Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Klemmbeschlag für eine Scheibe der im Oberbegriff von Patentanspruch 1 angegebenen Art.
Aus der EP 1 052 363 A1 ist ein Klemmbeschlag für eine Scheibe mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Klemmplatten bekannt, welche einen Randbereich der Scheibe umgreifen und klemmend halten, wobei der Abstand der Klemmplatten an Scheiben unterschiedlicher Dicke anpassbar ist. Eine der Klemmplatten weist einen Koppelschenkel auf, welcher in eine Nut des Koppelschenkels der anderen Klemmplatte eingreift. Nut und Koppelschenkel weisen jeweils sägezahnartige Verzahnungen auf und die Nut ist durch einen Federschenkel elastisch ausgebildet, so dass der Koppelschenkel verrastend in die Nut einschiebbar ist. Ein gegebenenfalls erforderliches Lösen dieser Verbindung gestaltet sich somit kompliziert. Ein stetiger Druck auf die Klemmplatten in Überdeckungsrichtung der Koppelschenkel wird hier nicht umgesetzt.
In der DE 201 04 198 U1 wird eine Haltevorrichtung für einen plattenförmigen Körper beschrieben. Zwei gegenüberliegenden Klemmplatten umgreifen einen Randbereich des plattenförmigen Körpers und halten ihn klemmend durch zwei ineinander eingreifende Verzahnungen, die in zwei Verzahnungsebenen wirken. Diese Verzahnungen werden durch eine schräg eingeschraubte Klemmschraube verspannt. Eine derartige Klemmschraube kann nur geringe Kräfte abstützen und ist für das Gewicht einer Scheibe in ihrer Funktion nicht verwendbar. Die durch die Lage der Klemmschraube notwendige Zugangsbohrung im Außenprofil lässt keine Verwendung desselben Außenprofils für verschiedene Scheibendicken zu.
Eine Klemmbeschlag ist ebenfalls aus der DE 699 23 615 T2 bekannt. Der als Klemmschuh ausgebildete Klemmbeschlag bildet eine Aufhängungsstelle eines Ganzglasflügels einer Schiebetür an einem Laufwagen, welcher in einer Führungsschiene des Türrahmens verschiebbar geführt ist. Der Abstand der Klemmplatten des Klemmbeschlags lässt sich mittels eines Abstandshalters zur Befestigung von Scheiben unterschiedlicher Dicken verstellen. Nachteilig ist die relativ eingeschränkte Anpassungsfähigkeit des Beschlags an verschiedene Scheibendicken; im konkret beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel werden beispielsweise nur zwei mögliche Scheibendicken durch den Abstandshalter abgedeckt.
Ferner wird in der DE 100 64 672 A1 ein Klemmbeschlag beschrieben, welche sich mittels Distanzstücken an verschiedene Scheibendicken anpassen lässt. Nachteilig ist bei diesem Klemmbeschlag, dass für jede mögliche Scheibendicke ein spezieller Satz von Distanzstücken bereitgehalten werden muss.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Klemmbeschlag zu schaffen, der sich auf einfache Weise an Scheiben unterschiedlicher Dicke montieren lässt und eine geringe Anzahl von Bauteilen aufweist.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch einen Klemmbeschlag mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst.

Bei einer Scheibendicke von 10 mm muss die Überdeckung gemäß Fig. 5b um eine Zahnbreite reduziert werden. Nachdem die erforderliche Klemmkraft für eine sichere Halterung des Klemmbeschlags 1 auf der Scheibe 2 vorhanden ist, kann die Halteschraube 16 an dem Klemmbeschlag 1 angebracht werden. Wie in Fig. 1 durch einen abgewinkelten Pfeil angedeutet ist, lässt sich die Halteschraube 16 hierzu querverlagern und der Schraubenkopf 17 dabei unterhalb der Aufhängelasche 12 durch die Aussparung 7 in den Klemmbeschlag 1 einschieben, wobei der Schraubenschaft in montierter Position eine Nut 13 in der Aufhängelasche 12 durchdringt. Claims (8)

  1. Clamping fitting (1) for a pane (2, 2', 2"), having two opposite clamping plates (3, 8) which engage around an edge region of the pane (2, 2', 2") and hold it clamped, wherein the distance between the clamping plates (3, 8) can be adapted to panes (2, 2', 2") of different thickness, wherein the clamping plates (3, 8) each have a coupling leg (4, 9) which extends in each case towards the opposite clamping plate (8, 3), and wherein the coupling legs (4, 9) can be connected to one another in multiple positions with different degrees of overlap,
    characterized in that
    one of the clamping plates (8) has, at a distance from the interacting coupling legs (4, 9), an angled-off bored web (11) which extends towards a planar upper supporting surface (6) of the other clamping plate (3) and is traversed in its cross-sectional longitudinal direction by at least one threaded bore for a clamping screw (14) which has the end of its screw shank supported axially on the planar upper supporting surface (6) of the other clamping plate (3), with the result that, when the clamping screw (14) is screwed into the bored web (11), the clamping plates (3, 8) are pressed apart in the upper region and pressed together in the lower region engaging around the pane (2).
