Claims (13)

  1. Verfahren zum Überprüfen des richtigen Betriebs von Prozessvariablenmesswertgeber in Prozesssteuerungs- oder Prozessüberwachungssystemen, Folgendes umfassend:
    messtechnisches Ermitteln einer Prozessvariablen mit einem ersten Prozessvariablenmesswertgeber;
    messtechnisches Ermitteln eines Referenzwerts mit einem zweiten Prozessvariablenmesswertgeber;
    Überprüfen des richtigen Betriebs des ersten Prozessvariablenmesswertgebers durch Vergleichen der Prozessvariablen mit der Referenz, und Bestimmen, dass der erste Prozessvariablenmesswertgeber innerhalb technischer Vorgaben arbeitet; und
    Einstellen eines Dateneintrags, der angibt, dass der richtige Betrieb des Prozessvariablenmesswertgebers auf Grundlage des Überprüfungsschritts überprüft wurde, in eine Datenbank.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Überprüfungsschritt umfasst, eine Bestehen/Nicht-Bestehen-Bestimmung zu liefern.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, das Empfangen von auf die Referenz bezogener Information über eine Prozessregelschleife umfassend.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, das Übertragen der Prozessvariablen über eine Prozessregelschleife umfassend.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, das Empfangen einer Benutzereingabe umfassend, die den Prozessvariablenmesswertgeber ausweist.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, das Empfangen einer Benutzereingabe umfassend, die die Prozessvariable ausweist, wobei die Eingabe Einheiten umfassen kann.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, das Empfangen von auf die Referenz bezogener Information von einem Benutzer umfassend, wobei die Information Einheiten der Referenz umfassen kann.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, das Empfangen von Information von einem Benutzer umfassend, die die Prozessvariable zur Referenz in Bezug setzt.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, das Empfangen von auf ein Testfluid bezogener Information von einem Benutzer umfassend.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Dateneintrag Information, die den Prozessvariablenmesswertgeber ausweist, und/oder Information umfasst, die sich auf ein Datum des Überprüfungsschritts bezieht.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, das Sichern des Dateneintrags umfassend, um eine Verfälschung zu verhindern.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, die Rückgewinnung des Dateneintrags umfassend, und optional das Nachweisen umfassend, dass der Überprüfungsschritt auf Grundlage des Rückgewinnungsschritts durchgeführt wurde.
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Überprüfungsschritt eine Prozentfehlerberechnung des Prozessvariablenmesswertgebers umfasst, die auch umfassen kann, die berechnete Prozentzahl in die Datenbank einzustellen.
