Definitions

  • the invention relates to a fitting with a hinge part, which is adjustable and fixable in two directions when mounted on one of two parts to be joined by a hinge, with a fixation part, which adjustable and fixable a guide piece attached to the hinge part in a first of the two directions and which is to be attached to a first of the two said parts in a second of the two directions adjustable and fixable, and with means for releasably fixing the hinge part with respect to said first part.
  • Shutters serve the weather protection of the window and the darkening of the interiors. They are found in the same way in old (historic) and new buildings. While in the past the shops were mainly made of wood, today they are preferably made of aluminum, because this practically does not age. As aluminum shutters are aesthetically very good solutions, they are also used in the renovation of old buildings instead of wood.
  • the size of the shutters usually varies from building to building. According to different or individual is the placement of the hinge fittings.
  • the fittings (mortise ribbons) must be precisely adjusted and fixed, in accordance with the already installed clamp.
  • fittings are known which are adjustable and fixable in two mutually perpendicular directions.
  • a fitting which comprises an attachable to the wood shutter angle plate, a cruciform guide piece and a loading tape.
  • the angle plate is screwed onto the shutter before the assembly of the loading belt can take place.
  • the guide piece is on the one hand vertically displaceable on the angle plate and on the other hand, the loading tape record horizontally displaceable.
  • two screws is the vertical position of the guide piece on the angle plate and with a third screw, the horizontal position of the band is set in the guide piece.
  • the one fitting part is a substantially square plate, which with its one side (inside) at the shutter can be fixed.
  • two suitably shaped lugs are provided on the inside, which fit into two undercut grooves on the shutter.
  • a recess for the second fitting part is provided on the inside, so that the latter is horizontally displaceable in the first fitting part.
  • the pressure screw can be screwed into a thread in the center of the first fitting part and presses on the second fitting part, which is thereby pressed against the shutter.
  • the first fitting part is pushed away from the shutter. But because he is held by the engaging in the grooves approaches, he braced himself at the shutter and ensures that the hinge fitting is fixed to the shutter.
  • the first fitting part is in two parts, with each part having an approach for engaging in the groove. Thus, first the two parts can be inserted into the grooves and then connected to each other.
  • a hinge fitting which can be used in ornamental grooves of a shutter, is also also from the EP 1 577 475 A2 known.
  • an opening of the grooves is provided in a portion which has approximately the length of the fitting.
  • a hinge fitting 14 for fixing a shutter known, with a sleeve (hinge part), which is adjustable and fixable when mounted on a frame portion of a frame in two directions.
  • a fastener along longitudinal grooves is displaceable, which are frontally formed on the shutter, and fastened with clamping screws on the vertical frame portion.
  • a clamping pin is attached for fastening fittings.
  • the sleeve is attached.
  • a second step takes place when tightening a clamping nut pressing a cover plate against the guide plate and the front plate of the frame portion, which is no longer possible due to the static friction between the guide plate and the front plate, a displacement of the fastener.
  • the AT 413 726 shows a hinge fitting comprising a mounting plate, a loading tape and a sleeve (hinge part) for attaching a shutter.
  • the sleeve is adjustable and fixable in two directions when mounted on a frame leg of a frame.
  • a loading tape to which the sleeve is attached is adjustably mounted in the longitudinal direction of the loading tape opposite a mounting plate (fixing part) and the mounting plate is displaceable together with the loading tape in the longitudinal direction of the frame leg.
  • Clamping nuts are provided to press the mounting plate against the frame leg and clamp the loading tape between the frame leg and the mounting plate. To fix the clamping nuts mounting holes are provided on the back of the frame.
  • the EP 0 118 010 (Mayer & CO.) Shows a hinge fitting comprising a band sleeve (hinge part), a loading band, an angled leg and a connecting tab for attaching a shutter.
  • the band sleeve is slidably guided over the attached connecting tabs on the angled leg.
  • the displacement position can be determined with a clamping screw.
  • the band part which has the angled leg 5, is attached to the store.
  • the known fittings facilitate the preparation of the fixation.
  • the installation of the shutter usually requires two people and a certain training.
  • the logistics and handling is complicated by the fact that the fittings are multi-part.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a fitting of the technical field mentioned above, which is easy and convenient to install and which has as few unconnected parts.
  • the fitting has a hinge part (eg an eyelet for the bolt of a block), which can be adjusted in two directions when mounted on one of two parts to be connected by a hinge (eg on the door leaf or shutter) and is fixable.
  • the fitting further includes a fixation part which receives and fixes a guide piece formed on the hinge part in a first (eg a horizontal direction) of the two directions and which on a first of the two parts (eg on the door leaf or shutter) ) in a second (eg., The vertical direction) of the two directions adjustable and fixable to attach.
  • the means for releasably fixing the hinge part with respect to said first part are characterized in that they comprise two independent and independently operable fixing means, so that the adjustment and fixing in the two directions can be independent and independent.
  • the first fixing means connects and clamps the guide piece to the fixing part so that the guide piece is fixed to the fixing part without simultaneously attaching the fixing part to the part to be connected to fix the guide piece in the first of the two directions.
  • the fixation can be done independently in the two adjustment directions, it is possible to perform the adjustment step by step.
  • the craftsman can concentrate on the exact adjustment in one of the two directions, which is experience easier than if it must be adjusted simultaneously in two directions.
  • the handling is facilitated because the hinge part z. B. in the vertical direction can be fixed to the shutter so that hanging in the clamp is possible and the shutter can be held with one hand and performed in the correct position, while with the other, the fixation can be done as soon as the position is correct.
  • the shutter can thus be mounted and adjusted by a craftsman alone.
  • the hinge parts for assembly by being fixedly connected to the fixation part (according to previously known dimensions), while adjustability in the second direction still exists. If a larger number of fittings to assemble, in this way the work can be made more efficient, without the fitting needs to be changed.
  • the fixation part has on a side facing the first part (eg the shutter) a recess in which the guide piece can be sunk is.
  • the guide piece can thus be easily inserted into the recess and does not have to be inserted at the end or end.
  • the guide piece z. B. plate-shaped or strip-shaped and has a slot in which a clamping member of the fixation part can engage, so that the guide piece in the aforementioned first direction adjustable and fixable to the fixation part is clamped.
  • the guide piece can be fixed to the fixation part, without at the same time attaching the fixation part to the shutter.
  • all components of the fitting can be permanently connected to each other. This is an advantage over the fitting, as in the above-described prior art according to EP 1 256 681 (AST).
  • the guide piece is also possible to provide a closed channel in which the guide piece is to be inserted at the end.
  • the guide piece can then be rod-shaped and square in cross-section or round. It is also not mandatory that the guide piece is sunk in the body of the fixation part. It is also conceivable that the guide on the fixation part is made possible by projecting guide profiles or cams.
  • the fixation of the guide piece on the fixation part in the horizontal direction can also be done without using a slot when z. B. the guide piece is clamped laterally (that is, by pressure on a narrow side).
  • the slot preferably has a length that is not greater than half the length of the recess. This ensures that the slot is not visible from the outside in any of the possible mounting positions of the guide piece.
  • the length of the recess is usually determined by the width of the fixation part. This is typically shorter than the length of the leader.
  • the need for freely adjustable length of guide piece depends on how different the mounting arrangements are, for which the fitting is to be usable. Also, the dimensions depend on how far away from the edge of the shutter the fixation part is mountable, i. H. where and at which mutual distance the grooves are arranged.
  • the clamping member is z. B. formed in the manner of a screw, which has a threaded bolt and a bolt head.
  • the bolt head engages in the slot of the guide piece and the threaded bolt can be screwed into a threaded bore of the fixation part. If the threaded bolt is tightened, the bolt head clamps the guide piece to the fixation part. If the threaded bolt solved something, the guide piece with the hinge part is displaced and adjustable, but captive connected.
  • the slot is preferably formed as a through hole in the plate-shaped guide piece.
  • the edge of the opening is stepped on the side facing away from the fixation part of the guide piece.
  • the step forms a shoulder on which the bolt head can rest.
  • the gradation is lowered so far that the bolt head has space, so that the bolt head can be sunk in the guide piece.
  • the width of the gradation corresponds at least to the projection of the bolt head relative to the threaded bolt.
  • the clamping member can also be designed according to the principle of an adjustable wedge.
  • the wedge can z. B. laterally engage the guide piece while exerting, for example, parallel to the second adjustment (ie, for example, vertical) acting clamping force. It is also possible to form the clamping member in the manner of an eccentric, which in rotation to z. B. 90 ° causes the jamming of the guide piece.
  • a clamping member will typically have a bolt (as a rotation axis), but needs no thread on this bolt.
  • the bolt can z. B. immovable in the axial direction, but freely rotatably held in the fixation part.
  • the slot is formed as a continuous opening. He may also have the form of a closed on three sides, undercut groove into which the correspondingly shaped bolt head of the clamping member can engage.
  • the fixation part in the region of the recess has a continuous threaded bore for the threaded bolt of the clamping member.
  • the threaded bolt may at a remote end of the bolt head have a recessed attack for a tool, so that the clamping member is actuated with mounted fixation part.
  • the threaded bolt With a Screwdriver or a hex key, the threaded bolt can be tightened, the guide piece is attached to the fixation part.
  • it can be achieved that the guide piece and the clamping member are accommodated within the convex contours of the fixation part. In particular, there is no screw head which could pose a risk of injury or unsatisfactory aesthetics.
  • the fixation part is advantageously provided with at least one claw-like projection, which can engage in an undercut groove on the first part (eg at the shutter), such that the fixation part runs along the groove in the second direction (eg in the vertical direction).
  • adjustable and fixable Basically, a single groove is sufficient for fastening the fixation part. However, if two parallel grooves and multiple lobes are provided, the force can be distributed and the individual contact points can be made finer.
  • the grooves can z. B. be designed so that they at first. Look as purely aesthetic elements appear. In this sense, two circumferential grooves may be provided as z. B. from the EP 1 256 681 are known.
  • At least one dowel pin may be provided on the fixation part, which may come into contact with said first part (eg shutter) and push away the fixation part from the first part and thereby press the claw-like projection in the undercut groove.
  • the dowel pin is through a hole in the Guided fixation part, so that it can be operated from the outside (ie with mounted fixation part).
  • the clamping pin is preferably designed as a threaded pin with right-handed thread.
  • the threaded bolt of the clamping member should have an opposite thread (in this case a left-handed), so that the user can rotate the two independent and independently operable fixative in the same sense to achieve the clamping.
  • Both fixing means have the same thread, the directions of rotation are different for effecting a fixation in the two different Justierraumen, so it is advisable to affix a label of the direction of rotation for clamping.
  • the fitting is typically rectangular in plan view on its major surface with an aspect ratio close to 1: 1.
  • Almost 1: 1 is understood to mean aspect ratios which do not deviate more than approximately 25% in one direction or the other. With such square close dimensions, a good fixation can be achieved.
  • the claw-like projections are provided in the region of the corners of the square main surface and the recess for the guide piece is designed relatively wide therebetween. The width of the recess should be greater than half the side length, in particular at least 2/3 of the side length.
  • the fixation part is oblong rectangular with an aspect ratio of 3: 2 or 2: 1 or larger
  • the lugs may be in a first (eg 8th lower) half of the fixation part and the recess for receiving the guide piece in a second (eg. upper half) is provided.
  • the coupling between fixation part and guide piece is then not arranged between the approaches, but next to them. With such a geometry, it is possible to attach the shutter to clamps which are outside the area provided with the grooves on the shutter.
  • the invention is particularly suitable for shutters with a Klobenband.
  • the hinge part is adjustable and fixable during assembly to the shutter in two (preferably perpendicular to each other) directions.
  • the fixation part receives the guide piece formed on the hinge part in a first (horizontal) direction adjustable and fixable and in turn attached to the shutter in a second (vertical) direction adjustable and fixable.
  • the means for releasably fixing the hinge part with respect to the shutter comprise two independent and independently operable fixing means, so that the adjustment and fixing in the two directions can be independent and independent.
