Description

The invention relates to a clamping fitting according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

A generic clamping fitting for a disc is known with the product "GEZE Perlan 140, glass adapter Duosync". The clamping fitting has two opposite, mutually adjustable clamping plates which engage around an edge region of the disc and clamped by at least one clamping screw acts on the clamping plates in the direction of the disc. The clamp fitting is connectable via a driver with a power transmission device, such as a rotating toothed belt. The driver has a U-shaped connection region, which encompasses the entire clamping fitting and is fixed by means of a grub screw on the clamping fitting. This arrangement is complex in the assembly, since the driver can be mounted only after the production of the clamping of the disc. Furthermore, the driver claimed by its overlying, overarching arrangement a lot of space. Furthermore, the cross-cheeks of the driver are in the field of vision.

The invention has for its object to provide a easy to install, space-saving and visually appealing clamping fitting.

The object is solved by the features of patent claim 1.

Die Unteransprüche bilden vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungsmöglichkeiten der Erfindung. The subclaims form advantageous embodiments of the invention.

The attachment of the driver to the clamp fitting by means of the clamping of the disc producing clamping screw. This will be a simple and space-saving installation of the driver reaches the clamping fitting.

For coupling to the clamp fitting, the driver in a preferred embodiment has a base body with a connection region.

The clamping fitting may have at least one receiving area, in which engages the connecting portion of the main body of the driver. As a result, no further installation space for the attachment of the driver is required outside the outer contour of the clamping fitting, and the concealed connection area is optically not negative.

The connecting region of the main body of the driver may have at least one contact surface for the clamping screw. The power flow of the clamping screw between the clamping legs, which takes place in the absence of driver directly over the shaft end of the clamping screw, can be carried out with the driver mounted on the connection region of the main body of the driver. The contact surface of the main body of the driver may be formed as a blind bore. Due to the positive connection of the screw shaft with the walls of the blind bore a precisely defined mounting position of the driver is achieved on the clamping fitting. Below the blind bore, the connecting region of the main body of the driver can thus preferably have a relatively low material thickness. This results in the possibility to use a uniform clamping screw, which is suitable for clamping fittings both with and without the use of the driver. Furthermore, the clamping screw, even when mounting the driver, does not protrude beyond the outer contour of the clamping fitting, so that, for example, filler panels can be easily mounted on the clamping fitting. In addition, the blind holes secure the driver even before the final production of disk clamping on the clamping fitting as soon as the shank ends of the clamping screws protrude into the blind holes.

The clamping fitting may comprise two clamping plates, each having a receiving leg for receiving the disc, each having a coupling leg to Connection of the clamping plates and each have a clamping leg to support the clamping screw. Here, the receiving area of the clamping fitting between the clamping legs can be arranged, ie it is outside the outer contour of the clamping fitting no further space for the attachment of the driver needed.

Also, the driver itself is space-saving, because flat, and also simple and inexpensive to produce as a milled part.

The clamp fitting can be used on a sliding door leaf by being able to be designed to be movable along a guide rail via a support and guide device. Alternatively, the clamp fitting can also be used on other types of wings, for example on a revolving door leaf.

In the following an embodiment in the drawing with reference to the figures will be explained in more detail.

In the Fig. 1 the upper area of a sliding sash is shown. The sliding leaf has a disc 2, which is formed in this embodiment as a glass and two mounted on its upper horizontal edge clamp fittings 1 and 7 suspensions with two roller carriage 4, which via rollers 5, which in the main body 6 of the roller carriage 4 rotatable are stored, roll in a stationary guide rail 3. About one Main body 10 of a driver 9 is the left in the drawing clamping clamp 1 of the sliding leaf connected to a toothed belt 8. The toothed belt 8 can (not shown here) be guided peripherally over pulleys and serve for the movement coupling of the sliding leaf with a further sliding leaf and / or with a drive device.

The perspective view in the Fig. 2 and 3 shows the components of the clamping bracket 1 in the unmounted state ( Fig. 2 ) as well as in the assembled state ( Fig. 3 ), wherein the disc 2 is not shown for the sake of simplicity. The clamping fitting 1 consists of two clamping plates 11, 12, which each have a receiving leg 15, 16, in each case a coupling leg 13, 14 and in each case a clamping leg 17, 18. The receiving legs 15, 16 serve to receive the disc 2 by having mutually facing contact surfaces, between which the disc 2, possibly with the interposition of an elastic intermediate layer, is clamped. The coupling legs 13, 14 serve to connect the clamping plates 11, 12 by having intermeshing teeth, which can be brought into engagement with each other to adapt to the strength of the disc to be clamped 2 in different positions. The clamping legs 17, 18 serve to support the clamping screw 19 by the one (left in the drawing) clamping legs 17 at least one threaded bore 20, in the exemplary embodiment, four threaded holes 20 has concrete. In the threaded holes 20 each have a clamping screw 19 can be screwed, which is formed in the embodiment as a grub screw. In order to provide sufficient support for the clamping screws 19, the profile section of the clamping leg 17 surrounding the threaded bores 20 is thickened. When screwing the clamping screw 19 whose shaft end comes with the other clamping leg 18 in abutment, and further screwing the clamping screw 19 then causes a squeezing apart of the two clamping legs 17, 18. Due to the Ineingriffstehens the teeth of the two coupling legs 13, 14 causes the pushing apart of the two Clamping legs 17, 18 inevitably the compression of the two receiving legs 15, 16 and thus a clamping of the disc 2 between the receiving legs 15, 16. For attachment the suspension 7 of the roller carriage 4, the one clamping leg 17 further centrally on an extension with a receiving portion 22 for a fastener. Between the two clamping legs 17, 18 remains a gap, which serves as a receiving area 21 for the main body 10 of the driver 9. The illustrated clamping fitting 1 has two such receiving areas 21. The main body 10 of the in Fig. 4 The carrier 9 shown is optionally insertable into one of these receiving regions 21 and has for this purpose a connection region 23 whose thickness is narrower than the smallest possible distance of the two clamping legs 17, 18. To provide the shaft ends of the clamping screws 19 a defined contact surface, has the connecting portion 23rd per clamping screw 19, a contact surface 24, which is formed in the present embodiment as a blind hole. When screwing the clamping screw 19 thus comes the shank end of the clamping screw 19 with the contact surface 24 of the driver 9 in contact and presses the main body 10 of the driver 9 thus against the opposite clamping leg 18, whereby on the main body 10 of the driver 9 and the clamping screw 19 is a power flow between the two clamping plates 11, 12 is produced. In the absence of driver 19 of the power flow, however, is made directly on the shank end of the clamping screw 19, as shown in the drawing right recognizable. To connect the toothed belt 8, the driver 9 has a mounting area with two upwardly open step grooves 25. These are penetrated by two fastening screws 26, the shafts of which are screwed into threaded bores 28 of a fastening plate 27. Along the step grooves 25 of the timing belt 9 is thus height adjustable. With the mounting plate 27 is clamped by a further clamping screw 32, a clamping plate 29 by the shank of the clamping screw 32, a bore 31 of the clamping plate 29 by cross-threaded into a threaded bore 33 of the mounting plate 27 is screwed. In order to secure the ends of the toothed belt 8 against slipping out of the clamping of clamping plate 29 and mounting plate 27, the clamping plate 29 on its side facing the toothed belt 8 a corrugation 30, which corresponds to the structure of the toothed belt 8.
