei die zweiten Daten ein kosmetisches Profil des kosmetischen Produktes (2) repräsentieren und wobei das intelligente Etikett (1 ) dem kosmetischen Produkt (2) zuge- ordnet ist, wobei das intelligente Etikett (1 ) ausgestaltet ist, um die zweiten Daten an das Speicherelement (3) zu übertragen, und wobei das Speicherelement (3) ausgestaltet ist, um die ersten Daten und die zweiten Daten zu vergleichen, und um das kosmetische Produkt (2) als für den Benutzer geeignetes kosmetisches Produkt (2) zu bestimmen, wenn die ersten Daten und die zweiten Daten wenigstens teilweise miteinander übereinstimmen.
10. Speicherelement (3) zum Speichern von ersten Daten, wobei die ersten Daten ein kosmetisches Profil eines Benutzers repräsentieren, wobei das Speicherelement (3) ausgestaltet ist, um zweite Daten von einem intelligenten Etikett (1 ) zu empfangen, wobei die zweiten Daten ein kosmetisches Profil eines kosmetischen Produktes (2) repräsentieren und wobei das intelligente Etikett (1 ) dem kosmetischen Produkt (2) zugeordnet ist, um die ersten Daten und die zweiten Daten zu vergleichen, und um das kosmetische Produkt (2) als für den Benutzer geeignetes kosmetisches Produkt (2) zu bestimmen, wenn die ersten Daten und die zweiten Daten wenigstens teilweise miteinander übereinstimmen.

Intelligentes Etikett (1 ) zum Speichern von zweiten Daten, wobei die zweiten Daten ein kosmetisches Profil eines kosmetischen Produktes (2) repräsentieren und wobei das intelligente Etikett (1 ) dem kosmetischen Produkt (2) zugeord- net ist, wobei das intelligente Etikett (1 ) ausgestaltet ist, um die zweiten Daten an ein Speicherelement (3) zu übertragen, wobei das Speicherelement (3) ausgestaltet ist, um das kosmetische Produkt (2) als für einen Benutzer geeignetes kosmetisches Produkt (2) zu bestimmen, wenn erste Daten und die zweiten Daten wenigstens teilweise miteinander übereinstimmen, wobei die ersten Daten ein kosmetisches Profil des Benutzers repräsentieren.
12. Kosmetisches Produkt (2) mit wenigstens einem intelligenten Etikett (1 ) nach Anspruch 1 1 .
